I ordered pizza online at around past 7 and its 9 but still nothing. Tried calling but no luck getting through i guess im not receiving my order but the courtesy of letting me know would have been nice its annoying having to wait for something then boom an hour later nothing. I mean really why accept my order if it wont be delivered at all though? Arg man your service sucks im done with you guys!

I bought a fruit cocktail on the 12/08/18 at magalies view Rustenburg Deboneers.. As i climed into my car i saw my juice was already opened and dranked of.. The silver top was even pushed open with a straw...why do we pay R25 for a juice that was just drank by staff earlier and put back into the fridge... A week ago we bought pizzas there and i also bought a fruit cocktail that has expired...

I ordered a creamy chicken triple Decker pizza from scottburgh debonairs which was delivered to my home. It was hard and dry and the cheese if any on the top layer was burnt and dry.
From the pizza my mum and I ate two pieces each as we was really hungry but my kids could not eat it and 4 pieces of the pizza was left behind. It was to hard to bite and chew so I phoned and complained to the manager.
I am a regular customer and i always buy the creamy triple decker pizza so i know what to expect. She sent the driver saying she will replace it as she can see i am a regular customer and i have never complained before.
However when the driver arrived he asked if we ate from the pizza and he cannot take it if we did then he told me that he personally saw the pizza and asked them why it's so dry and was told I ordered with no cheese and my cash slip states no cheese. I was surprised I told him to go listen to the recording when I placed my order I did not order without cheese. I further showed him my cash slip and nowhere on it was it stated no cheese.
He then took the pizza and left. The manager then phoned and says I did not order extra cheese there is nothing she can do.
My issue is I paid for the pizza I bought. I phoned to complain because it was not worth the money I spent and to top of off the manager sent the driver to pick up the remainder of my pizza. So in actual sense I paid full price for half pizza that was without cheese, hard dry and burnt.

On 27 Julie 2018 I tried to phone to order pizza but could not get throug, I then placed an online order at 18h40 and received a reference : order : 80882. At 19h41 I phoned in with allot of delay only to hear that they are very busy and my order is not even on its way yet. They told me to please wait another 15 min.
At 20h29 I phoned in again, they then told me that the system crashed, after I complained that it has been almost 2 hours since I ordered the man said he will find out what is going on and phone me back.
He never phoned back and up to now, 3-4 days after my order, no one has phoned and we never received our order. This is really unacceptable and very disappointing as we are regular customers.
Please can we get assistance and feedback regarding this very very poor service we received from Debonairs Pizza at Ninapark, pretoria north.

I am extremely annoyed with the debonairs in Brackencity. I ordered 3 large pizzas (the club, a chicken triple Decker and the crammed crust) on 25 July 2018. I ordered the pizza at 18h58 and it still hadn't arrived at 19h59 so I decided to call, only to find out they hadn't taken the order through, I then asked the man when I should expect the pizzas and he put me on hold. Eventually the pizzas arrive at 20h15 and they are cold, when we bit into one of the pizzas ordered, it not fully cooked, the slices where cut horribly! Not to mention the missing layers on the crammed crust...I was not impressed at all and I will not be having debonairs anymore. It just gets more worse everytime I order. How disgusting honestly
horrible service and awfully cold triple decker pizza
24 Jul 2018 I placed an order at 19:08pm and the invoice number is 56228. The lady by the name of Lydia who took my order said the expected time of delivery will be in 45minutes. By 8pm I phoned Debonairs Alex mall and the person(male by the name of Nelson or Milton) who answered the phone said the driver is out with my order. At 8:30 I phoned Debonairs again and the same guy who answered the phone said the driver is on his way to me. From the mall it's literally less than 5mins drive to my house, worse is the driver is using a scooter/bike. Which he should have arrived way earlier. I only received my pizza after I phoned the driver twice on [protected]. His excuse was he is still new. The Quality promise was breached as the pizza was cold and the dot was black. My pizza should have been free and the delivery guy insisted that I pay and lay a complaint. I only received my pizza at 8:49pm, ( I have a receipt & sms to prove the time difference) literally an hour & 41mins. I want my money back or a voucher to a free pizza equivalent to my order. Horrible service!

We have ordered pizza online and the order confirmation was given on 17:51. My online order arrived eventually 1:40 minutes later after confirmation of receipt of the order. When it arrived it was completely cold. I requested my money back as stated by the debonairs policy, but the delivery guy said that the Manager would contact me. This never happened, and I must admit that the debonairs policy, that if it is not hot its free is a complete fraud.
nail in cake - death by chocolate

I am disgusted by the 'Death by Chocolate' cake I bought last night at Debonairs Pizza Macassar.
While eating, I bit on a finger nail that was in the cake. This seriously not acceptable. My order number was #206. I am not going to tell you what to do to resolve this issue but something has to happen. I do not have a picture but will provide one if need to.
poor service
I have been placing orders in Amalinda East London debonairs but it takes ours to arrive and they will never update you of your late order. Other time I rejected the order that arrived 3 hours later. Even today I placed an order at 11:30 till now I'm still waiting. My number is [protected]. Date of the incident is 24 June 2018 it wasnt the first time anyway.

Today the 5th of June 2018 I placed a order to be delivered, from the debonairs in grassy park, firstly I tried cutting the pizza for my daughter and the base was very hard I struggled to get the knife through, when I tasted the pizza I had to chew alot in order to get the food down as is was very dry and hard, then my brother found a piece of hard plastic on a slice of his pizza, that is really unacceptable, he actually bit into it, it could've cut his mouth or throat if he had swallowed it, luckily he noticed it when biting into it. I added a picture of the plastic piece which was found in the pizza, as you can also see it's abit melted. probably from the oven when it was cooked
pizza not received
I ordered pizza using the app at 15:49 and at 16:15 the driver lies and says he has delivered the order. I ask my partner who was standing at the gate if she received the pizza and she stated that the delivery hadn't arrived so I call Debonairs Kagiso Mall to ask them where Phillip was and they said he should be at our place and I stated that the driver stated on the app that he had already delivered the order. The lady then asked for my details and said she would call me back with information. At 16:30 I called again stating that the delivery still hadn't arrived and the lady stated she had tried to call the driver but he wasn't answering his phone. The driver only arrived at 16:50 and when I asked him why he was late and why did he lie and say he had already delivered the order, his response was "I had to because I was running late with another order". I then asked him to call the store and tell the manager that exact same answer and he refused and said I must just take my pizza and pay. I then told him the pizza is an hour late and that until he spoke to the manager I won't pay for it and then he said I must use my phone to call the store because he won't. I then called the store and gave him the phone, he walked away with my phone and when he came back he gave me the phone and drove off with no explaination. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and I was told she was busy, I told the lady what just happened and she said the manager told him to come back with the pizza and that she will ask the manager to call me when she is done. I had to then drive to the store and when I got there I had to then repeat what had happened which was a completely different story to what the driver told the manager and she then told me to place a new order.
I'm really not pleased with the service I received from the store, had I wanted to drive then I wouldn't have used the app in the first place worse part the order was 1h30mins in total late and the manager was not even bothered by what happened.

Good evening. Since when does a fast food store has to service a customer due to his/her attire? This evening went to debonair s pizza in seshego circle & what so shocking is, as I was about to place order. The lady (Reneilwe) asked if I was wearing a trouser or pj's? I came honest & told her it's a pj's trouser indeed, & replied me as she can't sell anything from their store, unless I ask anyone outside to buy for me. Shocked & disappointed
Bramfontein Debonairs Pizza they deliver my pizza on the 14 Feb but was not given a change the driver took my money,this is not professional ge took advantage because it was my kids who collected the pizza.

poor service on online order and delivery
On Friday the 18th May I placed an order on the website for 2 pizzas. The order was placed at 11.32am to arrive at 1.15pm for a specific function.
At 1.25pm I phoned Debonairs Kloof and asked where my order was to be told that it was on its way. At 1.28 the driver called to say that he was there- I had two girls waiting outside the premises to my place of work and there was no sign of him. I then phoned him 4 times and he did not answer the phone.
Eventually I had to leave work to make an appointment. I left at 1.45pm and there was still no sign of him.
When he eventually arrived, the pizza was cold and he would not hand the pizza over to the girls and left saying he had other deliveries to make.
I tried to phone again and he did not answer his phone.
I find this service disgusting. It is now Monday morning and I have not received any follow up from Debonairs. No apology. No call to find out what happened.
I would assume that having a service like online ordering (which was done almost 2 hours before the time of delivery) one would receive the order on time.
I would like an explanation for this debacle.
Please explain:
Why it was late if it was ordered 2 hours previously and the time selected was 1.15pm?
Why I have received no follow up at all?
Why you offer an online order service if it does not arrive on time?
I am still waiting for my pizzas and I really don't think that I should have to pay for such shoddy service.

On the 10th may I send my kids to buy triple deck pizza at deabonairs pizza in Berea center Durban, they bought creamy chicken flavour as it our favourite unfortunately we didn't enjoy it at all as it was dry n the filling was too less. We were really dissapointed n we couldnt even return it as we were already on d free way to pinetown n the children were hungry. I do have the pictures should you wish to see them
triple decker meat
About an hour I ago purchased a large Triple Decker Meat that I buy everytime I think of Debonairs. But today I was shocked when Newcastle Corner served me with a dry and the filling had a few filler NGEMA inside. It tasted horrible. It's my last time purchasing from them. They take very long and eventually you don't get the best. I'm so disappointed.
delivery of two hours
This is the second instance that this has happened first was 20 april 2018, ordered pizza and received it only 2 hours later, sent the delivery guy back not paying, thought yesterday 11 may try them again, with my luck once again it happened, phone the store and asked for the manager that took my number stating that he will contact me back, 1 hour later decided that I drive there, greeted by manager that was sitting down, asked for my money back, very bad and rude manners from the manager, asked for the owners number, looked as if he did not want to give it to me, got it and directly phoned the owner, stated that he will be in contact with me, today 12 may at 14H02 yet to get a call back from him to tell me what happened, will NEVER EVER buy from them again.

On the 26th of April I ordered a 'half-and-half' pizza from Debonairs Parow in Cape Town.
Firstly, I waited 45 minutes for one pizza to be delivered.
Secondly, when I opened the box I noticed that it was not full / solid half's (looked like someone had cut a piece out of the pizza). Never have I experienced such sub-standard quality in any pizza restaurant. The pizza was not warm. I immediately took a photo and phone Debonairs Parow to report my complaint. The 'Duty Manager' could not assist me as she was newly appointed. Honestly, you would think that Duty Manager's especially would have had comprehensive training! I then asked her to arrange the owner of Debonairs Parow to phone me at 09H00 the next morning. No one phoned bac*
I then phoned the store and was told to hold the line. I waited 5 minutes before anyone could assist me on the phone. I then asked to speak to the Owner, but was told that "She" is busy buying stock for the store and she can not speak to me!
I don't have words to describe how disgusted I am with the service and the quality of your pizza's. I will never do business with Debonairs ever again!
It is very clear that the Debonairs Parow shop is not managed according to your International standards! It's a disgrace!

I ordered pizza at around 7 on the 4th of may 2018 and everything was going fine and I waited and waited for 2 and the delivery guy calls me and tells me the bike broke down . I then waited again until 22h:00 when I called and they tell me the delivery guy was turned back by police and they never informed me so I wouldn't wait my longer and they tell me the store has closed now so there is nothing they can do

Good evening I'd like to say I was very desgusted and annoyed by service i received at Kensington Debonairs Johannesburg. i placed an order at about 19:00 the lady is spoke to told stated the driver will take about 30 to 45 mins. the drover arrives at about 20:45 my youngest daughter was already asleep . and the pizza was cold like ice and the base was hard could n''t eat it cause the whole thing was cold . i'm very dissappointed.My order number was 168
