Did not honor Charter Bundle deal Amazon gift card!
I signed up for the Charter bundle, offered online with a $75 gift card. When I got my first bill, I printed out the e-mail to redeem my gift card, along with the original sign-up e-mail and provided a copy of my bill. That was five months ago. I have not heard ANYTHING from Digital Landings. I have e-mailed them, I have contacted them on their website and I even tracked them down on Facebook. These guys are nothing but a bunch of scam artists! We NEVER got that gift card, and yes, I was in the wrong for COUNTING on it to arrive before Christmas to help out in a tight pinch. Well thanks for destroying that!
Can someone PLEASE remove my complaint? They followed through after a little more effort on my part. PLEASE, ignore my complaint! My advice, just keep trying until you find someone who is kind enough to move the process along.

not recieved my amazon gift card
I have made several attempts to get my $200 Amazon gift card that was offered to me to recieve service from AT&T Uverse. After call ing AT&T they advised there was never an offer made to me that they don't have this type of offer. I made several calls to no avail then produced the confirmation sheet from them stating the above mentioned. AT&T did comp me for my time in trying to resolve the matter but they stand firm they dont have a relationship with digital lanig. I have made several attempts with accelr digital landing and keep getting the run around. I have found several scam complaints online and several #'s to contact, which I have done, all with promise of a callback. I have trying to resolve this since march 2012 and it is still an ongoing"scam" as far as I am concerned.

Gift Card Not Awarded
It's been over 16 weeks since I submitted my rebate for Time Warner Cable $150 amazon gift card. They opened ticket each time I call promising somebody will get back - nobody gets back. Spoke with a supervisor and she assured me that she has escalate to her manager and a payment will be made out very soon and she will call the next day confirming the same. Never received rebate nor correspondance
I was supposed to receive a gift card/rebate for Amazon.com for signing up with Comcast Triple Play. I followed the instructions to the t and mailed all of the stuff required to Digital Landing in Miami FL on 06/20/11. I had opted to reduce my $250.00 card down to $200.00 in order to receive the gift cared in 2 weeks. It has been almost 8 weeks since I mailed it in. I then emailed digital landing on 07/27 resending all of the information and asking them to check into why I had not received anything. As of today, I have received NO correspondance. When you call the phone number, they tell me I have to go to www.activationcenter.com. But you get nowhere. I am close to calling Comcast and cancelling my service and telling them exactly why. A response would be greatly appreciated.

I called digital landing to pursue a wireless internet connection at my home. I was offered a promotion for Comcast. I repeatedly asked the sales rep to confirm whether there was any catch or any hidden fee. I was repeatedly assured that there was none. After I had given digital landing ALL of my contact information, another rep comes on and tells me that I need CABLE TV in order to get the promotion. THIS IS CLEARLY INTENTIONAL DECEPTION ON THE PART OF DIGITAL LANDING. THIS BUSINESS CLEARLY OPERATES IN BAD FAITH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CHOOSE A MORE ETHICAL COMPANY WHEN SEEKING INTERNET.

Failure to send $275 Amazon Gift Card
As a part of signing up for Comcast's "Triple Play Bundle" in Dec. of '09, I was supposed to receive a $275 Amazon Gift Card after filing the necessary paperwork with Acceller-Digital Landing subsequent to 3 months of paid Comcast Billing Statements. I complied with all of the instructions and in early April mailed all the necessary documentation to Acceller-Digital Landing with the understanding that I would receive the gift card within 16 weeks. It has been 20 weeks and I have not received this gift card. After reading the comments here I am very concerned and will be contacting Comcast also.

This is the biggest scam on Earth.
I followed the instructions carefully and sent both completed rebate forms ($75 and $125 gift cards) in January 2010. It's been more than 20 weeks since I have submitted the forms along with my Comcast bills!

Comcast offers/ Amazon Rebate ripoff
This is a scam. You go to comcast specials in a google search. You are directed to http://direct.digitallanding.com you pay money for installation. They promise COMCAST internet speeds 12mpbs and a free AMAZON GIFT CARD.
When you try to get you rebate. You write to digital landing, instead you get an email from them stating:
"Thank you for your note copied below. We could not find your order in our systems based on the information provided, so we escalated the matter to Comcast to inquire who the originator of your order was. They verified that your order did not come from digital Landing, it came from Leapfrog. You must contact them in order to receive a rebate. Happy Holidays."
I never SPOKE to LeapFrog; they have no record of my order; so you get ripped off, plus you get LESS THAN 6mpbs COMCAST internet speed, When you call comcast the technicians say you were signed up for 6mpbs (which you aren't even getting)..and also you find out that you don't have a REBATE FROM AMAZON COMING TO YOU. You also find out 12mpbs is not offered in your area, but you can PAY MORE FOR 16mpbs.
Don't buy from the promotions online that sell COMCAST!
BUYER BEWARE! You will not get the truth from anyone, you will lose out paying high install fees, and no rebates!
