Digital Wallet Excellent service

I only had to set up an account and verify my email, but overall it was very easy to redeem and claim my reward from Digital Wallet through InboxDollars. Definitely would recommend.

Digital Wallet Disappointing experience with Digital Wallet: Poor Customer Service and Card Not Working

I received Digital Wallet (prepaiddigitalsolutions.com) as a reward and was excited to use it. However, it has been frustrating as I've been trying to get the card to work for 7 days now but to no avail. I have reached out to the customer service team three times already for assistance but haven't received any response from them, which is disappointing.

However, I must note that they quickly responded to the negative review I left on another website. Although it was a good effort, it didn't change the fact that I still can't use the card. As a result, I can't help but feel like this is a bit shady and a possible scam.

I even wonder if they purposely wait for the card to expire so they can charge a fee to reinstate it. Overall, I just wouldn't recommend Digital Wallet to anyone, given my experience thus far.

Digital Wallet Beware of Using Visa Reward Cards through Prepaid Digital Solutions: My Negative Experience

Recently, I received a rewards amount from Inbox Dollars and unfortunately, I had chosen to receive the reward amount via Visa. The vendor contracted by Inbox - Prepaid Digital Solutions (PDS) - provided me with their "Digital Wallet" service. To my dismay, I found that the reward card was not usable anywhere and was not redeemable - leaving me with no other option but to face a loss of my reward.

I was quite disappointed with this experience, as I had never faced such an issue in the past. I would like to kindly advise everyone to refrain from using this method of reward receipt. It is certainly not a wise choice, and I would recommend exploring other alternatives to avoid dissatisfaction in the future.

I would also like to stress that PDS should take a closer look at the matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Being unable to redeem a reward that one has rightfully won is not only frustrating for individuals but may also lead to a tarnished reputation for the companies involved.

In conclusion, I would advise everyone to be cautious when selecting the mode of reward receipt, and to be aware of the potential risks involved. While I do hope that PDS will take steps to address the matter, I cannot personally recommend their services based on my experience.

Digital Wallet Avoid Digital Wallet: My Frustrating Experience with their Prepaid Cards!

Wow, I had an extremely frustrating experience with Digital Wallet, and I highly recommend avoiding this company! Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a prepaid card provider. The problems started as soon as I received the two cards I redeemed with MyPoints. To my surprise, I found out that the company does not disclose before ordering that the cards have an expiration date! What kind of company doesn't tell their customers this important information upfront?

But the issues didn't end there. When I tried to use the card, I soon discovered that no local stores would accept the paper printout that I had received, and even when attempting to use the card online, I had to make the exact amount of purchase or else I would be leaving money unaccessible on the card. Unfortunately, before I got the chance to fully utilize the card as I wanted, I got sick and was unable to use it before it expired.

What really angered me was the way Digital Wallet treated me when I asked for help. I was shocked when I found out it would cost me $20 to have the two cards reissued, this after being misled by the company regarding the expiration date, and having no real solution for my inability to use the card before expiry. To say I was disheartened by this blatant rip-off from a company that should know better is an understatement!

In conclusion, if I could give Digital Wallet less than one star, I would. Their lack of transparency, customer service, and convenient card usage policies make them an unacceptable option in my book. Please do yourself a favor and avoid Digital Wallet; there are more reliable and trustworthy prepaid card providers out there.

Digital Wallet Digital Wallet's Virtual Visa Card: A Review of a Frustrating Experience

Recently, I had the chance to receive a virtual visa card worth $100 from Digital Wallet for reviewing an app that my company is using. As excited as I was to utilize the virtual card, I soon realized that it can only be used to purchase goods from Western online shopping websites. As I am not from the West, this put me in a bit of a predicament.

In an effort to resolve this issue, I reached out to the customer service team of Digital Wallet. However, I was surprised to find that their level of knowledge regarding the technical restrictions of region-lock or something similar was non-existent. It seems as though they were completely clueless on how to solve my problem.

To make matters worse, I began to question whether they were deliberately keeping me in the dark on how to solve my issue. It's frustrating to experience such a lack of helpfulness from a company when it comes to a problem that is clearly within their technical wheelhouse.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Digital Wallet to anyone who is seeking reliable virtual card services. The lack of knowledge on the technical restrictions and the unhelpful nature of their customer service team has left me with a sour taste and distrust in the company. It's important to me that any company I do business with is transparent, reliable, and has integrity in how they conduct their operations. In light of my experience with Digital Wallet, I would advise other potential customers to steer clear of this service.

Digital Wallet Digital Wallet Pre-Paid Card: Disappointing Expiry Date and Frustrating Re-Activation Process

Recently, I received a Digital Wallet pre-paid card as a rebate loaded with a sum of $250. However, I was disappointed to find that the expiry date was set to be within a few months of receiving the card, and there was no notification provided beforehand. This lack of notice already put me in a bit of a difficult situation, and the whole process of re-activating the card proved to be even more frustrating.

In order to re-activate my pre-paid card, I had to go through a multi-step process on the company's website that was incredibly redundant and time-consuming. More than that, I was surprised and disappointed to find that a $12 charge was required to print out a form, which I had to mail in order to get a new pre-paid card. This experience left me feeling cheated and manipulated by the company, and I can only imagine that others who may have encountered similar situations with Digital Wallet feel the same.

What's even more concerning is that the vast majority of people who utilize pre-paid cards are from a certain demographic that have limited income and financial resources. Such people may be using pre-paid cards as an alternative to conventional credit cards, which may be inaccessible to them. Thus, I feel the actions of Digital Wallet not only exploit this demographic, but also erode their trust in financial institutions, resulting in further struggles and hardships.

Overall, the whole experience with Digital Wallet has been incredibly disheartening. It's clear that the company's practices lack transparency and ethical consideration, resulting in disappointment and frustration. It's time for them to take accountability and treat their customers with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Digital Wallet Terrible Know Your Customer Process and Unresponsive Customer Service - My Negative Experience with Digital Wallet

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Digital Wallet (prepaiddigitalsolutions.com). I am hesitant to go into all of the details, but I can tell you that their Know Your Customer (KYC) process and customer service left much to be desired. After the initial freezing of my account, I was asked to provide my ID or a utility bill to confirm my account. Unfortunately, after doing so, I found myself in limbo with no clear indication of what would happen next.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the company through phone calls, emails, and contact forms, I found that their customer service was unresponsive. Each time I spoke with someone, they would tell me that they had not received any of my documents, even though I had already submitted them multiple times. I was extremely frustrated with this process, and I must say that I am very disappointed with this company's services.

One thing that really stood out to me was the response that Digital Wallet has posted on Trustpilot. They suggest that customers should reply to their standard emails in order to receive assistance with their issues. However, I found that even after doing so, I was still unable to get any support or feedback from the company.

Overall, I would have to give Digital Wallet a zero-star rating. If you're considering using their services, I would advise you to steer clear of them at all costs. Based on my experience, I simply can't recommend them to anyone.

Digital Wallet Unreliable and Dishonest: My Digital Wallet Review

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a digital wallet company named My Digital Wallet, that I feel compelled to share. My employer had decided to use this company to offer gift cards to employees as part of a reward system. However, the conditions attached to these gift cards caused more stress than excitement. One of the most shocking things about these gift cards was their expiration period--only six months! I haven't come across such a short lifespan for gift cards elsewhere.

To make matters worse, the process of acquiring a replacement card after expiration was needlessly complicated. A form had to be filled out, printed, and mailed to the company, and if you were lucky enough for them to even acknowledge receipt of the form, they would still charge you a fee for this subpar service which would be deducted from your balance. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough, and I had to go through this process twice, since they claimed they never received my form. I'm convinced that this process was deliberately designed to discourage customers from redeeming their balances after their cards expired.

To add further insult to injury, their customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. It's not surprising that many other employees shared the same complaint with HR as me. Having an employer with over ten thousand employees, the company decided to discontinue partnership with this company due to the numerous complaints received from employees.

In conclusion, I do not recommend this company to anyone. They lack transparency, have poor customer service, and operate dishonestly. I was left disappointed and out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable digital wallet company.

Digital Wallet Disappointed with Prepaid Digital Solutions: My Experience with Missing Prepaid Visa Card

My experience with Prepaid Digital Solutions has been less than satisfactory. I ordered a prepaid Visa card as a Christmas gift back in December 2021, but unfortunately, the recipient never received it. I contacted the company on December 29th to inquire about the whereabouts of the card. The manager confirmed that the card was shipped and hadn't been used yet. She advised me to wait an additional 10 days.

On January 20th, I reached out again to let them know that the gift card hadn't arrived yet. This time, the representative informed me that they were having issues with lost cards and asked me to wait another 10 days. Despite the wait, the card still hadn't arrived by January 30th. This time around, the representative assured me they would cancel the original order and send a replacement card.

But the trouble didn't end there. I've since tried multiple times to retrieve the card through their phone line and ticket system, but to no avail. This includes reaching out to them on March 22nd, April 21st, April 25th, and May 13th. To date, I'm yet to receive the $100.00 prepaid Visa card I purchased.

One would think that after multiple attempts to reach out to them, Prepaid Digital Solutions would have contacted me by now to ensure that this issue is resolved once and for all. Sadly, I'm still waiting for a resolution. Needless to say, I'm disappointed with the level of service I've received from this company.

Digital Wallet Avoid Digital Wallet for Prepaid Cards: A Frustrating and Inflexible Experience

Digital Wallet, available at prepaiddigitalsolutions.com, is a prepaid visa tool/website that has unfortunately not lived up to expectations. Frankly, it is among the worst vendors I have had to deal with, and I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone else looking for a similar service.

One of the primary issues with Digital Wallet is the confusing and frustrating login and verification system. It requires users to remember and keep track of multiple pieces of information, such as their token number, username (which is not always the same as their email address), and personal question answer. Furthermore, the website is notorious for obfuscating expiration dates, causing users to waste valuable time, energy, and money-as-time trying to figure out what is going on. For example, the cards expire in just seven months, leaving users scrambling to spend their balance before it disappears.

Another issue with Digital Wallet is its inflexibility when it comes to left-over balances. If a user happens to have a remaining balance on their card, they will not be able to use that amount for anything useful, which can be extremely frustrating for those who are trying to budget their funds carefully.

In addition to its overall poor performance, Digital Wallet also charges a fee of $3 if users want a physical card. This adds an unnecessary expense to an already unpleasant experience.

Despite all of these issues, I give Digital Wallet more than one star solely because I have used it before and was able to get what I needed out of it. Specifically, I used it to claim a reward prepaid card through my company's health reward system. However, even in this instance, I had to spend 45 minutes wrangling through emails and multiple hoops to get a virtual card to use. When I attempted to add it to my existing wallet, I was unable to because my other cards had already expired. After trying to create a new wallet for 30 minutes, I was left frustrated and wishing there was a better option available.

Overall, my experience with Digital Wallet has been disappointing. I would caution anyone considering using the service to be aware of its limitations and be prepared to navigate its many obstacles. There are likely better options available for those seeking a reliable prepaid card through a user-friendly vendor.

Digital Wallet Never Received Prepaid Visa Card Purchased 12/2021

On December 1,2001 I ordered a prepaid Visa card from Prepaid Digital Solutions as a Christmas gift. On December 29,2001, I phoned Prepaid Digital Solutions to inform them the recipient never received their Visa card. A manager validated the card was shipped and there was no usage on the card. She advised me to allow an additional 10 days. On January 20th, I phoned again to advise the recipient has not received their gift card. The representative advised they were experiencing issues with cards being lost and to allow an additional 10 days. On January 30th, I phone again to advise the recipient never received their gift card. The representative informed me she would cancel the original re-ship a new one. On February 21, I spoke to a representative who also advised he would cancel the order from January 30, and would ship another card. I've attempted several times to retrieve the card; either by phone or via Prepaid Solutions trouble reporting ticket system the following dates: 3/22/22,4/21/22,4/25/22 and 5/13/22. As of 5/24/22, you'd think by now Prepaid Solutions leadership would contact me to validate if this issue has been resolved. Still have not received the $100.00 card I purchased in December 2021.

Digital Wallet The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

Submit a complaint to the CFPB.Around 2014, they started accepting PRE Paid card complaints,2014.

Prepaid digital solutions appears okay on the surface until you attempt to use this pre loaded card. For one, the bricks and mortar stores typically don't want to deal with punching in all the numbers to have you pay with it. Worse,if you have a partial balance for something you're buying. They definitely don't want to use it,and place the remaining balance on another form of payment. So, no, it's NOT accepted everywhere you would spend with. My situation became worse when I needed to reverse a charge due to the company in question being M.I.A.since November 2022 where it didn't respond to their customer service number,or email. This evidence was submitted to Swift prepaid. Perfect storm to deal with when Swift prepaid takes 45 days just to investigate where they respond with an excuse for finding zero issues.

Customer service is pitiful as they all play off each other to be as of little help as possible. To think their their company name includes "solutions" is laughable.

Since businesses want to use the pre paid cards as a way to manage their cost centers in dealing with reimbursing,or awarding customers. I would opt for a PHYSICAL card since the digital one is more of an issue when you need to input all those numbers. Environmental reasons, one would think pre paid cards would figure out a way to enable a mobile compatible, scannable bar code that works with RFID similar to eWallets.

Digital Wallet Prepaiddigitalsolutions is a scam. There support is useless and they keep repeating lie

They shouldn't deserver any star. I have several prepaid card under my name with same name/email/physical address. But these guys without notifying marked all my card inactive. I only realize when I tried to make a purchase and card was getting declined. Spoke several times with their customer support agent and each time they repeat that I will get an email within 5 business days.

Its been three weeks now and almost made 7 call to their support team but yet no update from them.

This Business should be marked under scrutiny by Federal Teams because they didn't even notified to customer while making any changes on the card/account. Pathetic support team

Claimed loss: I have 22 virtual prepaid cards which have a value of around $600 and all of them are under my name.

Desired outcome: They need to make my account active or reimburse the full amount of the prepaid cards

DigitalWallet who is no less robber than Branded Survey on stealing my earned digital money when they kept asking multiple more security questions & demanding me to go through many digital hurdles & processes. I am a low tech person who also need to defend himself against online security threats & certainly not taking these unreasonable risks. Digital Wallet Digital wallet robbed my earned money

The $! 03 pre-loaded mastercard I finally received from branded surveys & digital wallet was denied multiple times online and in stores making me feeling shame and uncomfortable.

Digital wallet & branded surveys have been hijacking my earned money for over a year & created hurdles after hurdles in order for me to access & use my own pre-loaded card before it expires in few more weeks!

Digital Wallet Disappointing Experience with Digital Wallet's Visa Gift Card: Short Expiry Date and No Replacement

So, I received a Visa gift card as a part of my G2 product review from Digital Wallet (prepaiddigitalsolutions.com), and I must say, the experience wasn't as good as expected. The card had an expiration date of less than a year, which I feel is quite less for a Visa gift card that is supposed to be usable even after gifting it to someone. And, to my surprise, when I contacted the customer support team, they informed me that the card couldn't be replaced.

This left me quite disappointed as I had planned to make use of this gift card for my various online purchases. But, unfortunately, it was of no use after the expiration date.

While I appreciate the idea of gifting someone a digital wallet, I do wish the team behind Digital Wallet would look into addressing this issue and come up with a better solution. As for now, I'll have to reconsider using their services again.

I have had a terrible experience with Digital Wallet and I strongly advise against using their service. In my personal situation, I loaded money onto my account and then attempted to use it for a purchase, only to find out that the funds were not available. Recently, I had a really distressing experience with Digital Wallet (prepaiddigitalsolutions.com) that compelled me to write this review. In short, I strongly feel that this company should be held accountable, and possibly reported to the legal department for its shady practices.

To put it bluntly, Digital Wallet took money from everyone in a seemingly fraudulent manner. It was really disappointing to see my hard-earned money being siphoned away in such a manner. I wanted to warn others in the strongest possible terms that this is nothing short of a scam and people need to be extremely cautious while dealing with this company.

Sadly, I'm not alone in this. Numerous other people have suffered a similar fate and had their money stolen by Digital Wallet. What's worse, they seem to get away with these sly tactics without any consequences. I wish someone could step in and fight for all of us to get our stolen money back.

In conclusion, I implore everyone to stay as far away from Digital Wallet (prepaiddigitalsolutions.com) as possible. They're not a trustworthy company, and their actions should not go unpunished. Despite multiple attempts to request my card, I never received it. This was particularly disturbing on my final attempt, when I discovered that the site stated my card had already expired and my funds were reversed, resulting in a loss of $1,050 with no option for recourse. To say the least, this was an extremely frustrating and concerning experience.

Sadly, this experience has left me feeling completely disillusioned with the Digital Wallet platform, which is why I plan to reach out to RocketTrip, who was partnering with them for employee rewards, to file a complaint. It is my hope that they will take swift action to revoke their partnership and prevent others from experiencing the same type of disappointment I have faced.

place hold on alot of merchants, then when asked to remove hold, takes days or up to a week, if the sorry customer service agents decide to do their job, avoid if possible is my reccommendation
