In 2021 I had wanted to do my business diploma with Dameline regardless of the conplainst that I saw on their page since they once came to our school to prep us while I was in Matric. 2022 January I had finished applying and paid my Full deposit and I emailed everything to my student advisor whom I also got the privilege to meet at the campus as I wanted to make sure of what I'm getting myself into. After being convinced that all will be fine and I should ignore what I see on their reviews, this is what happens now immediately after paying my deposit I'm no longer getting the support I need as a student yet I have an account that I'm EXPECTED to pay for services I'm not receiving worse part when their finance depart contact me they are able to reach me but I cannot get hold of them unless I got to the institution myself where I get no help either...yet my name is being damaged by their incompetence to deliver on their services. This was supposed to be my second year had everything was taken seriously like when I enquired about studying with DCC
Desired outcome: I would still love to continue however to a new campus in Boksburg with better results and management

My son did his paralegal course completed passed 2021. To date after numerous emails calling failed promises. Still has not received his Diploma. Now he can't enroll for his Bcom degree never mind we also have a credit to which they acknowledge but ignore our request for a refund. I am at my wit's end with Damelin. I feel if anybody wants to join in a class action against them legally please let me know as l am proceeding with legal action. noeleenssglaw@gmail.com
