I sent a team member of mine to get a mini 6 pack of cookies for $16.99... She called stated at the bottom of the screen it stated that if we upgraded to the 12 pack it would be an additional $3.47.. Of course that sounds like a great deal lets go ahead and do that.
No, they ended up charging her $31.03 and that math just isn't mathing. When I called to let someone know it was the rudest incounter I think I have ever had. Coming from someone as a customer service manager, I would have NEVER talked to a customer that way. I would have also taken the time to check the kiosk and refunded the difference. NOPE! Instead, I got hung up on. I have added this encounter to our company DO NOT visit list, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I have the feeling that you were hung up on because YOU WERE RUDE. I hope that in your job you have to deal with customers who are rude and if you ignore them due to their rudeness, they call you rude. Treat others how you want to be treated. You would not want your customers to treat you rudely, so do not treat others rudely.
