I applied for a personal checking account and a visa signature card. I provided all the documents requested through back and forth emails and I was approved for both. I have been a member for a very long time. Until now I was happy. Then I paid off my car loan a few weeks ago (January 21). After a week passed by you sent neither congratulation message nor my title. A little concerned I called Customer Support. A young lady said you didn't do that anymore. She did assure me that my Title was mailed on Tuesday January 24, and I should get it in five days. Enthused, I started the process of buying a Tesla wanting to use my car as a trade in. Come the day my Title was due January 30, no Title. I call again to see what was wrong. They tell me at first, I had to wait 30 days for a title. When I said what happened in previous call, I was connected to a Title Specialist who said I have an electric Title and that he would Transmit my Title to the Georgia DOR tomorrow. That was today. My Title still has a e-Lien on it. Does anyone in Delta tell the truth? Do you want me to join another bank?
Desired outcome: Get me my Title before February 7
Customer service
I spoke to "Nakita or Nikita" at member care service and she is was completely no help. I stated I was unable to receive my Debit Card in the male and she was unable to provide any information on how to receive my card. After, providing my social security number, name, date of birth, driver OLN and she was still unable to help stating it's a red flag because I didn't have my member number. Highly dissatisfied in the customer service.
Desired outcome: Just to get my card sent to my address.

I just became a member with Delta Credit Union I have tried many times to log into online banking with all me information in hand to repeatedly get the no member... can not access. Over and Over ...so I called Delta Credit Union support line to get what I have to say the MOST RUDE person Christa - she could not give a crap yet she asked for my social security, my home address my checking information, my phone number where I worked, my debt card information then had the balls to say ... we can't help you ! Before taking my personal information she not only wasted my time she should have said we need your saving information first before taking personal information now I feel violated ! DELTA CREDIT UNION is not starting off right in my book ! Carefully check your credit unions before applying at this one !
teller with little patience
A simple money order, they require to deposit funds in account then withdrawl for money order, My question to teller why, Then the teller explain to me in a raised voice in the lobby, this is the way our system is setup, completely humiliated .I stood there waiting for my money order, in complete disbelief, how i was treated.

I was treated very badly at the Newnan branch today (10/10/09). I arrived between 11:45- 11:50 at the drive thru. The green light was on and there were 4 cars in front of me. When I got up to the post, the teller turned in off and refused to answer my calls. The man next to me was being helped so I asked him to let the teller know that I had been waiting for 20 minutes (Which I had) and that I got there before 12. Before he could get a complete sentence out of his mouth, she sharply said "NO! We're closed. No! We're closed and turned off the monitor. I drove up to the building and told an employee standing at the door what happened and she said that she couldn't let me in but would get a manager. I stood outside, along with another customer who was treated rudely and not helped by the same teller who told her that she was not there before 12 when she was there before me! We waited outside for 30 minutes while employees stood around inside talking and glancing at us. Finally the manager came out and only knodded while we told her what had happened, finally I asked her if she could help us and she said we could make a deposit in the ATM. She offered no apology or regret for our treatment whatsoever. I am seriously considering closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. I have never been treated so horribly at any bank.

I have a problem with the online deposit that delta offers its members. My complaint is if i do a online deposit that means i really need the money to cover a expense, so how come they think that if you do a online deposit i need to get a money order the same day and send it back, what sense does that make to get a online deposit. because if i didn't have the money when i did it, how would i have it the same day to send back.So i tested them and ask for a increase on my online deposit and there response back was that the money orders i sent back to cover what i borrowed was gotten after the date of my official deposit so i can not get a increase and i think this is Bull! they said i need to have the check in hand at the time of online creation otherwise it may lead to suspension and what since does that make when you don't have the money to use when you create a deposit as long as you send back before the ten days! this is unlawful to the members who trust this credit union as there bank of trust
