The representative by Deem.io logged in my case without my permission whether the documents were not completed.
My i know why these kind of representative do quick without completion of case filing due their submission in data entry because it enhance their clients numerous.But they don't perceive that it harm to clients.

I am facing the exact same problem. Mr. Pranav from deem sales told me that he would help me cancel the card immediately when I would want. I didn't want the card at first but he insisted so I took the card.
Now when I am trying to cancel the card, he is not responding. Customer service representative asks to send email and wait for 7 working days. But I heard that deem Customer service do not come back soon. I am leaving the country in 6 days and want to cancel the card but I am feeling helpless on how to cancel. They ask to visit burjuman mall in Dubai to apply for cancellation however I stay in Abudhabi.
I am very much in trouble and curse the day I took the card.
