I ordered two subs online at 2pm and waited till 3:30pm and still no delivery was made to me, and I decided to call them and the person on the other end said that my delivery is out and will be delivered soon I waited till 4 and still nothing until I called the store again and there was no answer and then after couple minutes I got a call and had to give direction on the phone and received delivery only at 4:30 very disappointing service and I got cold food when it got to me

I purchased pizza for R370 on the 30.12.18 at 18:45, drove to the store as couldn't reach them on the fone. waited till 19:45 no delivery drove back to store as my 2 kids wanted to slp, manager couldn't get hold of driver got home pizza was delivered all the boxes and pizzas were smashed drove back to store and complained area manager Steve [protected], no help didn't answer calls or reply to my watsapp with photos sent, demanded a refund and left the pizza, will not be supporting Debonairs again. will be awaiting a reply.

I placed an order which was taken down for delivery. It was never delivered, I called the store to speak to the manage Jonathan who was of no help at all. The shop did not have my order or my details yet everything was confirmed when I placed the order. The manager was rude and did not have any customer service at all. He screamed at me when I said I am going to lay a complaint and said that I must go ahead and complain. He then cut the call while mumbling to the other people in the background. I am a regular customer at debonairs and I am very disappointed. I don't think I Will be ordering anytime soon. Please respond to me urgently. Thanks Matilda Venkatrayadu.

I called debonairs pizza @15:49 for collections I then received confirmation sms as "Hi Busiwe, we've received your order for collection from Debonairs Pizza King William's Town - Bank Street :) Review your order at and was told to get it at stone towers branch, when I get there none attended to me after some time they said maybe it's on the other branch then we went to smith street and they said it's not done after 2hours then I had to place a new order

I placed an order at 19.29pm and I still haven't received my order at 23h25. I called the Sunninghill Steers so that I could be put through to the Debonairs and I spoke to a Maria who told me my order was 2nd in line and would be delivered very soon.
At no time was I asked to rather organise collection than wait for my opted for delivery. This is an order that has already been fully paid for.
There hasn't even been a courtesy call apologising or explaining what has caused such an outragjeous delay!
This is unacceptable!
2 hour time delay
I've place an order at Debonairs Umhlanga. (Jubilee grove). The order were delivered 2 hours later, ice cold. I've called the store manager. She apologized and said they will replace the order for me the next day at 17:00. The next day came, I've called the store again at 17:20 only to realize the previous store manager went off duty and didn't relay the message. I then spoke to the manager and he said he first need to confirm with her and will call me back. After half an hour I call the store again and the manager said it's fine he will replace the order but I can only expect my order after another 2 hours as he don't have drivers. I decided to work late as dinner would have been sorted for the family, but to my disapointment this were not the case. We've been a regular customer, unfortunately we won't make use of their service ever again. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered pizza from southgate mall branch today. My pizza arrived hot. And had black dots and dry. The pizza was not dry because it wasn't dilivered hot. It had been left way too long in the oven. When I tried to call them, the branch was closed. What I could not tolerate am hungry now.

Good morning. I requested a small donation from the Athlone branch on 13/10/2018. I spoke to Faatiemah the manager. I am the Chairlady of the schools governing body for Heideveld Senior Secondary School. We have a basketball team that went on tour to Randburg last week. They won 7 out of 9 games. We wanted to reward their excellent play and commitment with some pizza and drinks at school this evening. We were prepared to buy 10-12 double pizzas on promotion at the moment. An extra 3-4 pizzas at no cost would have been appreciated. I was hoping to build a relationship with Debonairs since we have many meetings and functions where pizza would serve as a quick and easy meal. This school is situated in a very under-privileged area and pizza is a luxury for these children. I said to Faatiemah that I would post on our Facebook page that Debonairs is a proud sponsor and I was prepared to write a letter of thanks to Debonairs Athlone. The manager said he couldn't do anything because the special is running already and that he needs to "watch his GP" I do understand that the pizzas are already on promotion but see how else Debonairs can make a difference. Just to be brushed off like that does not sit well with me because I'm sure Debonairs also has a social responsibility as a business. What are we saying about the less fortunate? They don't matter as long as our pockets are full? I would have liked for Debonairs to come and board but now I feel that I will rather starve than even buy a small sub at Debonairs! I'm very disappointed and disgusted that we don't get support to make a difference in the life of a learner. What is your social responsibility Debonairs?
tripple decker pizza
Purchased a meaty tripple decker pizza today at Roodepoort Lifestyle crossing. There was barely any ingredients on, no cream cheese at all the bottom pizza had nothing on at all a totally dried out base. My order number was 99.
I phoned the manager Charles and he said the pizza could not be replaced as we already ate from it, I had 2 pieces and my husband 2. Was not aware that we could not eat the pizza to complain as it was a very rainy day and I did not plan to go back to the shop.
Charles said that he could not replace the pizza as we ate from it, as above was not are this is a rule. He will give us a small tripple decker when we come again, this is actually unacceptable as we did not even eat the other half as it so dried out.
Pizza like this should not be sold at all.
i think that all order should be checked before it is dispatched. I think I should be refunded for this pizza.

I am a Debonairs customer based in Standerton, I have had numerous dissatisfaction with the service I receive from Debonairs Standerton, everytime I make an order for delivery especially when it is raining, i'm told that they don't do delivery, knowing very well that there is a car that they use to deliver, especially during such weather conditions.
There was an instance, where I ordered but I was told that deliveries are not done because of the weather condition, to my surprise on my way to Debonairs, there was motor bike on my street which was making a delivery to a white owned residence.
Therefore, I want to find out if the treatment of Debonairs customers differs due to the colour of ones skin.

I made an order to be delivered at 13:00 and I called around 13:45 and they claimed that I asked for delivery at 15:00, and now the time is 14:10 and still I have not received my order and they said I should wait another 5 minutes and I waited but still nothing is delivered. I'm not happy at all.
Very mad and hungry, now the time is 14:15 and still there's nothing and stomach is rumbling. My lunch time it is even over and i am not allowed to eat after the lunch time, the service is very very very poor and I ordered at 11:00 AM. yeerrr aa maan keng kanti!
incorrect order delivered and never corrected
I placed an order at 18:55 today. When the order arrived, I only got two of the three pizza's and one which was the wrong pizza.
After calling the Phoenix Plaza branch about 4 times I kept getting told they were looking into, on the fourth call I was told that the driver reported back saying he delivered the order, making me seem like a liar.
The lady who took my call the last time called Portia said the delivery guy would bring the correct pizzas, and of course it's now 10pm and the store is closed and we've still not gotten our order.
I'm disgusted by this service and extremely upset, please can I request a refund of my money.

three cheese pizza
Ordered a pizza today at 8 pm. Received pizza at 8.45. The pizza was very very sour and I together with my children could not eat it, as it was as if the tomatoe base with sweet red peppers was gone off. All of us tried to eat it by removing the tomatoes base but without success. Phoned Verulam branch to complain but was told by the manager Jonathan that the feta cheese makes it taste sour. This I disagreed with him and as I have eaten it before and had no problem. He said he does not understand as it says that in the menu . When asked to have it picked up and replace with another his reply was that it was not possible . He claimed he can't understand me. We have not eaten yet and the time is 9.45 pm as I write this complaint.
This is definitely not acceptable by the way the staff in Verulam handled the problem. They have no clue as to how to deal with the problem and have no empathy for my children who were looking forward to their meal. I had to recall the branch and explained my problem to another female staff who was going to explain the problem to manager and advise him of the steps I am going to take if the situation is not resolved. This includes writing an article in the local papers as well as advising and referring the matter to the consumer council. This is not the service any one should be exposed to by your franchise. We have placed an order on 28 September online amd paid online aswell. After 2 hours we only got delivery. With no contact from debonairs van riebeeck park branch as to what is causing the delay. Then when food eventually arrived it was cold and not enjoyable at all. In fact I did not even ate mine after one slice that is how awful it was. We have actually tried to contact the branch several times to find out where is our delivery. The one time we could get through the lady that answered just replied delivery is on its way. Yet hour and a half later only it was delivered and she cut the cal! Firstly the lady that answered did not even ask my details so how did she know what order i was talking abt in the first place. She asked no reference or cell number. We then phoned back again wothout any sucess as we have still not received delivery at that point. Phone was just ringing on end until you get message the call can not be taken right now. This after we have tried several attempts to get hold of someone. I then called the customer care line and i was just advised they will TRY to get hold of the branch, yet no further feedback received from them aswell, guess what again poor service received. This is the most inappropriate, disgusting extreme poor client service we have received from debonairs and then ontop of this when we got delivery the food was cold! My brother placed an order at 12:40 and we had to wait until 13: 59 before the driver got here with the food. On arrival my brother noticed that the dots on the food was showing black and not red as stated " Quality Promise* On presentation, if the dot is not red, your pizza is free ". He mentioned this to the delivery driver but the driver did not check this. So when my brother got in the house ( a 20 second walk from our gate ) I also noticed that the dot sticker on the boxes was black and not red. We also felt the food and it was warm but not hot or even piping hot as it should have been(prev orders has been). We then proceeded to contact the Lorraine in Port Elizabeth branch that we bought it from and try to explain this to the manageress and she became offensive and started shouting and was implying that we were lying and they would not honor they policy of the dot sticker. She then said she would get head office to get hold of us to discus this matter further. So now we are here to put it in writing on your complaints section so that this can please be addressed asap.

Montana Crossing bad service I placed an order via the phone to collect.When i arrived i was dismissed before i could even finish my sentence i was told to go to the other side.There was atleast 5 people behind the till n only one till working...I was suprised to see when a white lady stood right were i was they attended to her by s asking wht she wanted n the lady asked for the guy that delievers pizzas speed point to process her order.I felt like so undermined as no prefence is given to me just cause of the colour of my skin when my money is the same.How pathetic that even in 2018 we still treat each other like this.

Wednesday aftrenoon I went to debonairs pizza to karenpark to buy small pizza I think I was number 174, I waited there for my nuber to be called but then I realised that people who came after me were being called. They were already on number 180 something, that's when I stood up and asked about my order, they went at the back and tell the guy to prepare it as I was waiting, when the person who was serving me came back he just gave the pizza to me without even apologising, I then asked what happened he said they withrew my slip away, if I didn't asked about it I was gonna wait until, I don't know if it was because it's r23.99 or what, but I was not impressed at all.

We went to the shop and when we got the pizza It wasn't 8 pieces and it was like they made the pizza as if they running out of ingredients or undermining us.
I felt disguisted by the product and service, they going to lose customers the pizza we got was not worth R150

Ive attached the receipt of the order im still waiting for that never arived.. This is not professional, this is happening for the second time to me now by the same branch.. I called and called and they told me my order is coming and now ill have to go to bed without eating because i cant cook now its late and shops are closed.. I really dont know to trust debonairs now when they say they will deliver because im starting to have fear that they will not deliver.. Im really stressed and angry.. I ordered a family faves feast from debonairs BP Pretoria west online .the payment was processed but they called me and said they couldn't deliver to my area.. The agent said she will talk to the manager about it and get back to me ..i waited but they never did.. I did not receive any delivery nor a refund.. I'm very angry about this so please sort it out
