I order Pizza online at Debonairs Magalies View, Rustenburg on the 22-Nov-2019, Time 18:10 its was not the first time ordering at Magalies view and my order was accepted and paid up Vai EFT.But unfortunately I received my order at 21:45.I called Debonairs Magalies for the first time they said don't worry the order it's on they way around 19:20 and 20:10 I called for second time they said they are not accepting orders from my place I should've placed the order at Debonairs Rustenburg Square, so they already transferred my order at Debonairs Square. When I called to confirm they said they received my order at 19:30, they have to wait for the money first from Magalies view because they won't balance I should wait because it's not their problem that I placed the order at Magalies.Since I waited they came at 21:45 with the cold pizza.
poor service delivery
I ordered x2 pizzas with x2 sides yesterday (1nov 2019), 6:50pm to be exact, via the app for cash on delivery. I marked the order as asap for deliver time. I used my bday50 voucher as well
The scouter guy arrives at 9:15pm without my food. He comes with a receipt stating he must have had the orders mixed up with the other delivery guy.
He calls the other delivery guy to come and deliver the pizza at my address and he takes off.
Till today I still await for my pizza.
I am so disappointed by debonairs at yarona shopping centre, kaalfontein. Disappointed my management as well as this is not the first instance of poor service delivery.
Having debonaires at kaalfontein was a total mistake which i'm very much sure the owners don't know of yet.
Today Thursday 1st October I ordered 2 pizzas and after an hour I called to find out when it will be delivered. I was told it takes up to 2 hours and it's 1 and half hours I called back and after holding on for the operator the call got rudely cut.
Debonairs Westgate Mall service sucks every time upon time and I think I'm now done with them .

So I ordered pizza at 7:30 extremely hungry and sick, online. An hour goes by and I call them I'm answered by a man who took approximately 10 minutes to realise I was on the line and nonchalantly says the delivery guys have been sent out and it's the last of them so I might get my food then. I politely thanked him and waited. Now it is 12:26 am and I have an empty stomach with nothing to eat. I would not recommend this place. It's not the first time they have given me problems and I urge people not to do business with them. Completely unprofessional and I'll take money elsewhere from now on as they take advantage of the limited areas that deliver to us.

Debonairs disappointed me . I went to protea glen mall to buy pizza.. when i arrive home pizza was burnt and not edible. I'm super angry. Sort this out. I expect normal service like any other customer. Below is the picture of the burnt Pizza i got. I beyond agitated, this Pizza is completely burnt, utter [censored] this. 🤞
The next thing i have lodged a complaint with them since Saturday til today no one has got back to me i get petty excuses from their social page please attend this cuz they are taking me for a ride, i spent money for that burnt pizza

The lady who serving me was not friendly at and very rude didn't even ask how would I like the pizzas (like double cheese those kind of questions), when I arrive home couldn't believe what I saw see the photos below, I dont even know how to explain, ( is this the image of debonairs?) I need my money back because my children could even eat those pizza, they looked very scary we had to throw them away

I ordered pizza from Debonair's Pizza at 12:28 at 15:45 I called them back for the second time and this after I called their customer service center and seeked assistance via their app, and they told me that my order was delivered. Where, when I've been at home and received nothing. The driver argued that he made the delivery. They asked to call me back. 25 minutes later they eventually do but still argue that they made the delivery. When I tell them that I have information about my order backed up on my cloud and that the said address isn't the address I typed in, they started apologising and said that they will rectify the mistake. It's now 16:20 and I'm still waiting.

I placed an order at 16:59, after an hlur i called about the delivery the told me they had a delay, i waited still nothing i called bacl they told me they trying to get hold of the manager, now its 21:22, no delivery and no call from either manager or consultant, althey not even picking up the phone when i call about the delivery and the promised that they will still deliver today
food not delivered
I ordered subs online (Willows, Bloemfontein) last night at 8:47pm and my order was accepted. I paid online, received the confirmation that my order was accepted but I never received the order. It's been 13 hours now and I am still waiting. Noone called to inform that they Cantor deliver or give an explanation whatsoever. I tried calling them now but they told me they are too busy I must wait. How long should a person wait? And this is not the first time this is happening.

Greetings. I am very disappointed of the appalling service I got from the New Germany debonairs branch.
On Sunday the 8th of September 2019 around 17:30 I ordered two pizzas and wings. When I got home I wasn't happy with the wings(refer to the picture below) that I got so I went back to Debonairs to complain about the wings. When I got there I got help from Nokwanda Gwala(cashier), who also said I have every right to complain about the wings because they were not properly done. Nokwanda couldn't help entirely so she went on to show the manager the wings, after waiting for a while the manager came to address the issue I had about the wings that I got. The manager told me that the wings are meant to be like that and that it wasn't her fault that I didn't know how the wings are, she also told me that I should've asked how the wings are. She also mentioned that I'm not the only customer that has complained about these wings because most of the customers that buy these wings always complain. With her saying that it goes to show that customers are being deceived because those wings are totally different from the wings that are advertised, I even told her that. I asked her what should I do because I am not happy with the wings and I'm not willing to take them back. She was blatantly rude, she told that she will ask someone to make the wing and I will put the sauce for myself since I was complaining. I asked if I could order something else rather and add the outstanding amount. She refused and told me that it wasn't the staff's fault so I can't order something because if I order something else she will have to charge if from the staff. The argument between myself and her went on and she was starting to raise her voice. After a few minutes she came and gave me my money back with an appalling attitude, no sense of care was given. I asked if I could get her name and surname because she hid her name tag so I couldn't see her name and she refused to give me her name. I asked the delivery guy for her and he told me that her name is Lindiwe but he was uncertain about her surname, I asked the cashier the name of the manager which she also refused to give me because she said she wasn't allowed to give out her manager's name. I then asked the manager if I could have a word with her because she was standing far from me, she came close to me and I asked for her name again and asked why she was rude when she gave me back my money because as a manager that was not acceptable. She walked away from me without saying a word and then stood in the kitchen and told me that she needed to serve a customer. I asked her as to what am I then because I'm also a customer and I have a right to complain. I then asked the cashier for her name, who was also rude, and she asked why I needed it because she didn't do anything and I then told that I need it so that I can complain about this bad service I got from them and I need to include her as well since she was also part of this. She ended giving me her name and surname and then we left the branch.
The sad thing about this is that it seems like this was not the first time that the New Germany Debonairs branch has encountered such problems. Whilst sitting on the bench waiting for the manager to attend us, one of the customers said that I should take the wings and leave because that's how they are. They service is always bad. This is an indication that something needs to be done to that branch because such behavior from your stuff is unacceptable to any customers and since we trust Debonairs, we as customers deserve BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD.
late delivery of pizza
I placed a delivery order for a pizza at 18:33pm on 06.09.2019 from Debonairs Arbour Crossing - I received a sms acknowledgement - it is now 07:37 and I have still not received my order. I have tried calling Debonairs on [protected] for the last 20 minutes and it tells me you are experiencing high call volumes and then says I must call back in a few minutes - this has happened numerous times now.

The driver was rude, I ordered a pizza online n then they called and confirm the delivery adress and after that I waited n something came up that I had to move 100m from where I was, when the driver arrive at my delivery adress they called me and I told him something important happened and I had to move 100m from where I was, I gave him the direction of my location but instead of listening he started yelling at me that I'm playing games with him
false advertising
I ordered your new double stacked pizza for delivery.
I saw your advertisement on tv and I was so disappointed with the pizza we received. I took pictures. See attached and see if this is the same as your ad and what you would do with it.
There is no cream cheese between the 2 layers. You advertisement is definitely not what we got. Dry, cold and hard.

I am complaining about poor service and lack of customer care
What a disappointment I ordered a pizza which I had promised my son to bring after work. I took my time to place an order as I didn't want to stand in ques waiting. I ordered on line just before 16:30 today I told them I will pick up at 5:30 I arrived a little bit after the time I had said I would pick up. I checked and my order was ready for me to collect but I told the lady I'm going to shoprite please keep the order I will pay on my way back, only to find out after my shopping there is no pizza no one can tell me a straight answer. Some days it was taken by the driver the driver is asked he says I didn't go to that direction. I was pissed as now I had to make other plans to have something to eat for when I get home and in the process had to disappoint my son. Dawn Park Debonairs staff is useless and their services is poor. Why have a site to place orders when we as customers won't see the need why really. I'm angry and disappointed U people really irritated me seriously
reserved payment for a failed order
On the 12th August 2019, I tried to order pizza worth R139.90, but I received an error and the order was not placed successfully but the funds were reserved from my account still. I called the shop and they advised they did not receive my order, perhaps the funds were going to be reversed back into my account. On the 13th August, the funds that were reserved were banked by Debonairs. Please see the attached.
I logged a dispute on the Debonairs home page against Debonairs in Randburg on the 15th august 2019. The manager called me, but was unable to assisst. She was so defensive and kept emphasising that they have never had a complaint like mine before and could not provide a solution. I am afraid even if I go there, she would not assist as she fails to listen and jumps into a defensive mode. I never blamed the shop, as I do understand it was a system error. One of the attached images contains the payment reference number.Can'y they use that to track the payment?

On the 6th of August 2019 I ordered the Debonairs Chicken Cram- Decker pizza online. The Dube branch deliver it. To my surprise it looked raw. I took it back and was I was refunded the amount of R115. I had to go to the shop incurring an extra expenses as i had to take an Uber trip.; when i got there the service i got was bad still, the person who was assisting just took the slip and went to back (kitchen). I had to ask what was happening, the guy said he is doing other one. I did not get an apology. I told them i could not wait as the Uber is billing me more. They said their delivery time was over. There was a long pause, I still had to ask who was attending me, then the manager came . Who really was not helpful. I also want to know since I used my birthday voucher for the order, will it be reloaded?
This experience was such an inconvenience now that we were left without dinner for the night.
I just do not appreciate the bad service that I got.
I could not find anywhere to complain. If I do not get a response, I will be loading this on hello peter.

Debonairs Lenasia south, I normally order pizza from them, afters sometime they told me they don't deliver after 17:00, since that's their cut off time. They refused to take my order and told me i should have called a bit earlier.Then I decided to order again and this time before 17:00. I was told that delivery was now R15 and I thought delivery was free. Is this true or ethically. The store seem to have lot of issues.

Today, I ordered 1 medium red hot veggie with double extra cheese and they took one hour to deliver my pizza and the pizza was totally burnt. I threw the pizza in the dustbin. That was my worst experience with debonairs. I request for my refund of my amount that i have paid and also when i shiw the pizza to deliver boy he told me that he cant do anything, i need to talk his manager.

02/08/2019 -yesterday i placed an order on 0475313031/mthatha on 19:04 to be delivered at Kwezi t/ship umthatha i told to wait for an hour thirty minutes for my order to be delivered after i called querrying they said it was out on delivery but i never received it till today so disappointed, its actually not the first time they did this i am not sure what is happening.
