Disneyland Interactive Good Friend paid, but turned away due to overcrowding. Lives near Canada but only given some 2 year tickets

My friends, Angie and Chris Bosecker of Stanwood, WA bought tickets and traveled to California. They were turned away from Disneyland due to overcrowding while still selling fresh tickets to new victims. Why does this concern me? 2 reasons-this doesn't pay for room and gas to get there, forget the 15 hour drive. It doesn't help the discouragement of the kids. I am part of the working poor and I have told my children that I would try to take them to Disneyland. 3 years saving up and we are almost there. I am not willing to give up 3 years savings for a company too big to care. I am already breaking it to my 10 and 8 year old that I am not willing to take a risk on such a Company as Disneyland. Please prove me wrong and do what is right by the Boseckers. Here is their email [protected]@yahoo.com It is not their fault that Disney overpacked itself to capacity. Please let me know you are making measures for this not to happen again. I still want to believe I can use my hard earned savings to take my children. Signed, Diane Wennerberg

Disneyland Interactive actress jennifer veal

Actress Jennifer Veal is a very bad role model, my Daughter was a big fan of hers so we went to watch some of the videos she posts on YouTube on The Jenny and Lucas Channel, many of the videos are very inappropriate, she talks about her favorite sex position, drinks alcohol, gets nude, talks about homosexuals, this is not the type of person I would like my daughter looking up to, and really we along with others will go watch Nickelodeon, where I'm not faced with problems like these, thank you for your help

Disneyland Interactive the new shows are not good

The new shows on Disney Channel are not good. Ever since Disney got rid of the good shows like that's so Raven or Good Luck Charlie or Kim Imposable and any other old show I'm not saying that the actors are bad it's the ideas. If Disney Channel had like a 3 days out of the week play old shows that would good please

I completely agree with you! Disney Channel/Disney XD is in a downward spiral, canceling so many good shows and adding awful replacements! I will make a list of all the shows that were canceled, and compare the replacements.

GOOD SHOWS THAT WERE CANCELED:
Ant Farm- This was the first time a show I was into had ever been canceled. I was disappointed, as viewers only got about three episodes to watch Olive and Fletcher's relationship blossom, and half and episode for Chyna and that rapper dude. This show could definitely have gone on for another season.
Dog With A Blog- I do actually understand why Disney canceled this, which was the ratings were dropping rapidly. I too found a growing disinterest in the show, with Disney trying to promote a new positive message with each episode. However, I feel like there was a lot that was left unexplained, and this show could have continued as well.
Phineas and Ferb- This was the breaking point for so many fans that had dutifully watched every episode in all six seasons. I feel like there could have been a spin-off series for the episode "Act your Age" or "Tales of the Resistance", but Disney just shut it down.
Mighty Med- This was a short show, only two seasons long. I know they canceled it because they wanted to make Elite Force, which was a good idea, but I find it lacking in plot, and missing so many characters, especially Horace. This was probably my favorite show, and was very sad when I heard it was canceled.
Lab Rats- Again, this was solely canceled for Elite Force, which was missing so many key elements of this show. Adam and Leo, the comic relief, are nonexistent in it, and there were many unsolved notes. For example, after Bionic Rebellion, Sebastian promised he would come back. I assume he will in elite force, but I only got up to episode 11 of elite force before xfinity TVGO was deleted.
Jessie-Another breaking point, this show was great, again only canceled for a mediocre spin-off, Bunked. A favorite to many, I often find myself watching reruns.
REPLACEMENT SHOWS THAT AREN'T AWFUL, BUT NOT GREAT EITHER-
K.C. Undercover- I was a huge fan of this, but it really became an awful show towards the third season. I loved the character of Brett, and wish there was more of him.
Star Wars Rebels- I could rant for hours about this but I only have five minutes. Good show, but got really bad in the third season, especially with Kanan's blindness.
Girl Meets World- I did not either watch or like this show, but many of my friends did and I know they liked it.
BAD REPLACEMENT SHOWS-
I Didn't Do It- Probably one of the worst shows Disney has ever produced. No plot, and characters were lacking.
Liv and Maddie- This show could go under the other banner, but I put it here because of the new spin-off, Cali style. Not great, and needs some more action/comic relief.
Wander Over Yonder- I personally liked this show, but a lot of people did not. Disney realized this at the end of season 2, and began setting up for "The End of the Galaxy"
Bunked- Again, a mediocre show that replaced Jessie, without the elements that made it a good show. I originally was hooked, as it reminded me of my own wonderful sleepaway camp, but plot lines grew boring and there was no comedy.
THANKS FOR READING MY RANT!

The new show Mako mermaids is basically ripping off the show on teen nick "H2o just add water" they are both exactly the same, also it is just plain stupid and cheesy. I think that you should take off that show immediately and start playing more re runs of good luck Charlie, Jessie the suite life on deck, the suite life of Zack and Cody, wizards of Waverly place, etc.

Disneyland Interactive good luck charlie - inappropriate content

I am a father of a young girl who enjoys watching the Disney show Good Luck Charlie; the show has always been happy and fun for her to watch. Unfortunately that has now changed - I was shocked to hear that a childrens network would put a lesbian couple on a show that has young viewers watching. This was completely and absolutely unnecessary.
I have decided to not allow my kids to view this anymore; along with any further shows that Disney might introduce with deliberately focused homosexual content. This type of content is just not suitable for children in any way, shape or form.

It's the 21st century! if you are soooo worried about your children being 'exposed' to gay and lesbian couples why don't you move to the middle of nowhere and start churning butter instead of watching tv!

I really like to watch Naruto Shippuden. I was so glad to watch it a few years ago, but last year I was watching it, and right in the middle of the season, Disney XD just stopped showing it. It was the only show I liked to watch on Disney XD. I think they made a huge mistake and should put it back on.

Your movie Starstruck was absolutely terrible. You should really consider getting some actors who can act or LIP SYNCH(Sterling KNIGHT!) At times, the movie was so bad that my sister and I were actually laughing. It was, frankly, a waste of our evening.

Disneyland Interactive tv show violetta

The tv show " violetta " the words don't go with the mouths its like they're foreign and they are saying words From the script in a different language and then some american actors have read out words and Disney has edited it in . The whole point of my complaint is that the words don't go with their mouths and several other people have said the same . My soloution for this would be just take down the show and use american actors and make sure the words go with the mouths . I sadly can't get any proof but here in the UK thats what happens on the TV show . Finally some shows are inapropriate for children .

GET IT SORTED ASAP then people might stop complaining and actually be able to enjoy the programme.

It's called dubbing. It's incredibly common. Expand your horizons and enjoy (or not) the show based on its merits, not based on a desire to have everything on your TV conform to all things British.

Disneyland Interactive terrible shows

I now hate, I repeat hate disney channel now. The new shows they have are just terrible, even Cartoon Network is better, they made a channel that shows all of the old tv shows and movies. Why can't u do that instead of making disney xd. The older movies and shows were the best. And Dylan's spouses idea was amazing, I don't understand why u denied it and convinced them to leave disney channel, that was one of my favorite shows to watch, now I dot even bother changing to that channel.

Disneyland Interactive advert

My daughter always watches Disney channel, recent, y there has been this new advert where the people in the advert are doing the things they want to do or are supposed to be doing. As these children are doing this a line with a Disney channel show name and character flys past them and makes them drop what they are doing to watch the show. My daughter no longer wants to read or play outside, all she wants to do is watch Disney channel. In my opinion this is sending a very bad impression to children, telling them not to go outside or read or do the stuff they want to, but rather watch Disney channel.

Disneyland Interactive jessie

My younger sister watches disney channel almost all the time, and yesterday she was watching the show 'jessie.' the show is about a young nanny who takes care of a family of rich children because their parents are mostly away.in this particular episode, a new girl had come to the children's school. She was so obviously did up to be different it was pathetic. She was dressed in black and grey jeans, big black boots, and black t-shirts. She came on the show and immediately began making political statements. These included that she wanted death to capitalism and cooperate greed, she opposed deforestation, and supported women's equality. This is a show for kids. Most of these kids don't even know what capitalism is and disney has actors on their demanding death to it? I understand everyone is entitled to their political opinion just as much as the next person. These are easily influenced kids though, and their sending very strong messages about highly controversial issues. That's not right. I want my kids to come to their own educated opinions about whats right and wrong when they're at an age where they can actually fully comprehend concepts such as capitalism, socialism, and such. I don't want them to be 8 years old talking about how they wish for corporate america's downfall when they don't even know what it means. I definitely know my children will not be watching disney when they get older.

Have you considered that 1) You are the parent. 2) As the parent you are in charge. 3) If you don't like what your child/ren are watching turn the the TV off. See item 1. Personally I wouldn't have a TV in the house with children in the first place. What is being shown is utter crap to start with.

Disneyland Interactive disney channel shows are getting really not appropriate

I think it’s actually sad that today my cousin grows up watching shows like Good Luck Charlie, Shake it Up, and ANT Farm. The shows are absolutely messed up! On “Good Luck Charlie”, the show’s not as bad as certain other shows, and it’s the only show I can stand. But really, the mother on that show acts absolutely ridiculous and if a mother acted like that in real life, the children would probably be taken away. In the show, the mother hires a fake family to perform with her because her real family embarasses her.

ANT Farm is probably the worst of them all. It’s ridiculous. What 11 year old goes to high school because they can sing well? Or talk a lot? Or paint well? They’re gifted in art, not at all in school. It’s the most unrealistic show I’ve seen yet. And does it always have to be a singer? Then, Shake it Up. First of all, those girls are so skinny. Practically walking skeletons! And second, yup, I like to dance, no experience, but hey, I’ll try out for a television show.

Oh, I’m here, yeah, I’ll show off my crap dance moves….no experience, but I’ve got a good body and nice face….yep, got the show. It makes no sense. I miss the good shows – Lizzie McGuire, Even Stevens, etc. Now, the other day my cousin was calling “Good Luck Charlie” television’s greatest show and was quoting lines. I died a little when she told me reality tv was stupid and Disney was the way to go. Reality TV sucks….but it’s better than the garbage on Disney Channel nowadays.

I have a 9 yr old daughter and lately the Disney Channel shows are getting really not appropriate. Disney Channel has always pushed the limit when it comes to the older “tween” shows, such as Wizards of Waverly Place and Suite Life on Deck. However, now they are really capitalizing on the world’s infatuation with the whole Vampire/Werewolf/Zombie thing. Kids at age 9 are very impressionable and they are caught in the world in between grown up and still children. They want to be grown up however, some are still plagued with children’s nightmares, and can be scared by things they see on TV.

Even though they say they want to see these things and that “it’s cool” it’s still up to us as grownups to be mindful of what they are seeing. No my daughter has not seen this show, nor will she. Seeing the commercials for it have been quite enough.

Disneyland Interactive Disney employees hating on guest

Several Disney employees used anti-American, terrorist and hateful actions towards me, not once but several times over verbal misunderstands. I was not allowed my due process. Walt Disney World resort president, Meg Crofton validated the hateful behavior by her employees by ignoring these issues. My family and I have been going to Disney World since the early 1970's and have spend thousands of dollars there and on Disney products. It's hard to comprehend how a corporation could treat a loyal guest like they treated me. I will never go there again, even though we own Disney property. BUT don't believe me. Do a google search on Walt Disney and Disney properties and their MIND CONTROL programs. I'm not the only one they hate. Did you know the Walt Disney was a 33 degree Freemason. That, in itself, speaks volumes! The more I find out about Disney, the more disappointed I am. All I can do now, is tell people to BOYCOTT DISNEY. Don't buy anything that is associated with Disney.

If the sheeple wake up, they'll be mad they got dissed. but wouldn't be able to do anything about it. It amount to religions persecution.
That's what religious believers are best at ~ because they believe their messiah / god will forgive them and grant them eternal life.
How many christians really love their enemy? or any other religious group? Disney owes my family and I big time, but we love disney's employees and forgive them, because that's the right thing to do. It still amazes me that walt disney world's president confirmed the hate her subordinates dealt. The mind set is: don't reply, they'll forget. little does she know, when someone fails to respond, its a admission of guilt or verifies the charges. disney employees hated on me, confirmed by wdw's president ... How low could they go?
a corporation at its best...bottom line > > > $$$$$$$. God bless them, they'll need it when the bad karma they sent out comes back to them >>> God bless them. I hope they can handle it.

I have NOT based Disney's employees actions and activities on my prejudices. I don't have any prejudices towards Disney or any other corporation or person. You're the one assuming, and when you assume, you make an ### out of yourself.. Did you do a search on Walt Disney? probably not. What's in a name: character, honor to name a couple of things. Why would you want to judge anything based on what anyone says on the Internet. Find out yourself. Search and investigate, but judge and be judged. You must be a descendant of Disney or an employee of Disney. I received Disney's persecution not the other way round! You can't persecute a corporation. There was no implied wrong-doing, Disney did the wrong-doing.I don't have to give you or anyone else the details. My rights were violated. All anyone has to do is to do a search on Walt Disney and Disney properties. Find out yourself what Disney is all about.

You can tell the mind-controlled / brain-washed sheeple by they posts! Most people just don't get it UNTIL they're the one's getting the hate on them. Find out for yourselves. Do searches. All I know is that I went to Disney for a long time and spent a lot of money there and then they want to crap on me for a verbal misunderstanding? wtf is that BS? It's because the majority of Disney's employees have a certain mind-set that's easy to mind-control. They violated my rights. They treated me like crap. That's wrong and the President confirmed the hate by ignoring the issues, like they'll go away...Once someone sends out negative/hate, they get it back, one way or another. I forgave the Disney employees that hate me; I Love the Disney employees that hate me. Its too bad they can't do what they savior has told them to do...Disney shills = stfu OK God bless you.

counterpoint, norman: jiminy tries to free pinocchio from his material self (as personified by his turning into a donkey), and instead to reveal more of his spiritual self. striking parallels to the classic literary work: the metamorphoses. would you consider this as contradictory to the marxist ideals on religion?

Do you know what Freemasons do, regardless of level? I'm guessing not. You are apparently assuming their actions and activities based on your own prejudices. My actions and input are not dictated by my name, just as character or ethics cannot be prejudged based upon race, creed, or religious preference. What is in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. Unless any of us know any of the details of your experience other than your emotional reactions, it is impossible to judge. At this point you are merely using an implied wrong-doing to facilitate your persecution of an organization based on your own prejudices. If you need any further clarification of my point, re-read - because as of now, you're on the diet

Disneyland Interactive Employee Entered Room

We have traveled to Disney for over 30 years. Our recent visit in December 2011 was terrible. We arrived with our familly, our children and grandkids to have an engagement party. We had ordered an engagement cake to have dellivered to our room.
We arrived December 19, 2011, and left for a dinner celebration at Yahtsmans. After dinner we were returning to celebrate with our engagement cake and head to the Polynesian to sit by the water and watch the 10:00 holiday fireworks.
While we were gone an employee entered our room and hit the door so hard that it knocked the topper of the cake and destroyed our cake.
We returned about 7:30 and immediately called management. They said they would immediately call Leslie Smith who was handling this cake. We had no response and the next morning were informed that Disney was scheduling a lock interrigation on the room to confirm this employee entered the room. They needed a couple of days to do this and speak to the cast member. Three days later, it was confirmed. The executive management team was verly calous and had David Kong contact us. He offered an ice cream social in the Pop Century food court or another cake from the local Publlix grocery store. He stated that it was a busy time and the cake would not be as good though. This was not ok with us. Even after David King (Pop Century Guest Relations Manager) repeated this multiple times, he kept repeating the same thing and said these are your only options. We found this very disrespectful. To us, it's like having a Birthday party without the cake. Only worse. The event was already over. It was ruined. We even tried to contact Leslie Smith (Manager of guest services at [protected]) who was handling this cake from December 19 on with no response.

We stayed at the All Star Resort and apparently they have trouble with honest cleaning personnel. I left my phone plugged in at the room and when calling no one wanted to help. When I returned for the day the phone was never found. I have never received any phone calls about trying to find it. If I had stayed in a hotel off site I am sure I would have had better service. They are too big to care about one person I guess. I have always had good service at Disney World until this year 2014. The hotels and Disney is going downhill. I will find a new magical place to go as it is not so much that anymore. Even the park was not as clean and we had lots of little things that were troublesome. Not worth the money anymore.

Staying at the Seqouia. Cannot get a sit-down meal for less than £65 per couple. We are living on hamburgers and chips for ONLY £30 per couple. Food is awful, service is worse. It's almost like the employees are being forced to work here on some prison release program. We will never return.

Disneyland Interactive Rip off, smells, scam

$90 bucks for a 3 year old to enter the park? A 3 YEAR OLD? That's beyond ridiculous. I took my 3 year old son and my 5 year old daughter. My wife and son waited an hour for this kids ride. It's the airplanes that go around in a circle and you can raise and lower them as you circle. Waited for an hour and it lasted 20 seconds...

I've read all the comments here and it's sad how as soon as somebody writes about their bad experience they get attacked with childish insults. Real mature people. Do we not have a right to voice our opinions?

Back to bashing ###land. Which is actually a fitting name, this place stinks literally. I was waiting in line with my daughter at Minnie Mouses house in toon town cause she wanted the picture and autograph. When we got a little closer to the front of the house it's starts smelling like a sewer or a port o potty. I had random kids in line around me asking their parents why does it smell like a bathroom. That wasn't the only location that smelled. There were several locations. I guess Disney doesn't make enough money to address that issue? Lol or they just enjoy the stench.

Back to Minnie, we finally got the picture and autograph. Then we got in line for goofy. We get half way to him then he just leaves with people still in line. At first people are thinking maybe he needed to use the restroom or maybe his shift was over and another person would be replacing him shortly. We waited and we waited. One by one people lost there patience and moved on. I stayed until there was just me my daughter and a lady and her daughter. Goofy never came back, wow is all I could say.

A couple hours of walking around looking for characters and not finding them passes so I decide to go to main street to the photo shop to get the only character photo we were able to get, Minnie. I gave them the photo card and they couldn't find the picture. I'm not going to go into all the the details but it took over an hour to get that issue resolved.

Can any of you Disneyland groupies give a good explanation as to why a bottle of water or an ice cream from one of those little stands is so over priced? Do they not make enough on parking, admission and everything else they ream you for?

In conclusion, Disneyland is a huge rip off, It stinks like a sewer, the lines are too long and rides to short. People were left stranded in the goofy line.

Instead of talking crap to me in response to my comment how about you defend your almighty precious Disneyland and explain to me why you think it's the happiest place on earth as they advertise.

I like Disneyland, I have fun on the rides, though I do think the people who wait in line to meet characters are idiots (and anyone who waits more than 5 mim after the character walks away expecting them to come back without getting a confirmation from a cast member that the character is in fact coming back is a bad person).

The sewer smell is unfortunate but seems to be a problem for the city of Anaheim in general and not just the theme park.

Disneyland is a popular place and they can charge whatever they want, so if you don't think it's worth it then don't go. That place is crowded enough as it is, the last thing it needs is people who don't want to be there complaining about everything and making all the lines even longer.

I am furious about the content of a movie that the Disney channel just recently aired. I trusted the Disney Channel to premiere age appropriate shows for my children. Instead, Disney airs a Friday night movie that should have been aired on HBO called “my babysitter is a vampire”, which was pretty graphic for the age of my children who are 6 and 10! I forbid...

Disneyland Interactive Sold out

Our attempt at an outing at disneyland today prooved Disneyland's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. After spending 3.5 to drive to Anaheim, not including the one hour it took to get in the parking structure, we were told that Disneyland theme park tickets were sold out. The parking attendant preceded to tell us that they had forgotten to place the sold out signs before the parking entrance. This was issue number one, this out of neglect for a Disney customer's time is further proof of disregard for customer satisfaction. Next, the parking attendant relayed to us that the guest services was offering park hopper tickets in order to accommodate customers. Upon waiting in line and making the effort to travel to guest services we were told that not only was the parking attendant incorrect but that nothing could be done for us. Issue number two here revolves around the lack of communication among Disney employes, which results in customers being sent in circles just to obtain information. Lastly, aside from the 3.5 hours it took to drive here and the additional 1.5 to obtain information, we were not refunded our parking pass due to spending to spending too much time in the park which resulted at no fault of ours but of disney employees. The complete lack of accommodation coupled with rude employees has solidified the Disney corporations faulty customer satisfaction.

Disneyland Interactive Absolutely sucks

DISNEY DRC ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! It is a real shame that Disney only seems to care about the Guest that is going to stay on property 1 -2 weeks or more and spend thousands of dollars, and not the Guest from the local area who, even though staying on property for 1 night, makes many return visits during the course of a month and spends just as much, or much more, than the Guest who visits on vacation every 1-5 years or so! It seems that Disneys' creed of EVERONE having a magical day is only meant for a select few. What a shame!

Had a disappointing experience at EPCOT last night. I wanted to purchase a set of wine glasses that had been marked down. They didn't have any left in the park but I found 5 sets on the top shelf of a display. I asked a tall disney employee if he could get the set down for me (it would have required just a reach for him). He comes back with his lead who tells me they couldn't do it because of "safety issues". I asked "can you get a ladder?" She said "no because again it was a safety issue". I asked her "how is it a safety issue?" She really didn't have an answer and just denied my request. So I was not allowed to purchase an item that they had on display with a price tag on it. Yes I went to guest relations and told them about the incident. They also could not understand the decision. The guest relations rep walked with me to the festival center and asked why. She was told the same thing. The lead (who also had an attitude during the whole matter) said they will pull it down overnight and make them available the next day. The guest relations rep stated I would not be there the next day and told her they should not be making it difficult for guest to purchase their merchandise. I have never experienced something like this at any retail shop I've been to or worked at. If a guest wants to purchase an item that's up high just get a ladder. According to the lead they don't have ladders. I told her "with all the technology Disney has you don't have ladders?" Really?" That said the guest relations rep Erica was excellent! She genuinely cared about my experience walked me over to the festival center to get to the bottom of the issue as she could not understand this either. After speaking with the lead Tammy she also noticed the attitude I was dealing with from Tammy and she apologized and although I only wanted to purchase the glasses she offered a $25 purchase so I could get something in the place if the glasses. She also told me she would do her best to get the glasses and send them to me COMPLIMENTARY. I've read other complaints about Disney on this board and in many cases the people complaining wait until they get home to take care of the issue. If need to handle it immediately. Some complaints are ridiculous like a janitor sweeping up someone's food. If the person would have taken care of it immediately their food would have been reimbursed. Another person listed many complaints but the one that stuck out was he was in pain after going on a ride. In his complaint he stated he has a back issue but wanted to just ride the ride but is blaming Disney now for being in pain. I have a neck issue and would love to ride Space Mountain since the updates but there is no way I would get in it because of my neck issues (and not just because my doctors say not to do it) but because I take responsibility for my choices.

Disneyland Interactive new movie: avalon high (continued)

Hey I am back and I wanna add somthing to my last complaint about the new disney movie "avalon high" I have just read a blog by meg cabot herself and it says that the main characters name in the movie is allie but she believes it was a typo (the article was made a few months ago) but in the trailer the main characters name is indeed allie instead of ellie which is the name of the main character in the book. I am outraged at the horrid making of this movie and not even telling meg about the renaming of the main character in the movie and for adding new ones! Shame on you disney! Shame!

Ending the show of Good Luck Charlie is absolutely ridicoulous because it is a great show, so why are you ending it? If the show is getting good reviews, wouldn't it be more, logical to keep the shows with good reviews on the air or on Disney channel. Then, the shows with bad reviews shouldn't be on Disney. Personally, ending Good Luck Charlie is a stupid idea because, a lot of people love the show. If you end the show of Good Luck Charlie, I will not watch Disney Channel again, and a lot of other people feel this way, so put the show back on Disney Channel for at least a couple more years! If not your views will majorly go down the drain. Don't end Good Luck Charlie because, it will be a big mistake on Disney Channels part of making or creating the shows that we watch. Personally, I also have another question, what is the point of adding or making a different show when your just going to end it soon after. So, you guys could keep Good Luck Charlie, and this could help you because, you don't have to spend a bunch of money on props, sets, costumes, and other new things; you could just keep on doing an older, and a better show without spending as much money! Overall, think about this decision because, it could come back to haunt you. So, put Good Luck Charlie back on the air, or I will never watch Disney Channel again, and I know a lot of other people feel this way. Thank you for your time! Consider my thoughts please!

Dear Disney Channel,
Did you even read Avalon High? The characters are beyond wrong, the ending is completely absurd, and almost nothing you did was in the book! Marco is the bad guy. You hear that? Not the teacher and you didn't mention the father, you got her name wrong, barley brought in the Lady of the Lake, and Marco wanted her to tell Will about Jen and Lance, because once again he is the bad guy! You shouldn't have even called it Avalon High, you basically took a really good book and dragged it through the mud then stomped on it. Also you made up a character, and made him physic and Merlin. That makes sense how? A play was not involved, and the ending where a plastic sword turns real then fake and they magically teleport is beyond stupid to put it lightly. Also Ellie, (her REAL name) is a girl. You got that not KING Arthur, which Will is because you can't even wrap your heads around that detail. Also on the final complaint I will list, believe me I have many more, is that Will has a dog! One of the main things is all the similarities of the characters which you did not list! Also Marco's dad is not a member of the Order of the Bear! Because Marco is the bad guy! Try actually reading a book before making a movie of it next time!

Get over it. The book and the movie are two different forms of one story. Meg is not completely in charge of making the movie, thus she does not control it. They cut her a paycheck and that was that.

Disneyland Interactive new movie: avalon high

I am 11yrs. old and I have a complaint about the poor making of the new disney movie based on one of my favorite books "Avalon High". So far all I have seen is the trailer and I already know that this movie is not at all anything close to the book. I have also seen blogs and other pieces of evidence that states the main characters and there full names.
One of the reasons for my complaint is that the name of the main character has been changed from Ellie (which carried most of the book) to Allie. The other reason for my complaint is the new characters added to movie which were never mentioned in the book at all. Also I believe that Disney Studios is a poor movie maker and should either should not make movies based on books or make them better suited to the book and make it more true to them and not change names, plots, characters, or add new ones.

Thank you for reading,
A very concerned reader and citizen

I thank God for Disney Channel! All the other channels are the ones that are offensive, and if it wasn't for Disney Channel my children would not have anything clean and decent to watch. Even if I thought that a few Disney movies weren't good, I haven't seen one yet that I thought was worth complaining about. I think they are doing a great job! And although I agree with the person who posted the last comment, if you're going to criticize for poor spelling, make sure you proofread yourself. Teens should not have an apostrophe in it and argument is spelled wrong...OUCH!

The wonderful thing about books, is you can interpret the characters, plot, however you want. I am usually disappointed when book I read becomes a movie, because it isn't how I envisioned it. You don't have to watch the movie, and why become upset over something you cannot change. It is wonderful that you are obviously creative and enjoy reading. Many children would rather play video games, than read a good book. My advice, don't bother to see the movie, enjoy reading the books about it, and that way, you will be able to envision the characters, plot however you want! : )

I enjoy the movies Disney comes out with. I am not fond of the Disney Channel. But I love the classics like, "Lady and the Tramp", "The Fox and the Hound", and other classics. I also enjoy the new ones too! "Toy Story", "The Princess and the Frog"... I agree with you, the teenage stuff is stupid. I don't understand what my kids see in the teenage crap. It is unrealistic, and just a waste of time.

Either Meg or her associates had to approve this movie getting made in the first place. Maybe give it a chance? It might be okay. If not, enjoy the book in and of itself. Some times that's the best you can do.

I am a single traveler and am on the deluxe dining plan and I also had online reservation issue when trying to book Narcoossees. I clicked on a date and party of one and it said " We were unable to check for available tables at this time. A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later. " I tried everyday and same thing, then I thought lets see what happens when I select 2 or more in the party and magically tables were available everyday. I do not like discrimination in any form and it pisses me off when I am paying for a dining plan and am blocked from getting in because I am a party of one! I called and was told that I could try calling them back and seeing if I could get in! It is obvious to me that they want to maximise their profits and could care less about the single traveler, after all everything is geared for family! They should get some tables for 2 in there so singles can eat there and FIX THE WEBSITE SO SINGLES CAN BOOK ONLINE!

Disney makes it clear that you need to book your dining in advance. you always have the option of attempting to walk in somewhere, but children friendly locations like character dining and such are popular. if you're spending the money, do the research, and have your dining planed out for the 180 day calling date. then you wont complain about things that aren't even hidden in fine print, but clearly written all over their webpages, fan pages, and mentioned every time you call WDW vacation planning.
