Debonairs Pizza review: service delivery

I have placed an online order on the 27/12/2019 with the phoenix debonairs store. I had received a discount when placing the order but when my delivery got to me the driver insisted i pay the full amount without discount. Because i had no time to argue with him i paid the amount but called the store to advise them of the incident. The store was very unhelpful and i was advised that the store manager will get back to me. This never happened. The entire weekend passed and still nothing from them. On monday morning i called the stotre again and after much explaining and debate, they recognised their error and said they will refund the extra money i paid. I did not expect such terrible service from a debonairs store and i will certainly be changing to another pizza outlet if this is the type of service we get !
