Dana Anderson is the worst excuse for a store manager that I ever seen. He's a very shrude person.
a) excessively cuts part time employee's hours, yet libereally gives away free products to the customers. For example, the a customer ordered 100 pc chicken wings from the deli. The deli employee stated 15-20 minutes waiting time. The customer eventually got her order, but it took a little longer than the time stated. She complained to Dana Anderson and he gave them to her for FREE! Thats a cost of $89.00+tax. Other examples of products that are liberally given away free, while making the employee look stupid in the process are Rotisserie Chickens, Bread, Milk, Deli Consumables, Fresh Meat, Produce products.
b) it has also come to people's attention that this man does not follow up on employee's complaints or problems that are brought to his attention.
c) ignores the problems on the overnight shift
d) allows the backroom to become fire hazards, as in, if there was a fire, you'd have a hard time gaining access outside through the back doors.
e) let's the employee breakroom become filthy. Food on the floor, the walls, the counters are not sanitary, there was mold reported in there, i dont know if the problem was taken care of
f) people have reported that he has failed to wash his hands completey with soap and water after using the restroom
g) is condescending to part time employees
h) doesnt wear regulation company clothing
i) he insists on making the stock employees cashier when there are two of more people in any line, rather than making sure shelves are stocked and the store is cleaned and maintained
j) says part timers should not be working more than 5 hour shifts
k) uses the employees and store as a stepping stone to the next title in the company and doesnt care about anybody else below him
l) does not want employees to be friendly with customers or people they know
m) practices racial favortism
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I hope Aldi kills you slowly just like you and Rainbow
Please limit the number of items that a person may have when using the self check register stations. On 11/20/22 @ 16:01, ( Apple Valley) long line of customers 2 or 3 customers had full carts of groceries.
I received about half of what I just ordered today. This was from the Chaska store delivered at about 7:15 p.m. I don't see a order number on the receipt,

New software is double charging products- the scale used to limit that error. Now the fingerprint reader really displays your lack of respect for your employees. Looking up produce requires extra steps ( wasting valuable time ). I can see why all the customers were in the full service lane.
Received a raw chicken tender.
