Yes I quit working for them someone did a r view stating they was scamming members out of there money and I quit Crowdtap over that plus they will not refuse to flat out contact anyone with issues I need what I made on a grid for the IRS whoever is ignoring my emails they can rest assured there in trouble with the IRS sending an email is not enough to tell me I made that they won't even let you screenshot off of there app to verify it. People have a right to know how much they made I bet they don't pay taxes and that is tax fraud also they better be notifying me back or I am taking them to court and then they will have to answer a judge I am tired of it.

Yes to share this review I don't know how many people work for this company when it comes to asking requiring about taxes they don't want to hand out any numbers on the phone they iunder paying people who has done there surveys there not getting an A rating from they have avoided my last email and refuse to answer me back over these so called 94,000 points that are actually earnings not points they are in trouble I added what is suppose to be the correct way on my taxes I mad more than they said I did by those earning I was with them til recently I quit hearing they was taking our earnings I hope the IRS gets you people for tax fraud.

I have been an active Criedtap member for over a few years and they have never let me down. It is completely free, no "Preminum Membership" to purchase, everyone is treated equally.
Crowdtap works with specific companies who want feedback from real people. Based on your indicated preferences there are daily questions, surveys, sample opportunities etc that are rewarded with points and the points are easily redeemed through the site and turned in to gift cards for various retailers or you can choose to donate the money to a charity.
I also like that you are told whether you are accepted for a product trial or whether they were looking for a different demographic.
Lastly, every time I have emailed their Help Center I have had an helpful, efficient response within 24 hours.
Earn Gift cards and free products to test and review
I've been a member for for over a year now and I can honestly say that this website is a legit place to earn gift cards for taking simple surveys/polls. I've lost track how many gift cards I have earned :) Compared to other sites, 1000 points for a $5 gift card seems like a lot of work for little payout, but it add up quickly. Not only can you earn gift cards, but they also run campaigns to receive free products to test in return for writing honest reviews. To date I've tested food products, cleaning products, hair care products, and skin care products. Sometimes I'll go several months before being selected to test and review, but then there are times like now I've been selected for 3 separate campaigns in the last month. It's a great website and I'm thrilled I discovered it!
Fun and fast rewarding
Ive been a member on Crowdtap since 2017 and love it. Ive tried lots of different sites that promise rewards for surveys or actions and always ended up disappointed by the crazy amount of points you would need to actually earn anything. Crowdtap has very reasonable and achievable point goals. Ive managed to earn myself quite a few giftcards from them along with that theres product sampling for full size products. You wont always get approved for the samples but the points you earn towards giftcards makes up for it. Theyve recently kinda relaunched the site and added options to what giftcards you can earn, going from only amazon giftcards to a pretty nice sized selection to choose from. Or you can choose to donate your points or get subscriptions to things like hulu instead. Short surveys, fast rewards, free samples. I havent been able to find a better site yet.
Not a scam
On crowd tap you fill out surveys and you get points. Ever 100 points equals 1 entry into the drawing at the end of the month. Most of the time its an amazon gift card, every now and then you will see target or walmart pop up. The ebay crowd offers an ebay gift certificate. Also companies offer free samples on here and you actually get decent sizes/portions of items. The faster you sign up the higher chance you will get chosen. In the past 2 months I have recirved free samples of aveeno, sahale snacks, sweet n'low, garnier moisturizer and miceller makeup remover, and advil samples and coupons. I have also received $70 in amazon gift cards. The more surveys you answer and the crowds you join increases the chance of getting picked for a gift card at the end of the month. The more entires you have the higher the chance of your name being drawn. So no this site not a scam and it does pay out.
Enjoyable Experience With Crowdtap
I have been with Crowdtap for at least a year and I hae been enjoying taking their surveys. I wouldn't even call them surveys, they're more like questionairres about you. No one knows you better than yourself so just answer all the questions honestly and it will be a breeze. Because the questions will be repeated many times down the road to test your honesty. You will get a board with different colored squares worth different point values and on different topics. You only need 1000 points to cash out a $5 gift card, which I average about once a week. And that's only visiting the site every 2-3 days for 30-60 minutes to clear as many squares that are made available to me as I can. There's nothing complicated about it. It's real easy, laid back and enjoyable. You usually get your redemption the same day or next day. I belong to a lot of survey panels and this is one I really look forward to. It's a nice change of pace.

I had $45 dollars that I was cashing out and the day after, my account is banned. I answered all the questions honestly, and customer service won’t even tell me what I did wrong, just that my account was banned and would not be activated and I would not be getting my gift cards! What a scam! I worked hard and honest! This company is a total scam and cheat! Stay clear from them!
Like most people who're posting here, I was scammed out of my rewards. I provided my data, earned 1000+ points, and attempted to redeem them, only to be deactivated. I'd like to warn everyone reading this to stay away from CrowdTap. They're a scammy, fraudulent company that takes your time and data, and gives you nothing in return.

I have been a member for many months
I have been a member for many months. One month i notice the website appeared to not load, instead it only displayed a white background. About 10 days after contacting them, they told me their system banned me by mistake and proceeded to enable back my account. One week ago the same thing happened and i contacted them again. On saturday they emailed me back and they told me that I would remain banned and that i violated their terms of service, but didn't elaborate further. I emailed them right away asking them to provide an explicit reason and so far they haven't replied back, therefore i'm making this complaint to force them to reveal the EXACT reason of my ban and reinstate my account. I always try to respond to their surveys to the best of my ability and give consistent responses. If i indeed did something to violate their terms, i wasn't banned, and their site doesn't even tell me i'm banned. Just a white screen which i know from experience it means i'm banned and they confirmed it. Besides the ban, i have a small balance on my account that of course i can't redeem. I'm requesting that this company 1) fixes their website so we know when we get banned 2) fix their system so it doesn't ban users by mistake 3) gives out warnings if it detects some behavior against their terms so we can challenge it (or modify our behavior if we are indeed something, willingly or not against their terms)

Filled out all surveys and available tasks to earn Gift Card! Their site says you will have gift card sent to you in *** hours! Its been well over 72 so I emailed them because they dont give you a number to call! So I emailed a couple times because they DO NOT respond to email even! This morning I woke up and they blocked my account! Seems to be the practice of this business! Get folks to take the surveys and do the work for you while promising them gift cards but when they go to get the gift cards block them! They get all the work for no reward at all! I signed up for a Crowdtap account. I seriously never logged in or did any surveys. I went to log in about 1-2 weeks later and my account had been activated. I tried to talk to Crowdtap Help (which is a bot), and they said they would get back to me 24-48 business hours and they NEVER respond. I contacted them through Facebook, and they never respond.
When I try to submit a ticket on the website and it said,"Request not yet submited. Please check your email to veirfy and submit your request," but I never get an email

About a month ago I redeemed some points for a target gift card and I never received it. I never had any problem with them until now. I have been with them for a few years now and never had a problem til now. They are claiming that my e-mail is not in their system after all this time now it can't be found.

Deactivated my Account
They deactivated my account without giving me a reason. They did this after I did all these surveys and earned 350 points. I am so angry that I spent all that time doing all those surveys only to have my account shut down and lost all those points. This company does not want you to earn points for a gift card. I am really upset that they are getting away with this and am warning people not to fall for this site. They will start all nice and then deactivate you without a good reason.
Crowdtap account suddenly disabled with no reason given
Yesterday I had signed up with Crowdtap and it seemed to be working just fine. I had done nothing to go against the rules of the site and yet today, when I attempted to log in again to earn more points, I got an error message telling me that my account was disabled and that I needed to contact support.

Disabled account for no reason
I have been a member of crowd tap for quite awhile. I was in middle of doing a survey, when internet went out. When I came back to it, it said that my account was disabled. I sent email and the only thing I was told was that I had violated terms of service, but not which one. I had over $45 in points. This seems like a shady and underhanded way to do business. Please help me get this corrected asap!

This company is a scam, fraud! They deactivated my account saying that I had violated their guidelines, which is false! Crowdtap Blocking Account
I was a member of Crowdtap for a long time. Recently, they blocked my account, gave me no actual reason, and refused to budge on it. Also, recently, I have been getting a high number of personal questions in regard to my political, religious, and Covid-19 views and beliefs. In my eyes, I did not violate any of their policies or rules. They ask for honest answers where there are no wrong answers. I'm going to take a guess that someone did not like my views or take on something I was questioned about and decided to permanently block me. There could be no other explanation since I have been a long-time member.

They also did not send me my last $10.00 gift card that I had already cashed out for.

Deactivated and Payment Not Received
I have been a member of the CrowdTap community for 3-4 months and I have been saving over 20, 000 points. 11 days ago I traveled from California to New York to care for my mother who recent had colon surgery because she was diagnosed with colon cancer. I decided to work on surveys during my down time and I also invited my mother. I thought perhaps CrowdTap would be a good way to get her mind off of things as she recovers. Within days, I noticed that I was unable to log into my account, I received no email as to the reason. I attempted to log in with the app, and I had the same result. I opened another browser and I finally saw that it said my account was deactivated. I didn't know why. So I found CrowdTap's help desk and I reached out and requested to be reinstated and I received the response that I was banned due to "multiple accounts" from one location. I was livid because they have my home address, so it should be clear that I have traveled. I have informed them that I have proof that I traveled and even of my mother's condition. They stated they refuse to pay me for my work done. This is not an ethical firm and really they deserve to be sued for scamming so many people.

Like a week ago all of a sudden my account get disable for no apparent reason. This company is mailing like a marketing for people to do surveys and get paid for the compensation. I never had a problem with them but I see quite a lot of people just like me with the same issue of all of sudden getting their account disable. I have sent like 6 emails asking them why my account got disable their response is change the password, which I did still does not work. To me iy makes me thing like they don't want to pay after all the effort you put into. I just want the money I earned which was like 19.00 dlls and not do business with them anymore.

Don't deal with them
People, please, never deal with this company. They still personal information, including emails and phone numbers. So don't be surprised when after signing up for them you'll get SMS with ads.
Same happened to me and I don't know how to stop this mess.
And you also should remember that making money from the Internet is not for everyone, at least services like this won't bring you anything at all. So be careful. The money never comes out of nowhere. It would be too easy.

I never received my reward I was promised.
At first, I sent them an email asking questions, but what I got was a bot generated email stating that someone from customer service will contact me soon and I have to wait.
Of course, nobody did. It would be stupid to wait for them to reply.
I don't know if my complaint will be useful for someone, but you surely don't have to deal with them judging by how they treat customers and all you hear is crickets...
Useless waste of time
You can actually earn some points here and exchange them for different stuff. That was the main idea I guess. But the fact is that you can join Crowdtap and waste some of your time and in the end you will get nothing! It's not like you choose where to spend your points and what to take, they choose it and they also might decide that you deserve nothing. This site is a total waste of time! Well, if you have time to waste then you can try to get something.

The company hasn't sent orders or replied to messages
My sister won three items, which offered the website www.crowdtap.com. She gave the seller the information about the address, but the seller still hasn’t sent it. Also the seller ignored my sister and she hasn’t got any reply about the delivery time, details and other stuff. The company scams people and doesn’t provide any services in order to help their customers. Now we try to ask the company to remove my sister’s details from their data.

They blocked me after I have won the gift cards
I registered on the website www.crowdtap.com and became a member there. I haven’t won any stuff there, but 3 days ago I received the email from the moderator. I have won two gift cards. I needed to reply to the email and confirm my address. I did everything and waited for the further info, but nothing. On the next day, I tried to open my account, but they have blocked me. I haven’t understood why they did it. Real shady deal.

After months of being a Crowdtap member, and accumulating points, I tried to redeem them today. First, however, I had to "verify" my account. To do this, I needed a cell phone. I do not have, nor can I afford one. So, I am unable to redeem any points because this site discriminates against people who do not have cell phones!
