pharmacist
My daughter, Bethany Nations, has been trying to get her meds filled all day! The pharmacist on duty refused to fill her meds in a timely manner because he didn't like her attitude. The over night pharmacist at the Nelson Rd, Lake Charles, La CVS.. He's claiming now that he can't fill her RXs because he's gotta do inventory. There has been a big ordeal...

On 4-15-2019 I came home to find a message on my answering machine from the manager that said I was not the right fit for her store because I had filled out a quetionaire on line and complained about the level of competant service at this location store # 9830 stockton ca. 95210. So I called and asked to talk to her what I said was did she want me to take my business elsewhere she was her uaual snotty self and said she did not like the complaints and that it would be best, I told her tonever call my home again for anything other than things pertaining to my prescriptions she was not happy and kept interupting me and I got mad and repeated to her not to call my fuc — g house again and she said dont ever come in her store again. I am sorry I used the f word but she pissed me off, she had no business calling my home and telling me basically to go somewhere else, also I called your 1800 # and told them and they said they would pass it along to an area manager, but still no call. His name is trong tran I think, I have about 15 prescriptions at this store and am a hadicapped person and have been for about 20 years I do not enjoy being treated like this and should these complants go straight to her with my name on them? I was at your manteca ca. Store for a long time and I never had the problems I have had at this store or been trated with this lack of respect, I dont go in the store and act like an [censored], if there is a problem I ask why and what is going to happen, numerous times I have called in prescriptions and they are not filled and they always blame it on my doctors office, I call the doctor and they have already sent it over numrous times yet they dont get filled, you ask questions and you have to move to a different window after standing in line already can anybody help with this? This so called manager is rude and uncaring she should not be in a place where you have to deal with the public one on one. Scott valentine 108 bernice ave. Stockton ca. [protected]
no med
On 4/15 after 10am, I contacted CVS in Riverbank CA to refill a prescription. The individual taking the call asked if i was going to be picking it up later that day. I said no, i will pick it tomorrow (today, Tuesday). I arrived there today and after 45min wait in line it was my turn. The clerk told me it isnt ready and she will have it expedited. I told her that I was told yesterday that it will be ready today. She said she can have it expediated and ready in 20-30 mins. Obviously she must not have ever receieved meds from CVS because 20-30 mins its actually an hour wait. I then stormed out.
I am appalled that your company's policy is to procrastinate on preparing meds for individuals who call in their order the day before. This policy is one of quite a few you guys have unwritten which makes every experience with the pharmacy regrettable.
Due to this experience, I will be changing my prescriptions to be transferred to another location.
I didn't choose to have my meds transferred to you. My pharmacist retired and decided to transfer all the accounts to CVS without any regard to where I would prefer.
incorrect counts, new prescriptions not filled in timely manner
Store # 5683 Barnesville GA 30204. RX# 848340, filled 2/20/19. On 2/18/19 I was picking up another prescription and inquired about this refill I was expecting also. After the computer was checked I was offered to wait for it to be filled. I chose to return the next day for it since I was not quite out. 26 hrs. later still not filled. I finally got it on the 2/20/19 after my wife chose to wait on it. It was a 90 day supply of 90 tablets. The manufacturer supplies stock in 90 count bottles. After opening the bottle for the first time 3/1/19 I discovered the foil seal broken and 60 in the bottle. 30 had been dispensed from the bottle.
The local discussion page has been filled with similar complaints for about a month prior to this. Drs. sending in orders & taking days to get filled unless you are waiting on them in person. I was called to pick up a refill so I went to pick it up later that day and it was not filled. Something recently has changed at this location. I don't know what, but it seriously has affected service. If it doesn't get better soon I will need to relocate my business.
pharmacist conduct
On Friday April 12, 2019 I contacted CVS Pharmacey customer service to report a complaint regarding the unproffesional conduct of the Pharmacist on duty at 9:44am at your store located on 1471 W Covell Blvd Davis, CA 95616. I explained to the customer service representative that I had witnessed the Pharmacist discipline an employee in front of customers and other employees. I explained the behavior of the pharmacist in detail and requested a call back from the District Manager. The customer service represenative stated the DM would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Today it has been well over the 48 hours and I called back to follow up only to be told the DM would follow up on working days. But CVS as well as the corporate office are open 7 days a week and in most cases 24 hours per day. This does not make any sense.
By way of this email I am requesting a return call to me immediatly. It is alarming of the lack of urgencey around a code of conduct issue. I would love to speak with the CEO or board of directors regarding customer service follow up. I will do that as soon as the issue with the code of conduct is properly addressed.
depend under wear for men
Card # [protected]. I received an email stating that I could send a sale to my card that I would be able to buy a 32 count package of Depend underwear for men at the price of $11.99 the computer states its on my card - but the store would only give me 32% off which more than the sale price I was offered. They would not sell it to me at $11.99 - I went home and checked the computer message says the sale is on my card. I went back to the store and returned the product.
manager at the counter
I went there to do my coupon and the manager there I think it's name is Adrian gave me a hard time telling me misinformation that I needed to buy for for for braces in order to get the coupon when the coupon stays clearly is one buy one get one free also he did not want to honor the prices that were at discounted prices Hook by CVS store and was trying to make me pay full retail price for them he was very disrespectful and acting in a very unprofessional way and telling me he hates couponers I spend a lot of money in CVS I don't need to get treated like that especially from a manager I went to another CVS had no issue and they told me he just did not want to do his job .. employee like this give the CVS brand a bad reputation and I also gave this store a bad review
customer service pharmacy phone
Hi
I called the pharmacy on 4-11-19 at 343 pm and 15 minutes later a voice came on and asked me to hold...10 minutes later the same young man (he said his name was tyler) answered the phone... I spoke with him about a minute and he answered my questions... I am dissapointed that cvs does not have a better system to answer customer questions from customers over the phone
Tyler informed me that only two people work in the pharmacy on weekdays
Please staff your pharmacies better if you want to keep our business
Thank you

Someone is another town has been using my card (more than once) somehow and claiming my extra bucks rewards. I get their reciepts to my email and I have never even stepped foot in the cvs they're shopping at. I've contacted customer service about this already and no one has gotten back to me. I would just start a new exrta care account, but I have quite a few coupons and rewards from shopping frequently. I tried to change my - phone number in the system and they said they couldnt.

overcharge on copays, refusing to refund over $200, lost physicians scripts presented to be filled.
This complaint will just go unread and unresolved with the rest on this site, but here it is. When I went to pick up a prescription for my husband I was told the copay would be $100. I had no choice but to pick up the medicine because it had to be taken prior to a scheduled surgical procedure. The refill was the same price $100 and no time to fight the pharmacy before surgery. After returning from the surgery, transferred all family prescriptions away from cvs, to my home town independent pharmacy and using my same insurance paid $23.50 /month copay for the same medication. I would like to add that all our copays dropped.
I have been calling cvs numbers without resolution to get a refund, so I am proud to say my state senator just emailed me a document to complete regarding a my prescription copay issues with cvs. Anyone care to answer my phone calls before I get the paperwork moving.
pharmacy and general store service
Good evening, I am a Physician that called in a prescription for a patient and attempted to call to make a modification as it was an e-script and I could not make changes online. I called multiple times over the span on an hour, placed on hold for at least 15 minutes each time by the automated system to reach the pharmacist and punched all numbers on...

I will be filing my complaint with Consumer Affaier, BBB, and whoever else I can find that applies. Let me start by saying any pharmacy that get's shut down by the Health Department is already a disgrace. The pharmacy employees are by far the MOST disrespectful and disgraceful pack of inept people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Every time I have to deal with this location it is a problem. I was literally on the phone for 1 hour and 58 minutes today and still haven't gotten my epileptic son's medication. I am utterly disgusted. You should be ashamed to even have this store under the CVS logo.
staff was rude. pharmacist was rude/unprofessional
Called today, 3/19/2019 at 1:20p. The staff answered, mumbled that they were busy and I needed to hold. Left me on hold for 10 min then hung up on me. I called right back and the lady pharmacist answered. I was checking on a script that was sent to them on 2/28/2019 for our patient - it was never filled... I could tell from her tone she was less than pleased be on the phone, or at work. She said she would get it ready. I asked if there was a problem with it since it wasn't previously filled and she said "oh I don't know, maybe he doesn't have $162".
That isn't a professional response. Have some class or maybe find another job because customer service isn't for you! CVS needs to look into this lady pharmacist and her staff. I keep repeating lady because I didn't get her name but she was female. Super unprofessional.
pharmacy/staff
I am new to this CVS Pharmacy and have never had such bad customer service from a pharmacy. Every month my prescriptions are filled late, as the medicine is "not available" making me not able to take my medicine for several days. However, the worst part of this pharmacy is that every month, when I inquire in person or on the phone regarding refills, one...
Read full review of CVSI was on hold for over an hour
I called in today 3/13/19 around 3:30. I had to call the front desk after 20 minutes she advised she was going to tell the pharmacy to answer the phone. After 12 minutes someone picked up and said "please hold" and placed me back on hold before I could even say anything. I waited another 22 minutes and called back to the front desk and she told me they probably couldn't hear the phone and they would go back again to ask them to answer the phone. Someone finally picked up after 18 minutes and I advised I needed to fill a prescription and was calling to give new insurance information. I was placed back on hold and after another 8 minutes she picked back up and I gave her the account information and asked it they were busy, she ignored the question. Was placed back on hold for about 15 minutes and was again asked for the account information. I was placed back on hold several more times and then finally told they had registered the insurance. I asked about the prescription, she forgot about it, she placed me back on hold and then advised it went thru the insurance.
pharmacy
This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in less than 2 months. Had a prescription called in Friday the 8th went to pick it up Monday the 11th, they said they did not have anything called in for me? I explained this is the second attempt from my doctor for this prescription, and asked why they don't have it? They had no idea and suggest I call my Dr...

I am a physician at the University of Minnesota and called in a prescription for my wife who had previously been prescribed this medication at this store. The pharmacist called back and said she would not fill it, that i needed to send a ecert prescription. I asked why as I had called in prescriptions for her previously, it is obviously easier than pulling everything up on the system, and when I explained I was able to do this at the CVS pharmacy in Duluth MN when we were visiting up there she became extremely rude, refused to provide an explanation, said it was her prerogative and when I tried to explain to her this is not a new prescription she cut me off and stated "this conversation is over" and hung up. Anger does not describe what I felt at that moment, arrogant, rude behavior has no place here- a Walgreens pharmacist explained the policy to me and I had a colleague prescribe it. My business will now go elsewhere and your pharmacist should either be reprimanded or required to take a course in customer relations
