i used cv linens a few times. they always come thru with what they say. prices are good and quality is good too. shipping is a bit expensive tho.

I spent like $400 on stuff for my wedding from CV Linens but I never got it. I had to go rent stuff from another company. I called CV Linens and they said no to giving me my money back even though the carrier said they delivered it. But they didn't deliver it to me and the carrier didn't have any proof they did. This is the worst customer service ever. This company is a fraud and they take your money and don't give you your stuff. Don't buy from them cuz they don't take any responsibility.

I got an email from CV Linens about a sale on Chiffon, but when I tried to use the promo code it didn't work. I called and the salesperson told me the wrong product number for the Chiffon chair cap I wanted. They said it was made with organza instead. I asked a manager and they also gave me the wrong information. It's disappointing that they wouldn't honor the promotion on a product that was clearly described in the email. I think they should know their materials better if that's all they work with. No big deal though, I found the same product on another site for 20% off. I own from both companies and the quality is the same.

I've used CV Linens a lot and kept all my receipts. Every other linen company I've used never charged sales tax in my state, but now suddenly they are. I contacted them about it but got no response, and now they've added a note saying to call for tax exemption before purchasing. I finally called and they said they're doing this because of COVID-19, but it seems like they're only doing it for certain states. I think they did this to avoid losing customers in those states. I'm sad to leave, but I think I'll go back to efavormart. Also, they list prices for the same item from different stores but don't actually let you compare prices.

I ordered from CV Linens on Oct 9, 2019 but when I got my stuff, some of it was missing. They asked for pics of the box and we told them we were missing 3 Rounds and 5 oblong Navy blue table cloths. We needed them for an event on Nov 2 but it was ruined because we didn't have the stuff we ordered. We had to rent other linens and pay for the ones we didn't get! I tried to contact them by email and phone but no one called me back. This is a church and we wouldn't lie about what we got. This is a bad way to do business. They checked their security camera but it must be wrong because we didn't get the table cloths. We want our money back for the stuff we didn't get and for the rental fee for the other linens we had to get. They need to do better business.

I got Table Covers, Chair Covers, and chair sashes for a party that was gonna happen soon. I got my order/packages, but they were damaged/open. I had most of the items missing. I told the merchant/business CV Linens they wanted me to send them pictures of the boxes and items I got which I did. They told me that the resolutions team will have to look into this claim before providing a resolution. Once they get the images of the boxes that I got and the items that I got they would then follow up with a resolution. I asked for a refund and they said they would make a notation on the claim that I would prefer a refund but the resolutions team will be the one to provide me with the final resolution. Which they told me that they looked at security cameras and seen that everything was packaged. Then they wanted to file a *** damaged claim. The thing is that I got rid of the damaged packages/boxes and neatly stored what I got in a storage bin. I couldn't provide the damaged boxes. But I had already sent them proof of what I got and proof of the damaged packages/boxes and even then they didn't want to refund me my money. Its so upsetting because I opened a claim with my credit card bank I used and they weren't any help either. I would really appreciate if they could please give me a refund for the items that were missing.
