I placed an Online order through the app for Debonairs Pizza Sunnyside on 01 August at 17h20 with sms received that the order has been received from the store and they are preparing the meal.
After 2 hours 30minutes and numerous calls to the store I still have not received any Pizza.
I had to endure more expenses to obtain alternative food from somewhere else as most stores where I could have purchased food in the store has by this time already closed.
I had friends over after a long hard days work wanting to relax with a movie and a pizza and as this ends it is only a sour after thought that left everyone with disappointment. I dont even feel that 10 words should be said about this, it is very straight forward, I paid for a Debonairs Pizza to be delivered I have not received the food and Debonairs has my money!
It now is 3 hours later the store called us back with the information that the Pizza is en route. And 1000words in There is no sight or sign of the Debonairs Pizza.
I am not interested in the food I just want to be reimbursed.

I ordered a small meaty triple decker online with one cup of extra cheese. I also ordered death by chocolate of which I had no problem with.My order was delivered almost 2 hours later, upon opening the pizza I could not tell if there was any extra cheese because it was very dry. The bottom of the pizza was also stuck to the box and I could not get it off so I ended up having just the 2 upper layers of the pizza.
I would like to get another pizza if possible.

I ordered pizza at dainfern square, which just about 15minutes from us but l waited an hour for it.when it arrived it was just a mess, melted and mixed up.l really don't know what happened because you could see from outside the box that something isn't right as it was sqaushed.
Or maybe we were given left overs, have so many questions about the hygiene .

For years we have been customers of Debonairs and now all of a sudden, the store in Stellenbosch does not deliver to Cloetesville. To me this is nonsense, as I mentioned we have had deliveries from the very same shop for years. Also the Debonairs advertisements states delivery or is that not part of the brand? I am not very impressed with this shop
chicken cram decker
Last night I phoned and ordered a chicken cram decker for delivery but my husband went to the store and paid as he was late for late. They didn't have change so they said the R5 they owe him will be given to me when they deliver the pizza but the delivery guy said he was not given any R5 change and that he had forgotten to take my receipt at the store so I have no slip. Then when the I started eating the pizza it was dry. The two bottom layers were practically empty and I even took pictures of the pizza. To pay so much because that is the most expensive pizza in store and be robbed of ingredients does not make sense to me. I was very very angry and since it was late I could not return it and had to eat it because I was hungry. It's pathetic what they do to delivery orders.

Purchased 3 pizzas last night got home and found this. Should have been margherita, spicy chicken and creamy chicken. Pizzas were old as you can see from pictures. Toppings dried out already and pizza slices parting too. Could not even bend. Have a look at the picture of the bottom. Look how stiff and burnt through it is. DISGUISED SICK couldn't stomach this crap.

I ordered a pizza through the phone here at thabazimbi, I asked to give them my voucher number that was a buddy coke and thy told me I can only use the voucher in store, not through the phone, how possible is that, how is my presence making a difference of a voucher they can just pinch on the command give what I was promised. The next thing the pizza I ordered was "on the double" and it came without the sticker"the promotion sticker" I mean what if I was buying the pizza because of the promotion?. Your customer care service is very low
large meaty pizza
Bought a large meaty pizza at debonairs waterfront branch, and what a disgrace, pizza is not neat looks like they just threw everything on the pizza, there's a little meat on it I just taste pepperdews.
It's a disgrace to see how these people messing with my money. If this is what I get from my hard earn money then I will never recommend anyone to buy from Debonairs ever...

I purchased a pizza from Debonairs Southgate on Saturday and paid R185 with my card and it went off from my account. This morning I received a sms at 05:18 showing that a purchase amount was done again for R185. Firstly Southgate isnt open at that time and no one in they right mind will want to purchase a pizza at that time. I want my funds reversed today and if not i will go open up a farud case against the Southgate Branch as this is regarded as stealing and where did they even get my details. This should be looked into.

Yesterday I ordered my pizza and sweet chill pop itz and received a call after an hour telling me that they can't deliver my order they will cancel it if I can't fetch it. Why would I have ordered online if I was able to fetch it?

I am not pleased with the service that I got from Debonairs lakeside mall Benoni. I bought a pizza to my surprise it was burnt. Only noticed when I got home. I called the branch spoke to the manager who was rude told me what is she supposed to do? drive to my place to deliver being sarcastic. She then even hang up on me. Thats bad customer service.

I placed an online order. After an hour I contacted the store, Debonairs Centurion Lifestyle Centre, but no answer. I yreid about 4 times. Then I called the call centre. One agent told me they will contact the store and get back to me. He never got back to me. Another agent put the phone down in my ear. The third agent was helpful. I will never ever order from Debonairs again.

My fiancee and I bought a large pizza at your store, Pine town branch that is next to Pine crest mall, 1stly the large pizza box had no competition sticker as its pizza frienzy competiotion we had to ask for it as they claimed they forgot to put the sticker on the box. The dough was not well cooked at all, I couldnt see the pizza was not well cooked untill we got home and the children were eating it, now my children have a running stomach and they burp something rotten. I loved Debornairs pizza but after last night I dont think I will ever eat it again.

I placed an order at 4:10pm, I spoke to Pearl, I call bad at 5:01pm to check where my order was, I forgot the name of the lady, she confirmed that my order should be in my place any minute. I phoned again at 5:10pm checking where my order was and I was told that I didn't/ they dont see my order on their system. I spoke to Andre(Manager), he told me, my order doesn't show on their system. Who is lying in this store, e that the last time I placed an order was Feb 2019, but now they don't have my address. This is pathetic and bad service.

I had order a sub meal at 1:51pm online via the app, at 2:30pm I call the store to find out how long the order/delivery was going to take, the lady advised that the sub was coming out of the oven and will be delivered to me shortly, at 2:45pm I call the store again to find out how long it was gonna take as some of us have a min lunch break and the lady stated that :"they do not have garlic and wanted to know if I would except anything else" at this point I realise that the order was not even made or ready for delivery. The lack of customer service as well as communication from the staff is pathetic. Order was cancelled and I will never order from debonairs
2 hours to get pizza delivered and counting with no explanation!
I ordered pizza using the Debonais app, order 670784 at 7.16pm. It is 21h 10 and I'm Still waiting for my pizza! The person who answered my call at the branch 021 637 1999 cannot even answer my question as to why my delivery is taking so long and put the phone down in my ear. I can hardly understand what he was saying. This is the third time I gave tried ordering pizza from this branch and the third time my pizza is either not delivered, takes extremely long to be delivered or the driver cannot find my address which is very clear on Google maps.
I will NEVER order from this branch again or use your delivery service. The worst service ever and your employees have no customer service skills.
Your driver can forget about the generous tip I usually give or any tip at all! Disappointing to say the least.

I placed my order at 18:54 and I received it at 21:20. Pizza was ice-cold and I couldn't get it free because I paid for it online! The driver was so petrified because other customers took their frustrations on him. And it was not his fault. I called numerous times to the call centre. You were so busy that the line dropped in my ear. My user number is order 216, invoice number 992818. I demand a refund for my pizza please. There was no transparency on the delivery of the pizza.

Ww have ordered a pizza from Debonairs my husband has went to the franchise and ordered an paid as asked for the pizza to be delivered this was around 6:00pm - 6:30pm. We waiting till 7:30pm and then called to find out and was told the driver left with our pizza but left his phone behind we then waited and called back and was told a manager would call after 10mins no one called. I had taken two advance airtime and my hubby bought R20 cell c air time for him to call. We wer then told the pizza was delivered but not to us. Our pizza then arrived past 9 and the frustrating part is that u have two small kids. I was then sent the same message twice yesterday : "We are unable to get hold of you re your Debonairs Pizza 585248. Please note we will close the case after a further attempt within the next 24 hours". But the reality is that I was not contacted so which means even the complaints service is pathetic.
emotional abuse from staff
I'm hurt and very disappointed by the abuse I got from Dimpo and lundi who are managers at one of your branches at the cape town airport the amount of emotional abuse I got from them is despicable. I was invited for and interview at the branch after a friend referred me. It was around about 08:00am on Monday18 February. When I got to the branch I was interview over the counter while I was taking them through my experience I mentioned that I was a cashier at Adult world and that is where it all started I was told of how much of an embarrassment I am and how disgusted I was to have been selling my body of that was not the case. I explained to them that I was over the counter just like any other store and they gushed and told me that that was not the case I must have been sleeping with al the men that came in that store and that my family should be embarrassed for having as a daughter how could I stoop so low so and continued to say that I was going to be definite problem for their shop as I would flirt with men because I am used to doing so I was so embarrassed because I am not a prostitute as they stated and only worked as a cashier to make ends meet it is so disturbing to have so uneducated people accuse me of such let alone them being managers at the store I am disgusted and would never refer any to work there because of the level of unprofessionalism the question I am left with is how does Debbonairs as a company condone such behaviour I want them dealt with and I will be opening a case of harassment from your employees. I demand urgent feedback on this matter as I will also be taking it to the media should issue not be resolved.
