Purchased a Cub Cadet 30' riding mower. Unfortunate problems. Purchased from Home Depot. They were kind enough to pick up the riding mower, free of charge and refund me with no issues or questions.
On the note of my problem, the bagger I purchased on line through the Cub Cadet site. The box was never opened, We have not had any need to open it since we had problems with the rider mower. I sent an email to your company, sent me a case # [protected]. Not realizing it was my responsibility to return and pay for shipping. We brought the bagger to UPS with a lot of difficulty. we are two seniors in our 60's and 70's. Not a good experience. The cost to return was the cost of the bagger with delivery and shipping, $375.00. i was beside my myself. I called customer service from UPS, on hold for an hour to be transferred and waited another 45 min. I explained my situation and the customer service person, said there was not any they can do,that is the policy. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told that wouldn't matter the answer would be the same. I said I still would like to speak with a supervisor. The phone was dead and she hung up on me. I was so upset and frustrated. We had to take this big box back home. We don't have a truck. I sent an email of complaint, no one has responded to my 1st email. I would like some resolution to this matter, and how we can have this picked up free of charge.
