Power supply wrong given in last purchase

We are a company Al Habtoor Motors LLC and we have purchased 5 pcs power supply from Redington for part no-54Y8870 but we received only 1 pc correct power supply while 4 were of different brand and no - Huntkey HK 280 2PF3 eventhough the outside box shows correct part no . we have attached the screen shot which is huntkey brand and we have bad experience of this power supply . your been communicating with your team Rishab.[protected]@ensureservices.com and what we are getting the reply does not match with the actual scenario. please help. we wanted more power supply but we want to make sure we are getting the correct part no product .fyi.

I had an inquiry regarding extending my warranty of my dell laptop and if it covers the adaptor or not. Dell customer service confirmed that it covers the adaptor and directed me to ensure services. Ensure services egypt said it doesnt cover and when telling the sales agent by Dell clarification. He said in similar case it didnt but he doesnt know if there is updates.
I have been sending emails and calling just to receive a final answer for my case and i didnt.

since 19th of Jan the dell laptop had been sent to ensure service in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
in 25th of Jan, status updated the spare parts available and awaiting for repair.
Only yesterday, status updated again, spare parts ordered and awaiting for the spares.
Really i need to have more update, when you this laptop will be fixed.

My Lenovo Thinkpad laptop keyboard was not working. So I had given my laptop to Ensure Services a Lenovo Authorised Service center located at Al Khaleej center, Dubai on 03 September 2018 . The Laptop was under warranty. I was assured that the keyboard will be replaced and I can collect it after 7-8 working days.
Now, Its almost a month and even I followed up with their customer care who does not have a satisfying response or solution for the Keyboard replacement.

For the purpose of clarity. Please find below previous complaints regarding the history of the laptop. you can confirm this complaints in your mail trail. I had almost been accused of wanting to enjoy free service because I bought the laptop on warrantee. but made payment for the same mother board that had always given problem from the inception to clear your doubt. Since I bought the laptop I have barely enjoyed using it because of the mother board as it shuts down from time to time.in fact the laptop had made me no stranger to your service center an appealed you escalate the problem with HP. However I have always been assured you would rectify the problem.
I believe its very unfair to buy any appliance and immediately make complaints during the warrantee period and I been cajoled severally by the service centre of the problem been rectified and made to pay heavily for the mother board and continue to arrive at the same problem and the laptop has spent about the same amount of time in your service centre as I have used it.
As this has become frustrating to both parties. Kindly escalate this problem with the distributor or Hp directly for permanent solution to the problem as I all my data and information are in the laptop and this has greatly affected my work.
Please also attached receipt for the laptop and kindly acknowledge receipt of this mail.

Thank for your mail. kindly proceed however that laptop has only been repaired by your good self.in the cause of the last repair whilst the laptop was under warranty your engineers most likely tampered with the screen as the touch screen stopped working after I brought it for repair and later replaced after I made complains regarding such. The laptop spent few months with your good self before it was returned perhaps I was also persuaded to take it with this present motherboard that has now gone bad.
The problem I noticed with system after the board was change was that it doesn't go to sleep by it self and eventually the laptop by itself most likely overworked itself whilst I assumed I had put it to sleep. I also made known this complain but was persuaded and advised to manage it since the system was working after few months my laptop spent in your service center.
The initial problem with the laptop was a factory fault which made the laptop shut down several times while working on the system. Infact I also noticed the laptop came without 2 rubber stand but over looked it I assumed that was most likely minor issue.
The laptop was also bought directly from reddington in November 2014.
Mr Sunil can bear witness to this and you can check your records for confirmation of this claims.
To this end, Kindly reconsider and review the charges downward as I only took the laptop in good faith we you appealed I should after the laptop spent over a month with your good self.

Also the screen has been opened before and we are not sure the screen and memory is good until we change the motherboard first before we can confirm if the screen and memory is good or not
