Greetings, I am seeking assistance with regards to a civil dispute between myself and Damelin Institution. During early 2022, I registered with the institution and payed a full amount of R15 000 and was told to subsequently receive all relevant academic material relative to my course. However, only one was sent and I completed it and submitted while still waiting for the rest and it wasn't provided for resulting in me deregistering from the institution with fear that I was going to fail the academic year because the coursework was not provided for and the semester was close to ending. Before deregistering, I tried to several means of trying to get in contact with the institution on all available platforms but had no luck and got no assistance hence I canceled my agreement to register in a different institution. After canceling my agreement, Damelin only offered to refund me R3000 only from the total amount that I paid even after I proved to them that they were the ones in breach. Mah you please kindly assist me in this matter as I am deeply affected
