we rented a rv in anchorage in june 2024 for three weeks. The rv was oke. Only the water heater did not work, but later on it could be fixed by a repair company. But my complain is the service afterward. I found a head camera (300-350 $) from the previous tenant of the rv. I thought, wenn I give to the rental, I am not sure it will get to the owner. So, wenn I was at home (netherlands) I made contact by mail. No response what so ever. I spoke the travel agency and they send also a email to the club in Anchorage. No response. Then I asked my sister, who lives in America, to make a phonecall. She spoke to a woman named Cheyenne and she would look into it to find out the previous tenant. After a couple of days, no reply. So my sister phoned again, but only an answering machine. My sister gave up trying. So, for me there is nothing left do to get the camera to its rightfull owner. Afterall: I have no idea if there was any action from the employee. Out of sight, out of heart?! Paul
Desired outcome: Get a employee who is capabel for good service.

Paul, it's clear you've gone above and beyond to return that camera. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, others don't hold up their end. My advice? Keep pushing and don't give up easily. Maybe reach out directly to higher management or use social media to get their attention. You did the right thing by trying, and that shows integrity. Don't let this experience discourage you from continuing to do what's right. Keep your head up.
