I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes in Modesto, CA and let me tell you, the manager there is not a nice person. She was really mean and talked down to us when we had a problem. It was like she didn't even care about our issue and just wanted to push us out the door. Honestly, I don't think it's worth buying their cakes if that's the kind of person running the place. I would suggest finding a different cake shop to go to instead.

I am a member of the Nothing Bundt Cakes Eclub. I understand that I am to receive a coupon for a free bundtlet on my birthday, which is coming up on March 26, 2024. I have not received that coupon. I love their products and sopy at their Mill Creek, WA store whenever I am in the neighborhood. I live 40 miles from that store, so it is quite a trek to get there. Can you let me know what is going on with my missing coupon?

I have been a member of the eClub for many years. I have not received any emails for the past few months. I checked today and I no longer have an account. What brought this matter to my attention was my birthday was in October and I did not receive an email notification. I am curious why my account was deleted?
