non refundable voucher
Cudo sold me a vouicher for abs auto brake service stating there was several locations and the nearest one to me was in brisbane. cudo failed to tell me some of the dealers were self owned and that the brisbane one when contacted will not honour it, I then contacted cudo and they told me that they would not give me a refund but I could give it away so I have lost $69.00 I feel this is very unfair
Late delivery and faulty
I purchased a Christmas tree from Cudo for $69. The approximate delivery date was 28 Nov. After numerous emails and a 'sorry to hear you're unhappy response, but no resolution, the tree was delivered on Sat 15th Dec, after I had emailed them to cancel the order. I decided the easiest way to resolve the problem was to accept delivery and put the tree up. However, the middle section does not fit into the bottom section and the top section is too loose when fitted into the middle section and wobbles around. The tree is faulty. Cudo will not respond to my email dated Sunday 16 Dec advising them of the faulty tree and requesting a refund and details of how I can return the tree to them, but without my incurring postage and handling costs. I am totally dissatisfied with the lack of service and will never deal with them again.
This morning I ordered the wrong vouchers . I ordered 2 children's vouchers instead of 2 adult vouchers, can I switch the vouchers for adult vouchers . Regards Mrs Crandell .
Surveillance system does not work
Purchased a home surveillance unit from cudo. Merchant is Bidirect. Surveillance cameras do not work and instructions in extremely poor english. Despite my request for the cudo guarantee to be honored, my request was passed on to the merchant who refuses to acknowledge issues with the product and is refusing to provide a refund. Will now need to escalate further. Anyone else with this issue please contact me as this is unacceptable.

Never received my item
I purchased 2 100% Egyptian cotton bathrobes through Cudo on June 13. Delivery at that time said 4 - 6 weeks. I waited the expected time and nothing arrived. I contacted Cudo again and they gave me a revised delivery date of mid August. I waited the extra time and still no bathrobes. I contacted them AGAIN and was given yet another revised delivery date of early September. I have requested a refund twice and have heard nothing back. I should NOT have to wait THREE months for an item that was supposed to arrive within 6 weeks. This is legalised robbery! I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and have just issued Cudo with a Letter of Demand. What's worse is that Cudo have some apparent "satisfaction guarantee"; they give a full refund if you're not satisfied! Fat lot of good that does anyone! I'm NOT SATISFIED CUDO - Where's my refund!?!

Looking through other comment posts, my Cudo experience is very similar. They only tell you a very far off delivery date once the order is finalised and can't be cancelled. Payment is whisked out of your credit card instantly, with eye watering speed. And when the promised date has come and gone, there is no personal contact from Cudo, just a generic message on their website listing alternative delivery dates for the many products they haven't been able to provide. They did respond to my email sent via their Contact Us page, with a flippant "blame the supplier, we can't do anything, enjoy the product when it eventually comes" attitude, followed by an earnest reminder that I am a valued Cudo customer. Needless to say, the alternative delivery date also came and went. Another email from me got a response with a third delivery schedule. Eventually, the product arrived - many weeks late and minimal customer support. I certainly will never use Cudo again, and I will make it a priority to spread the word so as many other people as possible don't get sucked into a lengthy and frustrating exprerience.
Ordered a 7" Ereader on the 2nd of November. The money was taken out of my account on that day, It is the 15th of November still no delivery. This is the 1st and last time I will ever use Cudo. Bought a voucher. Have tried to ring and email Cudo on numerous occasions with NO response
I purchased a massage via Cudo. When I tried to contact SJ Massage and Beauty at Payneham, SA, there was no answer and emails were returned. I even went to the address provided ( Level 1, 230 Payneham Rd, Payneham, SA 5070). There was no such business. I have tried to Contact Cudo via email and phone on more than 6 occasions without any reply. This has been going on for 6 weeks. The voucher expires on the 28th October 2012. I recently bought a republic voucher, from there store its self. however the store going into administration will not let me purchase any goods before the store shuts down. I have rung them myself however there is just a voice mail service and no answer. I went into the store about 5 week ago to use my card only to get to the till and them tell me i can no longer use it in the store but i could try online. so i went online and its saying this card is no longer valid! to be quite honest i think this is disgusting that I've got the the card with my own money and not been able to get a refund. i am 14 years old and i usually shop at republic and its my Favorite store but at the minute its turning into the worst. This needs to be sorted because i want my money back as soon as possible otherwise there will be some real trouble that they will have to deal with!
Unable to contact supplier
Voucher purchased from Cudo unable to be redeemed as PJ Carpet Carpet cleaning uncontactable no answer to emails and phones disconnected. Asked for help from cudo, they are unable to help and wish me luck in trying to contact PJ Carpet Cleaning. The first time I went to use the voucher they were unable to meet the time frame as they were so busy, so extended the warranty time, cudo does not recognise this extended warranty and unable to help with refund. So be careful when purchasing good deals!

Never received item
I made a purchase on 30th January 2012.I emailed Cudo asking about the item in mid March and got a reply back ONE WEEK LATER to advise that they've had delivery issues and to check with them again on 9th April. I replied back to that same email asking about a general enquiry which they never replied.
The date today is 11th April and I still have not received my item. I have not received a tracking number, no email to acknowledge the delay. Overall an extremely BAD experience. I have made many purchases online and despite a delay I have always been notified and well informed.

I bought crystal earrings on 29th February 2012. The earrings were supposed to be sent directly to me. I have contacted Cudo a couple of times and have had replies directing me to the person who is selling the earrings. I have tried to ring her but she did not answer. Same thing! Bought something in December and it still hasn't arrived. Received an email saying (and I quote) "...at this stage we are unable to guarantee that you steamer will be in fact delivered. There have been numerous issues with shipping etc - If/when your steamer does arrive PLEASE hold onto it as well as your Cudo credit."
Do they really think cudo credit is enough? We've asked on numerous occasions for a full refund. I think it's valid considering they can't guarentee the delivery of our item. Honestly, I'm sure these aren't the only occurences of no-show items, how much money are they making?
I have had a similar experience. I bought an item in January and have sent a number of emails to which I receive an automatic reply but that's about all I get. Its now April and still no sign of the goods and nothing from Cudo. Last time I buy anything from them.
Delayed delivery
have made a purchase on this site on the 24/1/2012, The expected delivery should be 2 to four weeks and until now have not received the item yet. I have emailed the customer service several times and requested to have this order refunded but sick of all their excuses. Please think before buying with CUDO and don't expect any refund if they don't meet their commitments. Don't fall on their ads "100% HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOUR MONEY BACK' since if you start complaining and asking for refund you only get a automated reply and NO ONE WILL EVEN GETS BACK TO YOU ABOUT YOUR REQUEST. They will just ignore your emails!

Looks like I'm in the same situation.Ordered & paid for latex pillows from Cudo late January. Now 3 months later I can't even get CUDO customer service to acknowledge my complaint. At the end of the day if the companies they are representing are not reliable CUDO is still required by law to respond to customer complaints. Is it any wonder there are no contact numbers - they wouldn't cope with the demand. Not good enough CUDO!

Same here. I havent received an item purchased in January either, No phone number to call CUDO and after several emails they say I cannot have a refund because its on its way! That was 6 weeks ago and after several emails I havent got a refund or my product. I wont be buying through CUDO again!

I've also been stung by Main Prop Services deal with Living Social. I too made an appointment and arrangements to be home in time for the appointment in late Feb. No one showed up. In the weeks (and now months) after I sent 4 emails for zero replies. I phoned at least 10 times and never once was the call answered. On at least 5 occasions I bothered to leave a voicemail and never once did I get a response. I've tried requesting a refund from Living Social only to be told their Ts & Cs state that I had 5 days from purchase to request a refund. I've just tried phoning Ben or Main Property Services again to find the number disconnected. Very disappointed by Main Property Services and extremely disappointed with the stance Living Social have taken.

I also bought a voucher from Living Social, when Ben the pest control man finally was able to show up he told me my voucher for Pests didn't cover Possums and charged an extra $400. The saga has continued with him continually missing appointments and not able to solve the problem .He now says I have rats in the roof (covered by my rodent voucher). I have tried to contact him by email and mobile phone to find his phone is disconnected. I rung Living Social to request a refund and was told as the voucher had expired it was nothing to do with them . I explained that he has not fulfilled his contract by not turning up for appointments and that I have been trying to get him to solve the problem since I bought the voucher.I believe Living Social have an obligation in this matter and I will be lodging a complaint with them. Once I could reach him and said the Voucher gonna expired soon, then he made an appointment and said even the voucher is expired, that was fine, because I already called him before the voucher expired.

CUDO is appalling! Never again. Bought a voucher for a "romantic five start getaway" that ended up being a motel! I flew interstate to redeem this voucher! The Customer Service offered by Cudo is nothing short of a joke! I bought two vouchers and have been advised by Cudo that the business has gone out of business and they have credited my Cudo account with CUDO dollars. No thanks Buddy - I will have my money back! You can deposit it into my account that you have on file! Now trying to contact CUDO by email and phone but to no avail! It looks like I will have to go through my bank and fill out a form to get the money back. I will never recommend CUDO to anyone...it leaves a very bad taste in your mouth when you have purchased something in good faith. How do they stay in business when there are so many forums with so many complaints?

I have the same issue with the iPhone kit. So far I have received three emails with revised dates where they just putting off the delivery date. It's been 12 weeks now and I have zero confidence I can expect any response other than a generic email with a random date some time in the future. Can't believe these guys are still in business after reading all of the complaints here.
not satisfied with service
I purchased an offer from Cudo over 2 months ago - 12 months of unlimited IPL for $299 with Insight Body.
I have tried calling the Insight booking line many, many times and have left at least 10 messages but have not heard back from them.
I then proceeded to contact Cudo and they replied with a mobile number to contact. Again I have left numerous messages on this number but have not received a response.
Recently when I complained to Cudo again and asked for a refund, they replied by crediting the money to my Cudo account. This is useless to me as I will NEVER purchase another voucher from them.
I feel like I've just thrown $299 down the drain!

Just received an e-mail from Cudo saying that they've refunded the full amount into my account. So it should be there in the next 2-3 business days.
If you keep complaining via e-mail enough times (I sent 9 to them) they will eventually give in I guess!

I bought a voucher from CUDO for True Blue Dive, this was for a birthday present to be used around mid December. Six weeks later and only 2 emails, neither confirming dates, frustrated at the lack of customer service and communication, I contacted both CUDO and Scoopon to refund both vouchers with this dive company. Scoopon on 2 occasions spoke with the dive company and gave them 3 days, then another 2 days to which they never contacted me. Scoopon agreed this was unacceptable and refunded my money within 4-5 days.
CUDO on the other hand has sent me 2 emails over a 4 week period, both on telling me how to redeem my voucher. Thank you for clarifying that however I am well aware of how to redeem the voucher and it's now obvious that you have not read any of my emails.
So now, not only have I gone through this situation with True Blue Dive, I now am being ignored by CUDO as well - the exact same reason why I have asked for a refund in the first place!
Their 100% happy with your order or money back guarantee is false. Other people complaining on this site and others have had the same experience and have also mentioned the guarantee is false.
I would not recommend buying anything from CUDO - there are plenty of other companies with same / similar deals that have much better customer service and that I would feel confident about buying vouchers from.
Hi, I'm having trouble redeeming my voucher through Groupon for True Blue Dive:( I've tried to contact them and they are super hard to get a hold of. They say that you can call between 6pm-10pm and I've tried for a whole week and just get the machine. I've emailed but no response. Any suggestions..?

1. no response to numerous inquiries made. Phone calls unanswered or call busy with no answering service
Starting on August 13th 2012 when directed to make them by email In terms and conditions item 14) If you have any questions that you cannot solve during the booking process, you can send us an email ONLY to: bookings@truebluedive.com, and gives us time to respond.
2. inability to book a dive course. With only 2 available dates over a the 4 month period of October 1st to January 30th we believe this is an unreasonable offer of services for a voucher that needed to be used within 6 months of purchase.
This voucher was purchased through Love it up and I am pleased to say their assistance and understanding of the matter enabled a happy and speedily resolution. Others named on the facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/True-Blue-Dive-Sux/281655861890280?fref=tsindicated Scoopon was also a company that enabled speedily resolution of concerns raised, even fast tracking the matter.
I had the same problem with Groupon and True Blue. Spent ages asking fot the money and they only gave me part of my money back. Well I say part; I bought it on my English credit card and Credit Card exchange rates... But a refund is a refund!
I have had the exact same issue with True Blue Dive - after several emails and countless arguments, Cudo have 'refunded' my money - Although not a full refund [money] but a refund as a Cudo credit - better than nothing. Search Facebook for True Blue Dive and you will find lots of people that are more than unhappy with their service. Some users have been able to get their money back through their bank. CUDO really need to ensure that the businesses that are promoting and selling are worthy of our hard earned dollars. I urge everyone to avoid EVER USING TRUE BLUE DIVE
Worst ever customer service experience. Full of pain and false promises. We were offered 3 day course and ended up doing a into dive that too inside shark nets for 4 metres. Liars and dishonest true blue dive. Never ever go into their false promises. Everything was promised, photos etc but none was taken. adn they are too rude to accept anything. worst experience as a customer ever.
True Blue Dive is a new dive company known to engage in dishonest and false advertising. Their offers are widespread across many coupon sites. Many customers who have purchased deals have experienced difficulties with organising dive bookings as their attempts at communicating with the company are often ignored. They will also encourage you to use the voucher after the expiry date as they will no longer be bound by the voucher agreement and thus are not obliged to honour it. As always, do your own research!

I'm so frustrated, I bought my voucher at cudo for the diving camp at true blue dive and both of them are not responding!
After i called the true blue dive couple times i get the answer that they are fully booked until the end of February! and I have my flight back to Home (I'm not an Australian citizen) in the mid March!
I really don't know what else I can do, to get my money back!
Can someone please give me an advise? Please! I'm so frustrated.

I bought a voucher for three smooth slim bras in August. Was told by Cudo three weeks later that they had sourced another supplier as original supplier was unable to fulfil the order. It's now December 21st and I'm still waiting. Cudo's customer service is absolutely appauling. You aren't able to contact them by phone but they do have live chat on their site. I've spoken to the live chat six times and they say someone will get back to me. Still waiting! Tried emailing their customer service and no-one ever returns your email. So, they have my money and I have no product. Do not buy from this company, they are absolutely hopeless!
Same thing happened to me. I've sent them many e-mails with only one reply and it was a genetic reply not even answering my request for a full refund. Cudo has left me as an unsatisfied customer and are not living up to there "satisfaction guarantee".

Lack of contact
After buying Cudo vouchers I have tried to contact Cudo using their advertised email customer support email address on numerous occasions. They have not replied to one email and do not appear to have a contact phone number. Their customer support is non existant and I will not be buying vouchers from them again and will be recommending to fellow workers and friends that they also do not go anywhere near Cudo.

I have purchased two deals and haven't received either. One going back to September and the second one was in October. I have repeatedly emailed the sellers of both items. One has never responded and the other tells lies worse than Pinnochio! Although I paid with PayPal they have a 45 day cut off to submit a dispute. The sellers must know this as they dragged the transaction out telling me my item was on it's way. Well this is the longest mailing in history! Anyway I'm off to the bank the afternoon to issue two charge backs! Here's hoping I get my $60.00 back! Never EVER again will I buy from Cudo. All their deals are cheaper direct from China anyway... After all they don't even know what customer service is, probably about time everyone de-registers with them!

All they want to do is to trick you buy something, get your credit detail, charge whatever amount they like then never be contatable again, never solve your problem as you have already paid. Cudo 'money back guarantee' is false
I just requested a refund for a cudo voucher that was not correctly described in the offer. I apparently should have worked out that the treatment difference was $71 (to do this I should have noted the total amount and deducted the 8 treatments - 1 full and 7 vouchures) and known that I would be expected to pay an additional $71 each visist. The merchant realised this was not correct and advised to seek a refund. Cudo Promise "When you purchase any offer with us, if you're not 100% satisfied that either a) the offer you received was the same as we described it to you; or b) your expectations are not met when you redeem the offer, we’ll leave no stone unturned until we get things perfect! Just like we said we would!And if we don't make you happy, then we'll refund your money, in full, no questions asked! (Well, maybe one or two questions, but you know what we mean!) Because when you're happy, we're happy! And if you’re not, then rest assured we'll do everything possible to remedy it straight away!That's our promise to all our customers! That's the Cudo Promise! And that means shopping with Cudo just got a whole lot happier!"
Some Promise! It took 5 phone calls, requesting a supervisor - Kelvin (not helpful), multiple emails and advice I was to go to Fair trading for them to "just refund this once, but you really should check and email any queries before". Actually it will be just once and I strongly recommend no one shop with Cudo Australia. There promise is a media stunt and the bad publicity of late is accurate!

No contact from cudo
I purchased a voucher from cudo for a facial, massage from Holistictouch and have been unable to contact Holistictouch to make an appointment. Their phone now seems to be disconnected and there has been no reponse via the internet. I have tried contacting cudo via their customer support email and by cudo.com and their 'contact us' on several occaisons. There has been no attempt from cudo to contact me. I will not bother to purchase any thing from this kind of operation again and will tell all my friends and colleagues about my experience with Cudo.

Ive paid $1499 for a holiday package and feel like crying. Tried emailing Cudo on several occasions trying to book dates. Link doesn't work.
Cudo have not bothered to respond, I have even tried the phone numbers (02)[protected] - not connected and then 1800 622`56 ?check number and try again! Can this be possible that a company such as this has no contact details? I want my money back, flights booked and paid for with no where to stay. Cudo should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a coupon via CUDO for a hair package.
I made a booking with the company
When I went to my appointed day & time the salon was closed
I contacted CUDO & they took a number of days to finally contact the merchant
Emails back & forth & contradictory information followed
CUDO refused a refund
The salon continues not to answer their phone
Buyer beware
CUDO is not honouring the vouchers they sell
Is anyone interested in a class action against them?
I bought a steam cleaner in february from Cudo, I enquired as I never received my product and they said they had problems with their supplier and credited my cudo account. They don't communicate or return my e-mails. I will never use them.again and bought this product in good faith and just want my money back. They never respond and don't bother to reply to my mails when they are the ones who have messed up! Don't know what else to do to get my refund!
Bought a cosmetic brush kit. Waited a month for it to arrive. Money taken from my account but I wasn't provided with an invoice number. Tried to contact cudo but that's really difficult if you don't have an invoice number so I found another way to try and email them but have heard nothing back.

I purchased 3 vochers to buy items as christams presents. I was assured that if i place the orders before 5th December i will have them in time for christmas. I am still waiting for the goods and i can not contact the help centre for cudo as the site is unavailable.

I bought a couple of things from Cudo .I bought a office surveillance system & A super absorbent step Mat. I bought things after that which I received but not these >
I Never ever buy anything from Cudo. they exaggerated about the deals/ lying about the saving amount. just try to reach them they don't bother to email you back. It is scam. we should report them to todays tonight or current affairs.
I had problems with a beauty treatment (Ultrasonic Slimming) voucher bought from them. When I attended my appointment and the business was not there & never had been I wrote a written complaint to them advising that I wanted a refund from the business. Whilst they were sorry about the issues I note that they are still selling on behalf of this busiess today even though they know that they are stealing people's money!
