Ray ban sunglasses order
I was looking for ray ban sunglasses and when I went to order the item, I wS automatically directed to an email that said 10% discount on your first order! When I went to use it, I was not able to use this code! So i reached out to Daily Steals and they said it was only for specific glasses! I wish they would have disclosed that prior to entering my email address!
I have never used Daily steals before and am very disappointed! Had I known I would have continued looking around!
I cannot say much about the product as I have not received them yet! I did ask them why they were being sold as such a discount and if they were knock off! I did not receive a response to my inquiry !

Order placed and paid for on June 1, 2019 via PayPal in the amount of $19.07. I made the purchase as a guest so I do not have an account. I've contacted Daily Steals three times for order status...no response. I've already provided the info I have...transaction ID# as well as the invoice ID#. I have my credit card statement which I can provide if needed.

Product not received, company refuses to respond to my emails regarding status of order

There was an advertisement about a BLU phone on BLU Facebook page been sold by dailysteals. I ordered the phone and they jumped at my money and said order was completed, few hours later I received an email that order was cancelled. I couldn't get a refund nor the phone. I wrote then over and over and again but they only said it was a promotion and the money cut from my card didn't go to their account. It's about 2 years and I can't get any information from them.

Daily STEALS is right! You stealing my money! I tried to order 1 (supposed to be) genuine leather bag at $19.95... the order was charged 2x an I was shipped out 2 manmade fiber shoulder bags with genuine leather tags on them...worth $2 each but you charged $19.99 + $19.99... almost $40. For what amounts to 2 brown plastic purses with genuine leather tags... I ordered through Facebook, I'm Willow Field and in not happy!

I made an order for these items on Sept 5th and my money was taken out and I got an email saying that my order had been shipped and they gave me a tracking # an I checked that no. an it said it was still in Riverside California. So I called the USPS and gave them my #, they said a shipping label has been made but not got the order yet AMNT TO 23.98

May 1, 2018 I purchase a refurbished pellet rifle from DS, receive email next day that it had shipped FedEx SmartPost(snail mail), the item arrived on May 10, the factory cardboard box had been turned inside out so it was just plain brown on the outside, you could see where the box had been busted in several areas, when I picked it up off the porch, you could feel the rifle shifting around inside the box, I opened the box to notice there was no packing material inside the box, just the pellet rifle inside a clear plastic bag. The rear sight was broken off and the 3x9x40 scope was not even in the box. I emailed customer [protected]@dailysteals.com almost immediately(Thursday 5/10/18), to inform them of the issues I have with my order. On Friday 5/11, I get an email from "Dennis" with daily steals, he is very polite in his email and has included a link to a form I have to fill out in order to return the damaged item I received and tells me that it takes between 0-3 business days to complete the request . I filled out the form as requested, didn't receive any response from DS, on Monday (5/14) I email "Dennis" to inquire about the status of my return, he responds that I still need to fill out the return form, which I did for the second time and emailed him that I had done so, it is now Tuesday (5/15) afternoon and I still have not received a return authorization from dailySteals. Now I feel I must file a claim with Paypal in order to receive my refund. My first and ONLY transaction with Dailysteals.com BUYER BEWARE
product not delivered
I purchase pair of belt from them on 24th Nov 2017, they emailed me with shipping information, shipping was updated till 30th Nov that my product was out for delivery, and then suddenly no update, last update states "There are no updates". Item was never delivered also tracking is not updated for 5 days. I tried to contact DailySteals.com support, they do not have a phone number to call, only email, I sent them couple of emails but they are not replying to my emails. I am now feeling like I am robbed. but looks like am not alone robbed by them.

Custome service refused to take responsibility for this and blamed the delivery service. I was advised to call USPS and resolve this issue.
I did. The USPS representative said they never got any package with my address and name on it, it only meant it still was at daylysteals warehouse or wherever they have all of the items. But they will never admit it. So I was just cheated and robbed.
Regarding my refund
There's something wrong with their delivery and status update.
I didn't receive my order even though the website states it has been delivered. The address is right. What might happen?
I requested a refund and didn't get any satisfying reply. What they offer is not for me. I don't want to wait one more week. Or two weeks, Or whatever you want.

Do not order from dailysteals if you actually want to receive the item! June 2017 - I ordered a refurbished smartphone on june 4th, several days later the order status hadn't been updated at all, so I emailed them to ask when the item would ship. I got an auto response about how they'll look into my question and get back to me. It's now been 8 full days since I placed the order - the item has not shipped, the order status hasn't been updated to "order ready" (Which they show as the 2nd step after "ordered"), and they've never responded to my email asking for an eta. I requested they cancel the order, which they better do.
Phone was broken
I am extremely disappointed with DailySteals! They are the worst ever and I would recommend to stay far away from them.
I bought an iPhone from them and that was a present and when it arrived it was broken. Screen was damaged and did not work. I contacted customer service right away and sent them pictures, but instead of helping me they said that was not their responsibility. They claimed that either I or shipping company broke the screen! That was absolutely ridiculous!
Anyway, they refused to provide help and I had to pay extra money to repair the phone. DailySteals is the worst company!
Be prepared!
I bought a phone from this site and it arrived damaged. Screen had several scratches. I contacted DailySteals and they said they'll send me another one but they didn't their promise. It seems like they completely forgot about me because days passed and there was no news.
I contacted them again and they said that they were working on that and said they'll contact as soon as possible. Of course that never happened because they lied from the very beginning. Very bad site.
In the end I just gave up and lost my hope. I would not recommend DailySteals, if anything happens they will not help you. Be prepared!
Non delivery of product/exceptionally poor customer service
I ordered a Huawei Honor 8 (Unlocked) Smartphone + Doctor Strange Gift Box + Huawei Accessories Gift Box from Daily Steals and received a box from them on 11/30/16. The box contained an accessories box, a Dr Strange gift box and NO PHONE. I contacted UPS who said the problem was with the seller. I immediately emailed Daily Steals stating that the phone was missing from the box. (NOTE, I could ONLY email them because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER) I have written 7+ emails between 11/30/16 and today (12/6/16) to Ishia Renfield requesting resolution to this problem. My card was charged for the phone on 11/26/16. Written directions on the response emails state that resolution may take up to 24 to 72 hrs to complete. His only replies to me have been generic = "We sincerely apologize for a delay in response - we've received a massive influx of inquiries of all different kinds, and we want to make sure to address each and every person in the unique way that they deserve. If possible, please bare with us - we're only human! We hope to get back to you soon!" I finally asked him how to cancel and get a refund. When he did not respond to that, I told him I would be writing to the Better Business Bureau (who have MANY complaints against this company!). i filed a complaint with the BBB as I stated I would. All attempts to call Daily Steals have failed. Any published number is answered with a recording stating "you are not authorized to call this number""
Needed my items on a certain date but delivery was very slow
I've ordered some stuff from DailySteals and they promised to deliver my items in two days, that seemed like a great deal, but it actually took much longer. I ordered from them because I needed my stuff on a certain date and they offered fast shipping, but in the end I was very disappointed. I will never order anything from DailySteals again, because in my opinion they are unreliable. Products are nice, but these lies about shipping are very unprofessional.
Tracking number showed error and the seller didn't respond to my emails

I went online and found DailySteals website. It looked quite professional and reputable, so I decided to give it a try. So I made an order and purchased a cell phone, but unfortunately never received it. Customer support rep said that I need to contact USPS because they have the package. I called USPS and they said that they don't know anything about my package. I emailed DailySteals many times and have not received a response. Scam company! I have reported them to BBB.
Failure to Ship an order
I tried to order some items and I am at an military mail address. That was in November. On the web, there was no option offered to ship to me (No USPS option) and so I asked, Now What? After asking and asking, some person finally acknowledged and said they were shipped. They were not. Finally, I get an email supposedly from the CEO, and I reply. No answer and it has been weeks. Terrible Customer Relations!
never respond to return request
Bought a charging case for iphone and item would not charge the iphone. I contacted them requesting to return it and got no response for day so I started sending request on a weekly bases and they finally sent a response saying that they sent an email with the RMA number which I could not find but I was able to find their email stating that they sent it (I do not believe they ever sent it). After that response from them I tried many time to request that they resend it but never get any response.
This site is the worse that I have ever dealt with for customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. If you do you may loose on the item that you are trying to find. The items that have can be found on other sites that have better customer service.
AWFUL. HORRIBLE..BEWARE.. They have good prices but beware. Once I ordered a "refurbished' digital frame. When it finally arrived after two weeks it was chipped, something was loose inside. Basically it was damaged junk. My next order, well, I don't know what I'm going to get. It's been 15 days and still no product. The people who run this company should be arrested!
Got solar post lights on eBay, 8 out of twelve Batteries doesn't hold charge, send to me 8 Alkaline batteries (non rechargeable) after that offer credit for $2.75 to bid for batteries on an auction that ends up on $30.50 plus $5.68 shipping, after that apologies and end of communication.
Prior that, got two Bluetooth headsets, one with no volume and the other never got batteries charged, got to return at my expense.
Purchase was not shipped for 14 days after payment. There is no Customer Service telephone number. Contact to customer service is via email only. They took 4 days to reply to my email. I think this site is a scam. I received only one item and it was under $5. Then I went to buy a toy for my boys and they haven't even shipped the item, it's been over two weeks. Even worse tried to get one computer and they charge for 4, they wont even respond to the emails and complaints! This site is to good to be true!

This website is horrible. They sell the item that doesn't exist in their store. I bought router from them and it has been 3 weeks. When I send an email its hard to get response and finally they said they don't know when the item is going to ship or cancel the order.
Daily Steals advertised a NEW iPhone 3GS but sent me a REFURBISHED one. They admit breach of contract, claim it was a mistake, but I haven't received even a half-decent offer to make this right.

No product, no refund
On 6/10/13 I ordered an e-cigarette kit from this company for $20. It is now 10/2/13 and I have still not received it. I have emailed them at least 8 times now and always get the same answer, that they are working on it and to give them 5-7 days to resolve it. I never hear anything more from them after that and they refuse to offer me a refund.

It's been 22 days since I ordered from this site. After 2 weeks, my item did not show shipped, so I contacted them. It took 3 days and 8 contact requests before someone responded. It is now 8 days since I first contacted them. They have updated my item to shipped but the tracking number gives me no information and if I go to the UPS site it shows that the tracking number was delivered 3 months before I ordered it, and went to the other side of the country. Instead of simply sending me one or refunding my money, they are dragging it on and on saying that it was forwarded to a manager but this manager doesn't seem to exist? I have given up on getting a resolution. I feel they stole from me and am allowing my bank to deal with them. STAY AWAY!
