Very disappointed with a manager at the Marquis location. Was very rude and treated terribly. His Name is Aaron or Erin he's very arrogant and as a Manager was very unprofessional. I will continue to report what's playing on his behavior was very unacceptable and needs to step down from manager level to not even an employee again very disappointed .

Hello. I visited the Dave and Busters at Times Square on April 28th. I was hosting a birthday party with 12 friends and will describe the reason for my complaint.
The server Will was extremely late in getting the food to our table and he got my order wrong. I ordered the Triple Bacon Burger and when I said no pork belly, but put bacon on there, he forgot the bacon. He brought the bacon on a plate when I asked for it on the burger and when I asked for him to take it back, he did, but said "you want me to take it back"? in an incredulous manner. He also made one of my friends wait an hour and a half for his food and was asked twice where it was and he said "it's on its way" when everyone else was served and other tables also got their food ahead of my friend.
Now, while that is bad, the treatment by the restaurant manager was worse. As I was designated as host of the party, it was my responsibility for the bill. Will explained ahead of time how the restaurant policy is with that. We were a bit short on the bill as everyone paid for themselves, but gave me the money to total it up. When we were short, he had to call the manager out (his name is Jamon or Jemon. Not sure how he exactly spells it).
He overcharged us for 3 gold fingers by at least 24 dollars, but my main concern is his treatment of me. When I explained that I didn't have the money to cover it due to paying bills, he said I was being "belligerent" and threatened to call the police even though I told him none of us were leaving until the bill was paid in full.
He overcharged my credit card by $22.61 even after I told him three different times to only charge me $20, he charged me $42.61. He never apologized for the mistake and ran away from the table before asking if the totals on my card and another friend's card were correct.
He never asked us to come to the register when he processed the credit card payments (he counted the money at the table we ate at) and he never had me sign the receipt for the order in full and the receipt individually for my share of the bill, which technically means he never authorized any payment.
So basically this manager basically showed a lack of respect, made a serious threat to me that was unnecessary, overcharged me and my friends for food and on my card, never apologized for his mistakes and never authorized any payments. My friends and I are very upset. I feel as though I was harassed. What can be done?

I went to d&b in Wayne, NJ on 4/7/2018 I was overcharged for visit. I was charged $17.04 and then $61.77and a charge for $24 which never showed on my account. There was a lot of confusion and lack of communication when closing my tab and I was reassured by the bartender that the charge for $61.77 would be reversed being that I did not sign for it. I went there for my birthday and was upset that they could not get the charges right and the bartender lied to me about everything. Also service was very slow through out the night. Would not be going back there anytime soon and it's a shame because I was excited for this location to open being that it is the only one in my area.
providing the correct information about how things work
When asking the host on the phone how does the procedures work for a small party she(did not get name) explained to me about a $200 package that consistent of play cards, food & Beverages when arriving to establisment it was a little different than explained. This evening (4/4/18, check # 7501) my family of 6 attempted to eat dinner at D&B when my 9 year old and 4 year old daughters, along with my mother needed to use the restroom. When they went, they were told the women's restroom had flooded and that the family restroom could not be used because someone had smeared feces all over the place. They returned to the table and my 4 year old started crying because of how badly she needed to use the restroom and absolutely no arrangements were made for women to use any restroom. This can be seen on your cameras, which we took pictures of and happened at around 7:00pm. Across the courtyard was a cinema and they were not allowed to use those restrooms. Not one manager had even attempted to ask the cinema to allow their customers to use the restrooms. They were forced to walk over 10 mins away to use the restroom. By the time they retuned, their food was ice cold. The Manager Remi May was told of this but refused to have the food warmed or removed from the order as the child could no longer eat because such time had passed. Remi was extremely rude and lied saying that he had "a female manager" and "a male manager" clean the restroom in 10 mins. This is completely false as this ordeal lasted longer than 30 minutes. My 4 year old, a fully potty-trained child, urinated on herself because Dave and Busters failed to provide a restroom for females period. Remi's behavior was appalling, inexcusable and unwarranted. I have contacted the Nevada Health Department and seeking legal counsel. Dave and Busters should at all times have working restrooms available for paying customers. It is also Nevada Law.

The dinning area was realitively empty, yet we wait for server to realize we were present for 15 minutes. (taylor) id #920261 at the marietta ga location took our order and then did not check on us the rest of our meal. I requested utensils, napkins, appetizer plates, drink refills... Etc. It appears staff needs to be retrained. The service was terrible, especially since it was not a crowded time of day. Extremely dissatisfied. The next time we will not eat here. On April 2 2018 I visited the location in Arundel Mills Mall, I have never visited Dave and Buster before and did not understand the process needless to say I was a little confused. I assumed the front desk or customer service desk was there to assist. I approach the representative named Brittney she was very rude and started raising her voice just for answering a simple question about the cards I had. I told her she did not needed to raised her voice or to be rude and her answer was I been told that before! And Dismiss me. I was there with my grand babies and They where my priority so I did not entertained her behavior. My 5 year old grandson said to me I thought it was her job to help us! I ask other parents at the venue for help. At the end of my visit when cashing the tickets I encountered 2 more of your representatives, a young lady her name was Courtney and another one named Zi they were very polite and helpful. I will appreciate if you follow up with Brittney and explain to her that her behavior is not acceptable especially in front of children

I came with my family maybe 3 Sundays ago and the waitress was rude. I asked a question and she didn't have an answer or didn't know what to do or say so she would walk away like she was getting mad and it was fusterating to me and my family we are the customer and the waitress is supposed to wait on you. The second time she would get the manager she acted like she didnt wanna deal with us anymore. There was an incident where we would ask her if we had to pay extra for the card we got the eat and play combo and she would tell us no. But then she would add it the bill, and then she got the manager she didn't wanna deal anymore. He said we had to pay extra we told him she said it was included.

I called about 3weeks ago left a message worth Heather from corporate and last week also today I still havent gotten any reply back about my mobile app not allowing me to keep charging the debit card I have to reload different card I have 6 kids and only one card to pay for the reloading process also it took an addition payment more that what I actually gotten credit for I have to many kids to be wasting money those 20$could've went on diapers I would appreciate either my $20 for $20 credit or my money back please and thank you also a reply back would be greatly appreciated please and thank you

First of all I wanted to say the games were great. However, the service in the dining was horrible. First of all, my party of two was seated at a dirty table. We just brushed off all of the crumbs because our waitress had not been to us since we had been seated (waited about 25 minutes). It also took 15 minutes for our drinks. When our food was finally served we had to wait atleast 10 until we got any silverware and by that time our food was pretty much cold. We also ordered salads as appetizers which didn't come out until after our entrèes came out. When it was time For us to leave our server waved her pen in from of us after setting down the bill saying "see this pen? Or mine. Not yours" which I thought was inappropriate after the level of service we had just gotten.

My family and I were at Dave and busters at Philadelphia mills. We go there often. In the past few weeks we actually spent around 400$ or more there with our daughter. We ate dinner, had a great time. Then the time came to get our 18 month old daughter a prize... Well I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The employee followed us around like we were going to steal the toy my daughter had in her hands, she is a baby and didn't want let it go.. we were browsing around for a while until I could not take it anymore so we let our daughter get the two small toys she had in her hands that cost about 600 tickets total. Meanwhile we have about 3000 or more tickets but felt to uncomfortable to even be there. Then as we are checking out. He has the nastiest attitude for no reason what so ever. Then I noticed his hands were the dirtiest thing o have seen. They were like totally black like he was playing with coal! It was disgusting! And as I said my daughter is 18 months and puts her toys in her mouth. So I nicely went and got another one for him to scan so he did not have to touch her toys. Also gave me an attitude about that when I did not even mention the fact of anything to this man. I have a receipt with the time I was there if this is any help. I really think an issue like this needs to be resolved. As said. I spent well over 200$ just that night alone and had a very bad experience. I still have tickets and credits to go back but after that experience I'm not sure if I'm willing to go through the embarrassment again. Thank you very much for your time and hopefully something can be done to fix this situation.

We arrived around 8pm. Had to repeat our drinks to our server at least 4 times because she was just not understanding. She stated our bar drinks would take a while because the bar was on hold. 45 minutes later, still no drinks. Not even the coke and water we requested. My son was in tears since he was thirsty. I ended up canceling my bar drink. Food took an hour an a half to arrive after ordering. Requested utensils 3 times just to receive dirty ones when they finally got around to it. Ordered wings which got cold since i was waiting for my ranch which was only delivered when the manager came around asking how we were doing. Terrible experience

I was in your providence establishment on Saturday February 10, 2018. Myself, friend and our children found a table in the game area. Our server was a tall, thin older man. He was very unpleasant, eye rolling while we were trying to get kids settled and figure out drink and food order. When he returned to our table, the stench of smoke was disgusting and stomach turning. I understand that people have this habit but for some its plain gross to smell especially someone in the food industry. After that last encounter, the check was dropped like to hurry us on our way. Very disappointing experience I dont know if I would return and if we did, I would make sure he was not my waiter.

It had been quite some time since I last went to this establishment. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. To begin with there was a 45 minute wait time which was fine since 1. I didn't have a reservation and 2. There were a lot of people in the wait list before me, I believe I was told it was about 26 people to be exact. That was fine, nothing I could do about that. The real problem began once my friends and I were seated at a table. The seats were sticky so we asked a waitress to wipe them down with a rag. One of the menus we were given was covered in some type of sticky substance rendering it unusable for sanitary reasons. We had to wait 20-30 mins for our waiter to even come by our table. Or to put it more clearly, we were forced to go and find a waiter ourselves. 15-20 mins pass once again, still no sign of our waiter. Once again, we asked a waiter that was passing by if they knew who our particular waiter was and if they could ask them to stop by. The waiter in question stated he didn't know who our waiter was but that he would find out for us. 10-15 minutes later, still no sign of our mystery waiter. At this point we are all parched and are wishing that someone would come and take our drink orders at the very least. Also we had two children with us so the poor service was not acceptable to me at all. Two young thirsty/hungry children does not make for a pleasant evening. We found another waiter and ordered drinks through them. Yet another long wait period just for our drinks to arrive. And they only came once we requested to change to a new waiter. It was at that moment that our mystery waiter decided to show up. So now that we finally had a waiter, we promptly ordered some appetizers. 20 minutes pass and we were informed by another waiter that our appetizers were ready. More time passes and we start to wonder what has happened to our appetizers. Keep in mind that it is now past 12 am and we have yet to order our main meals. We arrived there some time after 8 pm so a few hours have passed us by at this point. We requested to speak to the manager to complain about the horrible service and to ask if our appetizers were ready. He apologizes and goes to check on our order. Apparently the order was put in 20 minutes ago and is still be prepared. However we were told it was already finished. Clearly there was some miscommunication occurring there. As an apology the manager decides that we won't be charged for our appetizers due to the fact that we were waiting for an extended period of time and were not being served properly. Finally our appetizers come out and we begin to eat. At that point we were then waiting on our main meals which we, once again, had to track down a random waiter to order our meals from. Also, we were never offered napkins or silverware. So due to our hunger, we were forced to begin eating our meals with our bare hands like uncivilized barbarians. Not to say that one can't eat with their hands but that should be something you choose to do rather than are forced into. Finally someone comes to check on us and I promptly ask for silverware and napkins for my table. Great, now I can eat comfortably. Is how it should have been except my silverware was filthy and I needed to ask for a cup of hot water so that I could clean it myself. That required even more waiting for a waitress that seemed to forget that my table existed. For the record, I did eventually get the glass of hot water. At some point, it's after 1 am at that time, our main meals arrive and we begin to eat. The food was mediocre at best. Luckily the fries were somewhat decent. We ask for our check and inform the waiter that we are not to be charged for the appetizers because the manager told us we would not be. They acknowledged this, however once our check arrived we discovered that we still were being charged for our entire meal, appetizers included. We waited for our ghost like waiter (because she rarely appeared) to return so that our check could be corrected. No such luck and as a result once again we must search for someone ourselves to correct our check. We tell them of the revisions that needed to be made, however nothing was done. In addition, we still had yet to play games there which was the main reason behind our visit with the kids in tow. So we decided to go to the game room which would be closing soon and tried to salvage our night as best we could under the circumstances. We waited for our waiter to find us with the correct bill but no such luck there. Quite frankly, at this point it would have been ludicrous if they still expected us to pay for this meal at all. As a result, we did not. Now if they had come to us with the correct bill, keep in mind we did not at any time leave the building, we just refused to wait another 30 plus minutes at that table waiting for a revised check that may have never come, then we would have paid the corrected amount. However that did not occur. In addition, several of the games were malfunctioning and simply took our money but didn't allow us to play the games at all. So our money was taken with no mutual benefit to us. Also, the restroom area was disgusting. It smelled terribly and was in dire need of a thorough cleaning immediately. In conclusion, my previous memories of Dave & Busters being a place of good food and exciting game play has been overwritten with a distasteful memory of a place with below par food quality, terrible service, malfunctioning games and a poorly cleaned, foul smelling restroom. Just a tip, well timed air freshener sprays for the restroom goes a long way. In any case, I will never again attempt to visit this particular establishment again. Here's hoping that not all of your restaurants are as terrible as this one was.

My fiancé and I decided to eat at one of your restaurant location in Capitol Heights MD 20743. After a 6.5 hour drive we were hungry and tired. The hostess was not very friendly, we waited in line to be seated only to be told to seat ourselves. We got a table waited 10 mins, no one came to greet us. We went to bar, we ordered food it was lukewarm & was brought the wrong drink. Our server was not engaging and we didn't feel very welcome. It seemed like the staff didn't really feel like taking care of their guests which is sad. The appearance of the restaurant didn't appeal to us, very disappointing won't return to this location.

I ate and she was my server and took tip without my permission on my check. I didn't tip because I didn't want to, but I didn't have enough in my bank account, but now my bank account is negative because she took out the tip without my permission and I only had enough to eat out and that time...

extremely poor customer service from your restaurant
Good afternoon,
My family and I decided to spend my sons 7th birthday at Dave and Busters located at 6500 North Point Pkwy. Alpharetta, GA 30022 yesterday 11/13. This was our first time there and based on last nights experience, certainly our last. We were extremely delighted to see that it was almost empty when we arrived at 6pm and our two children would have the place almost to themselves. We were really enjoying ourselves until it came time to eat dinner. This is where the problem started.
1. 6:30p - We placed an order of French fries for the kids and drinks for ourselves while we waited for the waiter to come back and take our order. The waiter did not come back until 30 minutes after we placed the initial order of fries for the kids.
2. 7:00p - Once the waiter took our order of bacon for my son, sliders for my daughter, and a philly cheesesteak for my wife and I to split, it took another 45 minutes to receive the food only to receive an entirely different order. He brought us chilli fries as opposed to what we ordered. Ok no big deal... orders get messed up... however there were only three tables being served last night including ours! The waiter took back the food ad we had to wait yet another 15 minutes after being told that our food was in the window and he would be right back.
3. 7:45p - The waiter finally returns with my kids side of bacon which was burnt to a crisp and my daughters sliders with very hard brad and dried meat. Still no philly cheesesteak for my wife. Another 15 minutes and our sandwich finally arrived.
4. My wife ordered a philly cheesesteak with bacon, mushrooms, onions, and green pepper on the side. The sandwich arrived with none of those items. When we asked the waiter for those items... he brought them as "raw" items in bowls. Who puts those raw items on a cheesesteak? Nobody does... they are always cooked.
5. We spoke with the manager and he apologized and said he would "take care" of us when the bill arrived. By this time, it was 8:15 and we had to get our 7 and 8 yr old home for school. As I met the family from work, we took two cars. I left my wife there to pay fo the meal while I took the kids home. I sent her a text at 8:35pm asking her if she was ok and she till had not received the check yet. Did I mention how there were only three tables being served food that night? The manager removed some of the bill and we still paid $18 for that poor service.
I usually let a lot of things go but this by far was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant like Dave and Busters. Its very disappointing because the place was very clean, the games were great, and its in a great location in an affluent part of Alpharetta.
I also hope that this has nothing to do with the fact that my family is African American. I do know that the other two tables were Caucasian and seemed to have no problem with their food service.
The waiter and the manager were nice young men and polite but definitely lacked the guidance and proper training in customer service that is needed for repeat customers.
I hope Dave and Busters can do better next time. Unfortunately, I will think twice before spending my hard earned money there again.

The manager of your Katy Frwy store sold us one card with 325 tokens to split between 4 people - Brilliamt- and then we had to stand in line all over again only for him to tell us that he would not refund our money so that we could start all over and have at least two cards between the four of us. No one told us that we could not take the card to a machine and get tokens for all the members of our family. No one told us anything until it was too late. After droning two hours to Dave and Busters my husband and I are FURIOUS! Thanks for ruining our evening. You suck. I promise you as the mom of this family we will NEVER be back!
I'm guessing that you have never been to Dave & Buster's before. Only one card is typically utilized per group if they are paying together and tokens are only used for a small selection of games.
