CVS dishonest pharmacist & race discrimination

My name is Min Hui Woodall, an Asian American and a proud American citizen. I am living in Jonesboro, Georgia. On September 22nd I had a paper prescription of 30 pills of FIOICET (BUT/APAP/CAF 50-300-40mg) for my serious headache (migraine) and also have 1 refill (30 pills) after that. I usually go to Walmart pharmacy in Fayetteville to get my medication and refill. On September 22nd, I had my husband, Vernon Woodall, go to Walmart pharmacy to drop off and pick up my medication, however, at that day (September 22nd) there was a super long waiting line at Walmart pharmacy so my husband decided to go to the other pharmacy and hoped there was not a long waiting line, so he drove by and saw CVS pharmacy in Fayetteville, and he drove to CVS drive-through window counter and dropped off my paper prescription of FIOICET (30 pills) & my insurance card to a pharmacist named Gregory W George and he went straight to back to check my insurance on computer and came back to the window counter to tell my husband that “your insurance is good and will cover all medication, and your wife’s FIORICET (30 pills) will be ready in 1 hour.” And my husband asked him politely “you are sure I can get my wife’s medication today because I don’t want to come back and they are not ready!” And that pharmacist said “we definitely have your wife’s medication ready in 1 hour”! So my husband left and went to Publix to get some groceries, and when he came back to CVS pharmacy to pick up my medication (he went inside to the store, not drive-through counter), the other pharmacy person checked the computer and went to the back rack to look for something, and came back to tell my husband that “the computer made a mistake . We don’t have your wife’s medication because it’s out of stock!” My husband was very upset about it and asked to talk to the pharmacist who was the one working in drive -through counter and told my husband my medication will be ready in 1 hour for sure! Finally the pharmacist, Gregory W George, came to my husband, and he started saying to my husband that my medication (FIORICET) was special order and out of stock, so he wanted my husband to come back later, and more rediculous thing was he was not even sure when was the exact date that my medication will be ready. However, after my husband spoke up and, all of the sudden, this pharmacist said he found some in back rack but only have 10 or 12 pills, not 30 in full, so he gave my husband 12 pills (12 pills was printed on the paper and the bottle label)! And he said to my husband the remaining 18 pills will be ready in 4 or 5 days! After spending more than 1 hour for this kind of nonsense, my hard working husband was exhausted. When he came home telling me the whole story I was super mad at my husband because I hate having my medication separately and I always had my medication in full one time at Walmart pharmacy. My husband and I had a big argument because of this nonsense. I knew it’s not my husband who was supposed to be taken on the blame, it’s all on CVS pharmacy in Fayetteville, especially this pharmacist, Gregory W George, he created this whole bazaar situation, how could you tell your customer you have all pills ready in 1 hour in the first place, and then blamed on computer making mistake, and said the pills were out of stock, and then after my husband spoke up, all the sudden, he said he found some in the back rack! It’s weird and unacceptable! So I called CVS pharmacy in Fayetteville in the evening of September 22nd and waited for almost 30 minutes and finally they transferred my call to the same pharmacist, Gregory W George, and I expressed my concern about my 30 pills being separated into 2 times, and also asked him when I can get my remaining 18 pills ready and his answer was “they’re working on it because my medication was special order and out of stock but will be ready in 4 or 5 days! Well... it seemed everything was working out (even if I was thinking the whole situation was super ridiculous and weird)! But the worst thing was happening- - After I talked to this pharmacist on phone, I finally got a chance to open my medication bottle to take my pill but I found there was only 10 pills in the bottle, not 12 pills that was printed on the paper and the bottle label (short of 2 pills)! At that moment, I was really furious at this dishonest CVS pharmacist! I am a patient who always count my pills before I start taking. So I headed to my family room to ask husband if he counted the pills before he left CVS pharmacy. He said he didn’t, especially after he was worn out to deal with this pharmacist more than 1 hour, and when this pharmacist suddenly said he found 10 or 12 pills and let my husband had 12 pills at last. My husband said he just wanted to be out of there and came home! Actually I already knew my husband would not count pills before he left CVS pharmacy because my husband never count his own meds, the reason is he always trust his pharmacist and never have any shorting pills from his pharmacy. On September 22nd, my husband and I had already have enough of this ridiculous CVS pharmacy chaos, and I was really furious and was just about to call CVS pharmacy again, but my husband calmed me down and told me to deal with that later because we really had enough to CVS pharmacy today (September 22nd)! And also I had 3 pills left from my previous prescription (I got all my medication from Walmart!) Anyway, I called CVS pharmacy back on September 26th to ask them when my remaining 18 pills should be ready to pick up and a pharmacy lady was rude and transferred my phone call to the other pharmacy lady who said “I cannot have my remaining 18 pills until I finish my 12 pills for 12 days because my insurance maybe will not pay for these 18 pills until October 4th. And she sounded like “what you are hurting for! You’re not out of your pills yet!” that made me very upset and uncomfortable, but she also said my remaining 18 pills were supposed to be ready on Saturday September 30th, and they would text me! And on Sunday October 1st, I got text from CVS pharmacy saying They are placing a special order for my meds, and it’s too soon for me to refill”! I was really beyond furious about this text! What kind of pharmacy would do that “it’s been 9 or 10 days since I had 10 pills from them (this dishonest pharmacist only gave me 10 pills but he printed 12 pills on bottle label and paper! He shorted me on 2 pills!) How long did they need to order pills (for their customer who has serious headache/migraine) from manufacturer? My husband wanted me to wait for till October 4th so he and I can go together to CVS pharmacy to make everything clear! Ok...this nightmare is not over yet! Yesterday October 4th, my husband and I went to CVS pharmacy in Fayetteville to ask them about my remaining 18 pills, a pharmacy lady checked on computer and ran back to talk to this dishonest pharmacist, Gregory W George, and came back to tell us “I remember you, and your remaining 18 pills will be ready in 30 to 60 minutes”, because there was a long waiting line, my husband and I went to Publix to shop and get dinner for my kids. All of the sudden, I had a text from CVS pharmacy during shopping at Publix. It’s saying my medication is a special order, they will text me when ready! At that moment, my husband and I, we both were super mad at this whole bazaar situation, my husband said they went too far, and we would definitely got this situation straight today, so we headed to CVS and drove to drive-through counter to talk to this dishonest pharmacist who was working in drive-through counters but he seemed like he saw us and was afraid to talk to us so he went back to hide, and sent the other pharmacy lady to talk to us. My husband told this pharmacy lady “it’s been already 13 days since I got my wife’s pills on September 22nd. How come you guys still coudn’t order the medication my wife needs? How long will it take you guys work on this simple case?” The pharmacy lady was making apology to us and said “my medication is special order and out of stock now in this CVS pharmacy store! They need to make special order to the manufacturer so it might be ready on tomorrow after 4pm!” That was totally a BS for me and my husband! It’s totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I told this pharmacy lady I ran out of my meds yesterday, I have to take 1 pill per day at same time to take my terrible headache away! How could they keep lying to customer like that over and over? My husband finally had lost his patience and asked this phamacy lady to transfer my prescription back to Walmart pharmacy! And this pharmacy lady looked very embarrassed and panic and went back to talk to that dishonest pharmacist, Gregory W George, and then came back to said they found some in back rack (same weird situation happened on September 22nd!) In the very first beginning, they said my medication was out of stock and they had to make a special order so I had to wait for them to text me whenever ready! And then after we spoke up and fighted for our right, and all of sudden, they said they found some! What in the world they were doing? They either have or don’t have! Finally I got my 18 pills placed in a labeled medicine bottle in a stapled bag, and I really wanted to open this stapled bag and count my pills before we left drive-through counter but there were 4 cars behind us, my husband didn’t want to block other customers’s way so we left and stopped in CVS store’s parking lot so that I could count my pills! Once again, there were only 16 pills in bottle, not 18 pills printed on the bottle’s label and the paper (they shorted me 2 pills again)! This dishonest pharmacist, Gregory W George, gave me shorting pills again! My husband And I were beyond fury, and speechless! I did call back to CVS pharmacy in CVS parking lot and just happened this dishonest pharmacist answering phone and I raised my voice to tell him “You has been very dishonest for my medication situation, and continued to give me shorting pills! On September 22nd, there were only 10 pills in the bottle, but the bottle leble was printed 12 pills that was short on 2 pills! On October 4th, there were only 16 pills in the bottle, but the bottle leble was printed 18 pills that was short on 2 pills again! I told him on phone that how dare you did that twice to the customer! I will report you to CVS headquarters and police about your dishonest fraud, and then he hung up on me!” There is something serious wrong happening in CVS pharmacy in Fayetteville Georgia! I am suspicious that this pharmacist named Gregory W George must do something sneaky even worst! I had same prescription from same doctor and I always went to Walmart to drop off and pick up my medication without any problem, and Walmart always let me have my medication at the same drop off day, and never shorted me on pills!

How did this pharmacist named Gregory W George continue to mess up with my medication? How hard for this guy to order FIORICET legally for a 51-year-old customer suffering from bad headache (migraine)? How long does he need to work on getting a special order from manufacturer? Why did he keep on lying to me and my husband about my medication’s situation? Why he always told us that my medication was out of stock in the first place, and then all of the sudden, he found some after we spoke up? Why did he keep giving me shorting pills? Does he has something to hide so that he’s afraid to confront my husband and me to get things straight? There were 3 pharmacy people working in CVS pharmacy including this dishonest pharmacist, I don’t know they work together or this Gregory guy is in charge and hide something from his co-workers? Has he been doing this kind of dishonest business with all his customers and never got caught or he just choose the target like me (an Asian American) to do it? I am a female Asian American, my name is Min Hui Woodall, I seriously wonder if this dishonest pharmacist can tell my first name is an Asian name (Min Hui ) so he thinks I am an easy target to take on or bully or take advantage because most Asian immigrants don’t speak good English! However, if it is a case, I have to say loudly and proudly that this dishonest CVS pharmacist named Gregory W George, you have been messing up with the wrong person! I have been living in Georgia almost 15 years, married to a genuine Georgian gentleman for 14 years, and have two kids together who were born and raised here! I speak good English and have no problem with reading and writing! If my case is a race discrimination, I will be seriously thinking to sue this dishonest CVS pharmacist! Actually, it doesn’t matter what reason caused him being dishonest to his customers that is totally unacceptable and intolerant ! I wonder how many customers lik me are victims having small shorting pills all the time but unfortunately they just don’t pay attention or just switch to other pharmacy! It’s 1000% impossible for this dishonest pharmacist to count my pills wrong accidentally because the first time (September 22nd) there were 12pills he said he put in the bottle and actually there were only 10 Pills in the bottle (shorted on 2 pills) and the second time (October 4th) he said there were 18 pills in the bottle but there were only 16 in the bottle (shorted on 2 pills again)! How did he mess up twice my medication with such small amount of pills? If there were 60 or 100 pills of prescription, and he counted wrong and shorted on 2 or 3 pills, I might try to understand! Anyway, this dishonest pharmacist named Gregory W George is totally disqualified to be a pharmacist! He not only lie to me and he lie to my insurance company too! Anyway, He kept lying to me and my husband about the truth of my medication situation and continued to give me shorting pills! I definitely won’t put up with that kind of dishonest behavior ! I am telling whole detailed story that my husband and I have been through in CVS pharmacy in Fayetteville! I sincerely hope CVS customer service can take this case very serious and go investigate this dishonest pharmacist! This is a serious fraud! I am going to call my insurance company to report it to them, and also I plan to talk to my police friend whose borther-in-law is working as a DEA agent! Also my husband and I will make a phone call to CVS customer service to follow up this fraud case! Thanks a lot for reading and paying attention on this case!

CVS prescription filling

After having the same prescriptions filled for over a year I received a call where the pharmacist rudely told me that they have a policy not to fill certain prescriptions from “outside the district”. Moreover, that this policy was instilled this month. My doctor is registered in NY state, there is no legal backing to blindly refuse filling my prescriptions, but CVS corporarte said they can’t do anything about it. They should probably hire better employees or instill quality control measures that do not discriminate blindly. Don’t use the CVS on 42nd and 10th.

CVS someone who works in the stores

This lady is very rude to customers. She isn't friendly at all.. When dealing with public people you have to be nice. I went to the CVS on high st in millville NJ 08332. We went there around 810. The lady had blonde hair. Every time we go in there they aren't friendly and it's getting ridiculous.. This store needs to be shut down or something. When dealing with the public you have to be nice. They are disrespectful and a very very horrible attitude and it's getting ridiculous. If you don't do anything I will take this to the next step.

CVS pharmacy did not inform that medication was not available, just said it was ordered.

9/29/17: store #8843
I called in a refill prescription for Diclofenac. I received an automated voice message response a couple of hours later saying the drug had to be ordered. No time frames were provided. I called back around 7 pm to find out when the order would be in. The girl looked it up and advised that it was back ordered and would not be in until mid-December. I asked why I was not called and informed so I could call the Doctor for an alternative medication, and she lamely said "Oh, someone would of had to look in the computer to see that information". I asked to speak to the pharmacist about an alternative medication before I called my doctor, and he was very rude and said he didn't have time for all of these questions. He gave no apology or excuse for why I didn't get a call saying the medication was not available. He even tried to lie and say the computer said they called. Yes, they called and said it was ordered, nothing else. Very rude man. He also muttered, "its only a dog". Yes, the is human medication for my pet. And that excuses their negligence? So now it is the weekend and I cannot reach my vet to get an alternative medication. All because CVS did not do their job. They are completely negligent.

CVS three blunders for one prescription

Doctor sent urgent antibiotic prescription to CVS Pharmacy. 100 minutes later, no evidence of it online. A call to the pharmacy proved they didn't have it. They were asked to call the doctor's office, which they did.

Patient kept refreshing the CVS prescription-status web page but it never indicated that the prescription was received, much less filled. Additional phone calls and a physical trip to the pharmacy showed that the prescription had been filled after the second doctor contact, even though the web site had never indicated so.

Patient reads prescription label, which says "Take one capsule by mouth bid for 14 days." Pharmacy should never use the Latin abbreviation "b.i.d.", especially without the periods indicating it is an abbreviation, on a consumer label. Luckily this patient suspected that it meant "twice a day." Most patients would likely interpret the label as indicating the medicine should be taken once daily, as the first several words in normal English incicate.

That's three errors filling one critical prescription.

9/29/2017.

CVS the incompetent & rude pharmacy staff

9/27/17
I waited on hold for the pharmacy for 1/2 hour. I hung up & called back & waited another 1/2 hour only to be answered, then hung up on by the pharmacy person! This is not a one time issue. This happens each time I need to ask a question of this pharmacy. The are consistantly in error with prescriptions, causing more wait time and even having to come back for the prescription because if their incompetency. I try to call to confirm ahead of time so I do don't have to wait in the drive thru line or make an unnecessary trip back. I refuse to go into the store because it's like shopping in a third world country. The store is cluttered & always a mess. Items in the floor, not on the correct aisle, just disgraceful for a CVS store. CVS y mas really means "y mas crap" at this location. Drive thru customers get several dirty looks from the staff before someone actually picks up the phone to treat you rudely. Never seen such poor service. Once they have your information, they disappear to, hopefully, find your prescription, or most of it. If they forgot to fill a prescription, they simply tell you "it was put back in stock because it wasn't picked up. After two days? Really? [censor]. If I had more than two months left in Miami, I would ABSOLUTELY take my business elsewhere because this store sure doesn't want it. This store gets a "F" in my book. CVS should be ashamed to have store like this one.

CVS medication

CVS filled a prescription, and I was supposed to have 120, pain tablets. I checked my prescription, before leaving the store, about half of the medication, was in the bottle. I took the bottle, to the counter at pharmacy, and confronted them. They fixed the problem. I really think someone, in the pharmacy department, was trying to get my medication. I paid for it, it was off their medication count, this is not the only, controlled substance, they tried to short me of.Had I of gotten home, and noticed my prescription, was not accurate, they would of blamed me, for trying to get more, than I was supposed to.This has to stop. I think, they need to find out, who is doing this, somebody is trying to steal patient medication, plain foolishness.must stop

CVS pharmacy

Perkasie, PA 18944 CVS has the worst customer service and scams to pay hirer drug costs. I normally get my medication through mail order but I needed a fast 30 day supply. Order went through and CVS contacted me that my order was ready. When I proceeded to pay they tried to get me to pay actual cost and did not even bother to see if I had insurance. When I gave them my current card they said it was not going through and I had to call the number on back of the card myself and they could not help me. This is criminal. How many seniors don't double check and are being taken advantage of. Horrible near will use a CVS ever!

CVS management obstructing the facilitation of medical and health care needs on the count of personal feelings of prejudice

on or about Aug. 25 at the cvs on Glendora in the city of west Covina, Ca. a manager of the location informed a customer that she needed to leave the store and refused to say why but insinuated that it was on the count of that person being a transient of whom my wife is familiar with due to her mother being the founder of "A Parent's Place" a foundation dealing with the education of family's with autistic children about the disease of autism. My wife was informed by her acquaintance of what had transpired so my wife who is a high functioning autistic accompanied by I myself then entered the store where I was already intending to shop to find out why she was treated so prejudicially by what markets it self as a wholesome non-bias company at which point me as well as my wife were asked to leave after taking two feet inside of the store at which point I said "for what reason are you asking us to leave your store" to which she responded "because I saw you talking to that bum and I don't want your kind in my store". So my wife who is an African American took that as being a racial slur, (whether it was a racist or classist comment it is still prejudiced as well as a criminal offence according to the US Civil Liberty Act) which can and may lead to a law suet of substantially negative repercussions of a financial nature not to mention the fall out with both the African American as well as the autistic communities and their supports. I myself informed her of this violation of said act to which she responded (with a pompous attitude as if she had some magic solution to the problem ) "Fine then I'll just call the cops." At which point I calmly said " Go ahead if you do though at this time of the day officer Bowman is going to show up who is a close friend of my wife". at which point she called and made it seem as though we were being far more of a disturbance than we were which the recorded 911 call will reflect. Officer Bowman and his partner Officer Diaz arrived and informed her that all he can do is ask us to leave but since we have not committed any wrong act it would be our choice. But as a favor to my wives friend we did. but if that is not bad enough yesterday my wife need to fill a prescription for pain medication due to sever nerve and ligament trauma prescribed by a physician at Kiser that she was having transferred from

CVS store manager is unprofessional and rude

This store on 13170 Atlantic blvd in Jacksonville 32225 has the rudest manager. He is in no mood to interact and help customers. He is unapproachable and has 1 girl do everything. I stopped going mornings because of his attitude and I see he has trained the night crew to treat customers the same. I need help with sale items because there are never any sale tags up! I'm tired of the same excuse they are short staffed. I am forced to go to Walgreens where I can easily see items on sale without having to skim through the ad for something. I buy milk to be told "we don't make money off of milk". Why would a manager tell me that? Why would a manager tell me to get a smartphone if I want to get deals.? I continued to go to CVS even after you stopped taking my insurance, just to be treated rudely. Sorry no anymore...

CVS unprofessional conduct by pharmacist

I'm writing to report the totally disgusting inhumane treatment I received by CVS pharmacist Vedavati C Hiremath this morning. I went in to pick up my prescription from CVS pharmacy #[protected] Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, VA 22066). Provided him with copies of two coupons I had for my prescriptions and asked that he check to see if they had been applied because with my insurance my copay was still well over $200. He curtly stated that I could not use both coupons and then stated that both had been applied. This contradictory position was very confusion. I asked him to explain which coupon had been applied; he refused. I wanted to know if only one coupon could be applied if one would be more beneficial than another. He repeated very rudely that the coupons has been applied. He then, again, stated that both could not be applied.
His conduct was unprofessional, rude and totally inappropriate for interaction with customers. As a nurse for for 12 years, I felt disgusted to be treated so inhumanely. I was also hoping to get a flu shot, but certainly knew that would not be proper given the pharmacist's conduct.
In addition, while I was at the pharmacy counter right upon opening, he asked for my name and date of birth loudly from the position of a high counter and not from the low counter that allows for discreet conversation. This violation of HIPAA cannot and should not be tolerated. I request that Mr. Hiremath is reassigned to a location outside of my community and be retrained to work with clients in a professional and courteous manner. I had to leave the store with little understanding about whether or not my medication had been charged correctly and/or if discounts had been properly applied. This puts me at risk. I am now calling my insurance company and doing additional leg work because Mr. Hiremath refused to do his job. I look forward to your feedback and expedient response to this very serious matter.
Kind regards,
Cheryl R. Gordon-Zupancic

CVS moist heat pain relief wrap

I have a product packaging complaint. Your wrap carton communicates lots of benefits. However, there is additional information I as a consumer would like to see on the box.
• Size of Wrap
• Directions for Use
After searching the all panels on the box I consulted the pharmacy desk. The product is "microwaveable". The information is hidden in a paragraph on the back panel. This information should be easy to find along with details for heating time.
All the best,
Pedro

CVS cvs pharmacy - store #2164

I have been a long time customer of CVS store #2164 without any issues however today things were very different. I went to pick up a percription that was called in by my doctor at 10am but was not ready when I arrived at 7:30pm. I kindly as the CVS pharmacy employee, Karen, why I hadn't been contacted if there was an issue. She very rudely responded "they normally do but today we just didn't", I asked her why she was being so nasty she said "yea whatever" and slammed the drive up window in my face. I went inside the store to speak with the pharmacy manager. I informed her of how nasty the employee was being. Luckily I was able to clear up the minor insurance issue with the manager. She was extremely pleasant and apologized for Karen's behavior. It is very sad that someone who works with people who are in many cases sick or require a daily medication is so blatantly disrespectful to customer. I hope this matter will be addressed.

Regards,

Talitha Welsh

CVS coupons printed from the kiosk not accepted at the register

Hello,
I went to the CVS on 8/13/17:
Reg#04, TRN#4539, CSHR#1453611, STR 751
Cashier was Joseph - He was the store manager.

I went to the the register to pay for my items and give the cashier my coupons that I just printed out of the kiosk. He tells me those are not my coupons. I told him I just printed them by swiping my card. He rudely kept insisting they were not mine. I was quite annoyed. I have never had a problem with using my coupons. I had $9 in coupons that I could not use, therefore, I did not buy those products.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

CVS app coupons not being read by cvs register

I have had this issue several times. I have coupons loaded onto my CVS app. I spent time going to the store, walking down the aisles picking out products, waiting on line, getting rung up and then being told that my coupons do not show on the register. Doesn't matter that they show up on my app. Computers in the store have been offline for OVER a week. Second 30% off coupon has expired. Going there is a waste of time and effort. There are too many other discount drug stores within a few blocks.

CVS management refusing to take two like coupons in the same transaction

Getting a real run-around by my local CVS store (959 Bay Area Boulevard, Houston, TX 77058) these days wasting my time, their time, and other customers time. I went to CVS to take advantage of a $6 off $30 coupon I had been emailed by CVS. I intended to buy Huggies which were on sale for BOGO 50% and spend $30 get $10. Of course, I had $2 off Huggies Manufacturers coupons to match with the deal. Per CVS coupon policy you can use multiple coupons in a single transaction. When I went to check out with my 3 packs of Huggies the manager told me they could not accept two like coupons in the same transaction. She said I would have to break up the Huggies into separate transactions (So, if I wanted to use my mfr. coupons, I could not get the sale price of BOGO 50%, but instead I'd have to buy all 3 at full price). I told her that that was not the CVS coupon policy (I even showed her a printed copy)but she simply referred to the bullet point in the policy that says "we have the right to refuse or limit the use of any coupon for any reason...". What a waste of time. How was I supposed to reach the $30 amount to use my $6 off coupon AND why would I buy all the huggies at full price when the deal of the week was BOGO 50% plus spend $30 get $10. THey are making buying items from their store more difficult for their customers who choose to coupon. What a terrible business practice.

CVS suboxone

went into the drug store and turn in my prescription and waited in the store for it to be filled then when it was ready went to the e paid for it put it in my purse when I got home I noticed the box is suboxone was open so I looked inside notice that the directions was in there in there was only 10 strips which should have been 30 leaving 20 short. I then called the pharmacy you said they would look into it I received a call back later saying that they can't look right and they would check the film later got another call stating then on the film everything looked okay in the Box looks like it was not open. However I would like to say that there is a big discrepancy somewhere because the box was open missing 20 strips I think further investigation needs to be done about this because there is something definitely wrong I don't know where the problem lies but after looking online CVS has a high complaint line. Something definitely needs to be done I was willing to take a polygraph test if needed. This isn't an honest mistake it is an untrusting mistake I never thought going to the pharmacy that I would ever have to count what was ordered by my Dr and it's pretty sad when the police department advises not to use this Pharmacy and to go to Walgreens instead. So I had to call my doctor and have him write a script for another 20 which they gave me at no cost when I went to get them I felt very uncomfortable and honest felt like I was made guilty this is the most uncomfortable situation that I should have never been in in the first place. Needless to say myself my family and my friends no longer be shopping with CVS. I'm an honest person but yet was given looks like I was the liar. This is the most uncomfortable feeling and I will not forget so for all you people out there chalk this up for less than that I've learned it's sad when you have to count your meds before you leave a pharmacy.

CVS patient health risk by giving the wrong medication and not taking it back

I have been going to the CVS Pharmacy (#[protected] W Sylvania Avenue in Sylvania, Ohio for my prescriptions for the past few years. On Saturday September 2, I got a message (as I normally do) to pick up my prescription which i did from the drive thru and then realized right away that it was the generic and my doctor told me to not take the generic when i went to see him in july. He sent a new prescription over and that same CVS even sent me the original medication on 6/26. So i go inside the store to the pharmacy and first the pharmacist claims that she don't have a prescription from my doctor (even though it was sent 2 months ago) and then they say he has the wrong code and doesn't specify not to give me a generic (which is also incorrect). Finally, they told me they can't take the prescription back because I paid for it and took it off the premises. I said i did not take it off the premises and instead drove right to the front of the store. My doctor has instructed not to take the generic, the pharmacist was rude and lazy and not only would she not take the medicine back (which is fine whatever, throw it away) but she didn't apologize, nor did she try and resolve the problem by updating my profile so i am given the correct original version of the medication. I left the medication there and told them to keep the $30 they took from me.

I am never going back to CVS for my prescriptions again, this could be a health risk to a patient yet the pharmacist didn' even care. I am very disappointed and will be filing multiple complaints. This CVS's system is completely screwed up, they didn't update the new prescription my doctor sent and they are giving me the generic (which i can't take) and the original. I am going to switch to a different pharmacy as i don't trust them anymore.

CVS the product alprazolam

The generic version of alprazolam you're using in lieu of the previous/ Greenstone are literally the worst of the worst when it comes to this medication. I've been taking xanax for15 years. And hands down these are horrible. Headaches. Sleeplessness. Horrible taste and after taste. I know your company is struggling for money... But could you, for once consider your very loyal customers. Sincerely. Chad Hastings
