These cookies from Crumbl Cookies are pretty darn good. They're not quite as good as my mom's homemade cookies, but they definitely hit the spot. My mom did mention that the chocolate chip cookies could use some semi-sweet chocolate instead of milk chocolate, and I have to agree with her on that one. The milk chocolate just blends in with the rest of the cookie. Next time, I think I'll try the smaller cookies. They're so pretty to look at, with all the different flavors and toppings. Overall, I'd say these cookies are a solid choice for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Tasty but Dangerous: My Experience with Crumbl Cookies' Chocolate Chip Cookie
I tried the chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl Cookies and it was really tasty. However, I unfortunately got sick from it. I was the only one who ate the center of the cookie and the pain was so intense that I had to lie down and scream. I've experienced back labor twice and kidney stones, but this was worse. The pain was so bad that I thought my appendix had burst and I even considered writing a last-minute will. I wanted to go to the emergency room, but I had a sleeping toddler upstairs and ambulance bills are really expensive. On the bright side, I lost three pounds!

It's absulutly disgusting that I ordered curbside pick-up and watched an employee stick her gloved hand in her mouth, pick her teeth, and then serve my food. SICK! Worse, no one will EVER answer the phone at the Nampa Crumble. Can someone here answer? We do have health codes for a reason. I have tried for over a week to contact them. This happened at the Nampa store on 01-04-24 at 5:40 pm. My receipt ID is 9vPRVq3jwc.

Desired outcome: Talk to the staff about health standards, refund my money, or replace the cookie. Why should I pay for something I threw away??

At 2:14pm, on December 17, 2023, I received a text telling me I had a gift for Crumbl cookies and can’t seem to find out how I can get them. Directions are not even there to pick up a gift, just places to make an order. Your site is not very user friendly. Can’t seem to find a telephone number to call and ask for help.
