I was shipped a dog bed that had no cushion in it. They no short of called me a liar and offered NO solution unless I wanted to file a fed ex claim. I have no clue if it was fed ex or their facility that is at fault. I purchased many other items from them in the past and honestly feel like they have a decent product but way over priced. The only reason I purchased this new dog bed is because it matched my other dog bed in my bedroom. After this never again. To spend $155 on a dog basket with not bed is obsurd and then to be treated like an idiot for contacting them is beyond ridiculous. On top of this I contacted them on the day I received the bed and I”m writing this review a day shy of 2 weeks later because it’s taken them this long to deal with the issue.
