Having to use bags for bowel movements, unable to wash dishes, and manually removing waste from toilets due to the inability to flush them is beyond unacceptable.
This situation has left me without the means to cook, shower, or even have company over. Despite paying almost $2000 a month in rent and never being late, I have been met with silence and empty assurances that my problems are being handled.
