I've ordered two different products from this company. Neither was functional. They're happy to issue an RMA and replace the products. The problem is that they sell cheap things that cost more to mail back than they're worth, so very few people will avail themselves of that option. Avoid the psychic pain and don't order from these guys.

I ordered a new linksys router 10 days ago, but still they have not shipped it yet. I emailed them several times but they never reply. I opened a dispute through paypal yesterday. They take money right away but never send the item. These guys suck. Yeah, I'm saying suck.
Please do NOT buy from this seller. I'll claim about this to paypal if they don't respond in 10 days.

While I don't doubt sometimes bad luck strikes, I've ordered two items and both have, and still, work very well. One was a wireless router with long range, that thing works great! Another item was an iPhone 3 battery/case, it also works great. Don't. Be afraid to order from dailysteals.com, they can really save you some serious money.
BTW, I don't work for them or anything like that ;-)

Ordered a D-Link wireless router 12 days ago and have not received any shipping information through email or through their site. I sent a concerned email to them 2 days ago and have not heard a thing from them. After reading around on the Internet, I am pretty positive I will "eventually" get my router(most complaints say 3 weeks to a month). On the website they blatantly lie to you and say that orders never take more than 6 days to ship. This guy is making a fortune on shipping costs alone and not putting much effort in making his business reputable. I highly recommend you stay the hell away from this business and I know I will stick to woot.com for my "daily deals".

Don't buy anything from these people. I ordered a remote control RF extender. They sent me and billed me for two of them. Obviously a glitch on their part as my order was clearly for one. when I inquired and asked for one to be refunded, this was their wonderful response:

Hi Joseph,
Thanks for emailing us. I checked into your account and there are two confirmed orders for the remote extenders. We are a final sale company so we are unable to take the items back. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Thank You,
Mitra

After opening, I found that NEITHER ONE WORKS. Don't buy from these people as they will rip you off if given the opportunity.

"I’m finally catching on to this “company’s” antics. They got me for the second time and it’s getting pretty obvious what they’re doing.

Most recently I bought a “Sandisk micro SD card” instead they sent me some generic POS in a plain white envelope, nothing else, no little plastic baggie, nothing, just sitting in a plain white envelope presorted mail. So I plugged it into my Nook and it worked so I was like, yeah whatever.

About a week later they sent an email to everyone that bought the “Sandisk” card saying they apologize, it was a mix-up that they sent a generic, probably used, POS, and that you could claim $8 off your next purchase if you fill out all this paperwork and crap. Yeah like how many people are actually going to do that, why can’t you just credit the account or send me a check? My point is they know only a very slight percentage will actually go through the trouble of claiming this money back. So not only are most people not going to claim the $8 off the next purchase, the ones that do claim need to come back and spend more money with them and buy more misleading generic crap. Like myself, I didn’t bother; I will just never shop there again. So essentially they are selling generic crap for brand name prices. I will put any amount of money that they do this on a regular basis. It’s actually kind of genius, I give them props, but it’s also bad business and they will lose customers, and from the looks of this site they have lost alot already. But if the numbers make sense and you can afford to lose customers and keep scamming the new people, then I’m sure they will go for the money and not the loyalty. Also, watch out for their other crappy company “Ice Monkey”.

I have to agree with the assessments here about not ordering from dailysteals.com - I ordered an item back on 04/09/12, still hasn't shipped (but it's been charged!). Sent an email last tuesday asking for an update to the other - that was apparently ignored, because 6 days later, my item still has not even been shipped.

BAD COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I am currently having a problem with a $229.99 portable air conditioner I purchased from DailySteals.com on May 25, 2012 and received on June 7 in damaged condition. Excellent communication with customer service representative "Rae", but still no resolution to the problem as of June 23. Contacted Royal Soverign (the manufacturer) to file a warranty claim, and was notified that DailySteals was not authorized to sell Royal Sovereign's products, that they would not honor the 90-day warranty, and that Royal Sovereign and DailySteals are currently in litigation regarding the matter. After doing some research, I discovered that the item had been drop-shipped from BBB International, LLC out of Lakewood, NJ, a field warehouse and distribution center that services many different internet businesses. I was told last week by DailySteals that they would contact their "supplier" (apparently BBB International) for a resolution, but I have heard nothing from them. In the meantime, I've filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Will update with the results ...

I will never order from DailySteals.com ever again. I ordered a pressure washer, it arrived damaged and missing parts. It's garbage. I asked for a refund.. same Rae story.. must be an auto-response.. here's the email I get when I ask for a refund.

As I stated this order was sent to you via our supplier and we are still waiting for them to follow up with us.
Once I hear from them I will follow up with you. I deeply apologize for how long this taking to conclude.
Thank you,
Rae

I filed a dispute with PayPal and will file a claim if I don't get my money back. Sick of scammers like DailySteals. They don't follow up, they don't resolve, they just keep putting you off until the time has passed and you have no recourse. Consumer ripoff artists. Pictures of the damaged item are included. Box was crushed, handle is bent, item is cracked, missing pieces fell out of gaps. Don't buy from DailySteals.com! You won't get what you pay for.

Update, Their supplier had the broken item picked up by UPS with no notification to either me nor DailySteals. I called UPS to see if they picked something up off my porch (because the thing was garbage, wasn't taking up space in the house) and they said yes, I got the tracking number from UPS using just my address. Then DailySteals sent me an RMA for a return Label.. What a mess! I replied to DailySteals all the info of the item being picked up, tracking number, delivery confirmation back to their supplier, etc.. My complaint I filed on PayPal has been resolved, DailySteals refunded my 170 clams. I still won't buy anything from them anymore. Their suppliers will bury them.

This merchant is really a thief - they are crooks! I ordered an item and got a different one. I emailed several times and had to call and fight to get an RMA. Still, I had to pay for return shipping. DON'T BUY FROM DAILYSTEALS.COM, DON'T, DON'T. I IMPLORE YOU! For your own sanity!

Worst online seller EVER!
Worst customer service EVER!

I ordered Beats earphones. The description DID NOT mention that these earphones work ONLY with HTC phones (If it did, how on earth are they supposed to sell?). So, the easiest thing to do is mislead the customer. Needless to say, they did not work with my iPhone.
I contacted them several times requesting a return. I never got a reply back.
These people just wanna make as much $$$ as possible till they are in business. Hope they learn, which I highly doubt.
Never buying from them ever again. NEVER AGAIN!

I have ordered from this site twice now and won't ever order from it again. The first thing I bought was a San Disk card and I was sent a knockoff that didn't work with the product I ordered it for. The second item was 10 headphones. It took awhile for them to come and after opening the "new" product I realized they didn't fit into the average sized ear. Some of the headphones were even missing a part of them. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Should've read these reviews before dealing with these con artists. Here's my experience:

Dailysteals...the key part of their name is 'steals'. Stay away AT ALL COSTS. The products they sell ARE NOT in inventory. Their business plan is based on fraud: they are selling you something they don't have. The instant you 'buy' from them, they charge your credit card to get the money so that they can go to their suppliers and only then do they buy'the very product that they already 'sold' (and charged) to you. They confirmed this shady practice multiple times to me by email...reputable companies have inventory and sell you what they have or, at the least, do not charge your credit card until they have something to ship to you. Of course, Dailysteals shady business model means you wait "up to six business days" before they even have your merchandise to ship. Of course, none of this is disclosed to customer prior to buying...it's only in their order confirmation email do they disclose the six business day wait. Even worse, you are paying $5 shipping for each and every item you buy. I ordered three very small items for a total of $33 and the shipping ran another $15...I was charged for the FULL amount and here we are a week later and part of my order has been 'cancelled' (no refund posted to my credit card yet) and the other part still hasn't arrived. Other similar online daily deal websites charge much less in shipping, or charge you a flat shipping rate for your entire order. My personal experience involved incorrect shipping information, part of my order being cancelled (after waiting nearly a week), and stubborn and incompetent dealings with their customer service.

Basically, shop somewhere else, anywhere else, unless you like being stringed along and/or you like dealing over and over again with utterly incompetent customer service.

I ordered a Foreman Grill for $60 with $5 shipping. They threw it in a box with POPPED plastic air bags and like 7 UPS bubble envelopes that did absolutely nothing.

The product was smashed. These guys are idiots. The site itself has a character named "master thief"...I should have known.

I'll pay more for shipping to have it actually shipped correctly. This is the worst shipping I've ever seen in my life.

I hate this kind of hassle. Im never shopping on this site again.

Almost all items are way over priced when showing the original retail price. most items are just a few dollars better than other sites. from personal experience, if an item says recertified it seems that someone wiped it down with a towel and sent it out. scratches, dents, dirt and all. the site says it usually takes 6 business days to send out the item. of the few items i have ordered, they've all taken about a month to receive. And don't expect a tracking number. when you look up the order status it doesn't show any updates even months after you have already received the item.

I never ordered from this company before and right before Christmas 2017 I was charged twice by this company. Once for $349.99 and another for a vizio tv that was $949.99. Again, I DID NOT purchase these items, and never even knew of daily steals until this scam happened to my bank account. Notified my bank and was able to get the $349.99 back, but could not get the $949.99 back. Daily steals charged my information through amazon and delivered a tv to someone in California. This company is a complete scam and now I have no clue but to count it as a loss of $949.99. Daily steals blames my bank and my bank blames daily steals. Well judging by the other comments I believe daily steals is a complete and total scam and a horrible company. Owners should be shut down and thrown in jail.

Daily Steal has failed to ship items paid for and sends updates saying that they will ship in 24 to 48 hours, but they never do. Their customer service number automatically hans up when called. I notice most complaints are the same.. they take the order then you can't get the product or a refund.
