pharmacist at kerry forest and pharmacy tech at coolidge court both tallahassee, fl
on 11/7/17 8:55 a.m. I called the Kerry Forest Location and asked to speak with the Pharmacist regarding a prescription change. She cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation, and then cut me off a 2nd time to tell me she had not received anything from my doctor. What she said was not as rude as how she said it. She stated first of all...second of all...
the tone was insulting, she spoke to me as if I were lying about my prescription or the doctor calling to change it. Because of what my prescription is, they make assumptions about who I am, and treat me accordingly. I used to get my prescriptions filled at Sam's Club I only changed because of my insurance, but I plan to go anywhere that they are respectful and treat me as a patient and not a criminal. They should not treat people differently. That is prejudice. They should treat all customers with respect. Regardless of what the prescription is for. I wonder if they treat Medicaid patients as sub-human.
customer care
I had to go to the minute clinic in cvs because I was feeling really bad so anyways after my visit I got some medicine I needed it and when I went up to the cashier she first of all didn't even said hi or anything. She just grab what I was going to buy and scan it told us how much it was going to be so first my mom gave her two twenties because she thought she didn't have change but I did so I told her ma'am I have the change and she pretended like she didn't her me and I told her again and she ignore me again and when she was about to give me the change I told her again I had told you already I have change and she's like I heard you already and I told her well you didn't answer and just ignore me and she said the most dumb thing ever "I was ordering my thoughts" I told her well you should at least answer out of respect and she was all rude about and didn't even apologized.. her name is judeen African American lady. Worst customer service ever!
pharmacist treatment
I brought in an rx to CVS pharmacy in Fresno on Champlain /Perrin today 11/3 @ about 3:30pm. I received the worst customer service ever! The rx was for Oxycodone which I know is Schedule 2 drug since i used to work at pharmacy. I asked the pharm tech if it was in stock since 2 previous Walgreens pharmacies i had been to did not have it in stock and my husband just had surgery a week ago and we just left the Dr appt. This pharmacist proceeded to ask me where we usually go. I said Walgreens. He wanted every location we ever went to and then said why don't you just go there. He kept looking at me and my husband and the script and I knew exactly what he was getting at. I was so offended by his treatment I took the rx and left. I don't need to be made to feel like we are one of those people who abuse schedule 2 drugs especially as a potential new customer. I work at a hospital that preferred pharmacy is Caremark CVS and a vendor was just there encouraging employees to switch. After today's treatment that will NEVER happen. Your pharmacist was out of line and I did not appreciate being grilled about a legit rx. He could have just called the office to verify rather than interogate me.
customer service...
There's a change in the tone and feeling in the Tarrytown NY store (on 119). Used to be a way more friendly environment but all the familiar faces are gone and it's just not inviting anymore. And when I returned today to correct something, I had a negative experience involving coupons the cashier forgot to scan yesterday. Acted like it was a huuuuge inconvenience and that made me walk away because $4 isn't worth it. Even though your coupons are a terrific perk and make me buy there versus elsewhere. But won't be shopping there anymore. Only to use the Pharmacy as I have for years. Those individuals are still fine.
Just thought you'd like to know.
customer service
My 2 year old needed a mask for her inhaler and the mask that should have been requested was not covered by her insurance. Instead of calling me to let me know that CVS was not able to order this mask ($12) they automatically ordered another mask ($33) which took longer to be delivered. I was even on the phone with CVS between 4pm and 5pm yesterday November 1st, before the shipment came in. After they noticed the mix up, they still never called me about the problem. Luckily my brother was with me to pay for this mask because I didn't have that much money on me at the time.
I still do not understand how this same insurance for my son paid for the mask and chamber that my daughter received. I will also be contacting the Insurance Company about that as well.
the staff is very rude
The pharmacy staff including the pharmacist are very rude.. Everytime you go in there to pick scripts up they are standing around doing nothing and when you need them to wait on you they act like they are in pain/anger to help you...The older male pharmacist is very rude and several of his techs are just extremely rude...This place use to be a great store to shop at, but its just a gossip hangout and a place to laugh, cut up and play on their phones..
prescriptions
For the past 2 mths we have had issue after issue with the pharmacy on Randolph st in Thomasville, NC. The first issue was during the summer I had picked up my husbands prescriptions and two days later he got a phone call stating they had given him someone else's medications and for him to return the prescriptions, luckily he had not taken any of them, the second issue was a few weeks later, I had dropped off a refill request on his adhd medication which is taken daily and informed them he only had enough left for 2-3 days, this prescription took almost 2 weeks to be filled! The third issue was with an iron supplement prescribed by my daughter's pediatrician, cvs did not have it and said it would take a day, it took 4 days and I went to a different pharmacy to purchase it as she needed it that day as I contacted the Dr to see if cvs could provide what they did have and they were unable to. This past issue and also the biggest issue was that our daughter is SEVERELY allergic to peanuts and we bought two double pcks of EpiPens in Oct of this yr. I noticed the other day that the pack we had been carrying with us expires next month! These are supposed to be good for a yr! Thankfully I noticed this as the other pk is good until Dec 2018 but I couldn't imagine what would have happened of the ones on us were no longer good and we needed to use them! I contacted the store this morning and they told me to bring it in to exchange it, no apologies or reasoning behind it. We have used Cvs for years and after having multiple issues and receiving bad customer service with attitudes we are switching pharmacies. I don't know if there are new employees or what the issue may be but we as customers should be able to have faith in the people filling our prescriptions and at this rate I now have zero trust in this location.
cvs pharmacy 253 1st ave new york ny 10075
On November 11, 2017 I came to the CVS pharmacy on 253 1st ave New York NY. I came in because a tube of my medication was malfunctioning. The CVS pharmacy staff members confirmed that the product was damage.
I wanted to have it replaced. I was told by the pharmacist that she would not give me a new tube and I needed to contact the distributor if I wanted my med. I do not know who the distributor is or how to contact them and she did not provide me with any instructions whatsoever, just a blank stare. She did not even move from her spot. That was so demeaning and belittling. I asked if she could contact the distributor for me. She refused. It is very hard to explain the exact way the tube malfunctions but she herself saw and confirmed it and she has experience with contacting distributors. I don't know the first step and I don't have the time to figure it out or wait for a replacement as this is a time sensitive medication. She did not seem at all interested in helping with anything at all and infect did not even move from her stop behind the bins with all the prescriptions whole time.
I was disoriented and confused. No one has ever given me this kind of poor customer service in any pharmacy before. I asked if I could have some medication in the interim to tie me over so I don't have symptoms as I didn't know how long it would take for me to acquire this medication from the distributor. She refused to give me any medication in the interim. I told her this is a time sensitive medication. She again did not move from her spot.
CVS pharmacy, by selling me a damaged product, put me at 100 % chance to experience the symptoms this med is to prevent. Your company also caused me stress and embarrassment. Your pharmacy staff did not apologize and did not seem at all sympathetic at all. In other pharmacy's pharmacist come over and try to make things discrete and try to make the patient feel like their health matters. Your pharmacy kept telling me to call the distributor but did not provide a phone number or any other way to do so.
I started to cry in front of the whole pharmacy staff and store. Nobody said anything so I just walked away. Then I came back really angry and I demanded for store manager. The store manager didn't believe me that the dispenser was broken and kept pushing on it to prove that it wasn't. He should've never attempted to touch my medication in the first place, how dare he try to put his finger in my medication!
The insurance will not pay for another medication as this one was just so I cant get it even if i go to another pharmacy that would treat me with more dignity and would at the very least attempt an interested in my health.
At the end of the day, not only did you provide me with the damage product, you caused me symptoms and the CVS has embarrassed me in front of my neighbors and fellow shoppers. They look at me with their sad looks. I was so mad and embarrassed!
I am writing because I want an apology and most of all I want my medication. I'm expecting an official response.
shorted medication
I went in to pick up an antibiotic for my sick friend who does not drive. First off, the pharmacy didn't have the drug ready. They had to call the office (on my insistence) to verify that it was for one Z-pack instead of one pill. One pill? Really? Anyway, they verified it was indeed the Z-pack (6 pills, 2 on day 1 and then one a day for 5 days). I got the package and didn't think I'd have to look at the box; that it would be complete. I dropped it off with my friend and started home. I get a call from her ten minutes later saying there was only 3 pills in the package, not 6. She lives 8 miles away from me. So now we have to return to the pharmacy (spending time and gas) on Friday to pick up the remaining three pills. Their mistake; someone from the pharmacy should deliver them TO her. And aren't those boxes checked before they are released? This was poor customer service from beginning to end.
customer service.
I visited a cvs store in mertarie Louisiana and I was sort of insalted and/ discriminated against. I was sort of in a rush and wanted to be in and out of the store because I was on my lunch brake. I want strain in and went to the front counter because I want wanting to purchase a iPhone charger; at first I did not see them so I counted shopping around the store look for the cable. Furthermore the cashier was behind the counter, never asked me do I need help or how could she assist me or anything. I went back the the front counter to ask when can I find an iPhone charger, she ignored me as if I where not there. I asked her politely I'm looking for a iPhone charger she ignored me again. I was not until I said I'm look for a cheap iPhone charge was then she replied. I might add That I was a little dirty but I was only because I had been at work, but on the other hand why so judgmental I displayed no up notions behavior was polite and patient the hole time, I feel the behavior the cashier exhibited was unexceptionable. I pay just like everyone else who comes in the store, I contributed to society just like every other hard working person.
You do not have any evidence that she discriminated against you. The cashier may just not be the most customer service oriented.
pharmacy
I have used the pharmacy for 5+ years with no complaints. In the last 6 months, with staff changes and a new pharmacist, the entire department is horrible. They are rude, don't explain scripts, when asking questions-don't walk over to talk, instead yell from where they are standing so everyone can hear-which may I add is a clear violation of HIPPA. If my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere, I would. I have never been treated so poorly.
Yesterday, I was given a change in script from my primary for a pain killer. They refused to fill and stated they couldn't. When I repeated what my dr told them, they then stated that it was bc my insurance wouldn't cover. I called my insurance, they lied. Went to pick it up today, they didn't have it ready. When asked was very rude like I was wasting time. Complete disgusted in the service and sick of being treated like garbage every time I have to pick up a script.
cvs pharmacy, 637 lowell st peabody na
I have never been treated so badly in my life. Every time my dr writes a prescription for clonidine 0.3 they give me a very difficult time! They even went as far as to call my dr. And say I tried to fill 2 different clonidine prescriptions, which is a complete life! My insurance would never allow this. So now my dr thinks I abuse a blood pressure medication. They give me a huge attitude and make me feel so uncomfortable there. Unfortunately it's the closest pharmacy to me and i'm kind of stuck. They also always question how my prescription is written just to hassle me. I've never felt so utterly disrespected in my life. They make me feel like i'm a drug addict when it's not even a controlled substance. All my friends saytheyre awful as well. Why isn t anytyhing ever done to represent these people?!? It's sickening what they get away with! The head pharmacists name is jeff and he's a terrible person
gold emblem sugar free
We purchased several bags of cinnamon cherry peppermint and root barrels and they are melted and in her candy dish. I have photos. My mom is elderly and can't remove the wrappers. I am attaching photos. Some are melted in the bags. I'm not sure if this is old or if there is a problem with CVS Gold Emblem Sugar free candy. Mom has mentioned several times that she can't remove the wrappers. Has anyone else had this problem?
rudeness and harassment by employees store#2798
On 10/27/2017 at 7:00AM, I was approached by a man named Cletus and Ron, both of which said that I needed to take off my school backpack. I go to this store nearly every day with the same backpack and use it in order not to use plastic bags. The man who really was aggressive and belligerent towards me was Cletus. When I asked him why I needed to leave my backpack in the front of the store, he said because "I said so" and then got close to me and asked me if I had a hearing problem. When I stated that I did not; he got angrier and said I "I was full of [censor] and that I better listen, or I would not be allowed in the store." Meanwhile, I was trying to pay for a box of cereal and Ron tried to charge me $9.99 for a $5.00 box of cereal. He exclaimed when my card did not go through that I did not have enough money; I said that I was not charged correctly, and he canceled the sale and charged me again, this time by scanning the box. I asked for the employee's name and neither wanted to disclose any information. I want a refund for the cereal I bought.
rude staff
I have been a loyal CVS customer for many years (30 plus). This is the first time I have ever encountered rudeness at a CVS Pharmacy. The staff are always warm, helpful and extremely polite. Today I was shocked by the rude and unhelpful behavior of Viridiana at Park Cedar Drive, Charlotte NC. If she is working the next time I am at the pharmacy I will leave as I do not want to work with her again. (She doesn't reflect on the business with her attitude and lack of people skills.)
Thanks for your help.

filthy unsanitary mens bathroom
Have already sent in complaint...no reply as I expected. On more than one occasion i have used the mens room at the N. George St. CVS in York PA. while there to pick up prescription. Some time in past it was that bad I pointed it out to the manager...well obviously it is not something she cares to really take care of, stay on top of or worry about! Its disgusting. Has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long long time. It is pretty much always dirty. My next step is to contact the health inspector of York. Afterall it is a Pharmacy and a Public place. I will be happy to send pictures of the mess that I have if someone really cares at all? I believe it may be time to move my business to Walmart...
dicyclomine 20 mg capsules
My doctor (Dr Slattery) wrote a prescription for this 20 mg capsule. I have no insurance, so I went to the CVS closest to my job to fill it. I asked they young lady in the pharmacy how much this would cost. She told me it would be $16.00. I asked her to have it filled.
When I went back to pick up the Rx, they told me it would be $27.60. I asked why and they told me the 20 mg was on back order and they had to give me twice as many of the 10 mg. I said is that not the same thing and cost. She said it doesn't work that way and it would be more money. I asked that when I come back next month, if they have the 20 mg dosage, it would be $16. She said once they fill the prescription as 10 mg, they can't change it to 20 mg (even though the doctor wrote it for 20 mg) and it would still cost me $27.60 (?!?!)
I paid the $27.60 just so I could get the medication, but I will be calling my doctor next month to write me another Rx for this medication so I can bring it somewhere else.
I don't appreciate the double talk just to get a few more dollars from me.
unethical behaviour
Incident happen on Monday October 23, 2017 at 7:10PM
Unfortunately I have to tell this horrible story again, Last night My young daughter I went to our local CVS store located on 1520 Northampton street Easton pa 18042.
The store had several customers waiting on line as the cashier rang people up. I was fourth in line with a large family behind me. My daughter had picked up the wrong batteries and I simply got off the line for a second the switch them out. When I walked back to my daughter the cashier (woman) by the name Nikta was extremely rude towards me and told me to go to the back of the line . I had explained to her that the little girl standing was my child I just had to switch the batteries . She began to use profanity and say that " I had to take my [censor] to the back of the line " I began to get angry not only do I have my young child with me but I am five months pregnant and I've been waiting patently in a line that just had several individuals in front of me. This Woman Nikta was unprofessional, Rude, Has no sense of customer service and was extremely wrong to treat someone that way. After her calling me a "[censor]" I finally took the batteries out of her hand and went to the back of the line . I have never in life experienced such embarrassment and use of unprofessionalism. I waited for the manager to come out of the back office and even with her supervisor in front of her did not stop her from being loud and rude yelling that I needed to leave. As I simply asked the manger for her name . Again all this happened while my daughter was in the presence and the family also next to me.
while I was leaving Nikta yelled that I was a "black [censor]" and to Not come back. Which I will no longer do plus I will be letting all my family and friends know of what I went threw.
To think CVS is a family Store that at that location someone racist is
working .
I apologize of using such horrible language in this form but I had to Voice how unethical this all was.
customer service
October 23, 2017, while shopping in the store last night, I noticed a member of management was reprimanding a colleague on the sales floor and not where customers could not hear the discussion. I feel it is a violation of this employees rights to be publicly humiliated because he did not like something that she did. She was trying really hard not to cry when she rang me out. I really liked her because she was pleasant. I agree that she was right that it is a violation of privacy to have schedules posted where I as a customer could clearly read everything including who was working and the times that they are working.
customer service/cashier
I went to the cove's store located at 3030 west Dillard avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218. I went to the register to check out my merchandise by a cashier named Jose.
He proceeded to bag my groceries and I ask for a second bag and he told me only one bag per customer. I ask him a second time for another bag and he said no and proceeded to help the next customer. I told him that I was a paying customer and would like to speak to the manager.
He stated the I am the manager. His name tag only said his Jose.
I ask him again to speak to the manager and he stated no.
I am filing this complaint because he was very rude and unprofessional.
I would like something done about this. No customer who spends their hard earned money should have to be treated like this. Thank you for your time
