I recently placed an order with Dolls Kill for a pair of platform boots Ive been wanting. When it was shipped out I didnt check on the shipment information until a week after and it said it had been delivered, however I had not received any package. I live in an appartment and the tracking info said that it had been delivered to my front door but I had not seen anything all week and called my appartment office which they had no information either. I contacted Dolls Kill about my missing package and they messaged me back in a timely manner. Kaylin was the representative that helped me and was happy to help and resolve the issue. Even though the website states they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, she offered me a one time exception to resend the order to me at no additional cost. I appreciate their effort to keep customers satisfied and means a lot to me because I enjoy this brand and wouldve hate not being able to order from them again. The replacement package is now being shipped to another secure address. Im very satisfied with their friendly customer service and still a loyal *** customer

Best birthday I've ever had because of them!I got a huge order cause of there amazing sale they had going on and every single item out of the 35+ items i got were amazing. Ever piece fit perfect (I'm between an xl-xxl,1x) I'm very curvy, big tatas and a big ol boota so things tend to be to loose on my waist and way to tight on my curves but there clothing fit perfect. I can't say it enough! Everything is made with high end quality material. And there clothing will make any body type look good. Not only are there clothing incredible but there customer service is outstanding and they have been so nice. The packaging is adorable and packaged with lots of care and love. I've never been so impressed by a company. I've been looking at DollsKill online for years and have always been scared to purchase cause so many times I've gotten things online and it doesn't turn out but when I saw the sale I knew I had to take a chance. Mixed Experience with Dolls Kill: Great Customer Service, but Product Issues and Costly Returns
I recently had an experience with Dolls Kill, specifically with Brenna [OW69Y5-X383], and I have to say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I had ordered a bunch of items from the website, but unfortunately, I had to return a big part of it because of some issues. Now, I live in Germany, which meant that I had to pay for the return costs myself. I was a bit disappointed about this, as I had hoped that Dolls Kill would provide a cost-free return label for international customers like me. But alas, I had to pay around 60,- ? for the return costs.
To make matters worse, some of the shoes I had ordered were cut too tight. I couldn't even close the zipper of one of the half-long boots, even though I have a normal calf and I'm not overweight. This was a clear sign that there was too little material used during the production of the shoe. I was really bummed out, as I really loved the boots and wanted to keep them. But I couldn't wear them with the zipper open, as they would just hang down.
Despite all these issues, I have to say that the communication with Dolls Kill was pretty good. They were quick to respond and tried to resolve the situation. However, it took a couple of tries before I was able to speak to Brenna, who is their supervisor. She was the one who really made a difference. She was so customer-friendly and understanding, and she quickly resolved everything for me. She even refunded the return costs that I had to pay for myself, which was a huge relief.
Overall, I have to say that my experience with Dolls Kill was a mixed bag. While there were some issues with the products I received, the customer service was really good, especially thanks to Brenna. I would definitely shop with them again, but I would be more careful with my orders and make sure to check the sizing and quality of the products before purchasing.
Dolls Kill Customer Service Review: Above and Beyond Expectations
I recently ordered a bunch of stuff from Dolls Kill and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my experience. I usually go for the 5-10 business day shipping option and my orders have always arrived on time. But this time, I was really cutting it close. I had a trip to New York planned for December 12th and I wanted to take some new clothes with me. I placed my order on November 29th and the website said it would be delivered on December 5th. Sweet, right?
But then December 5th came and went, and my package was nowhere to be found. I checked the tracking info and it said it would be delivered on December 9th. No biggie, I thought. But when I checked my apartment's mailroom on December 11th, my package still wasn't there! Meanwhile, the other items I was expecting on December 12th had already arrived. I checked the tracking info again and it said my order wouldn't be delivered until December 14th. Then it changed to December 20th. I was freaking out.
I tried calling Dolls Kill, but their phone line was busy. So I called FedEx and they told me that the shipper (Dolls Kill) could change the delivery address. But then they said they couldn't. I emailed and texted Dolls Kill and they escalated my issue to a supervisor. They responded really quickly, but I was still freaking out. So I tried calling again and this time, I got a human! I explained the situation and asked if I could reorder my items and pay for overnight shipping to my NYC address. The rep on the phone was super understanding and even gave me a discount code so I could pay the Black Friday price I originally got. She even let me return the items that were arriving super late for a full refund.
When I reordered my items, I accidentally had them shipped to my actual address instead of my NYC address. I was freaking out again because the website said I couldn't change the shipping address. But when I emailed about the issue, they fixed it and sent it to the correct address! I was originally worried about getting good customer service through email and text, but they really responded quickly and made sure to make things right. Shoutout to Paige, Imani, Tifani, and the rep I had on the phone!
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Dolls Kill. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my items in time for my trip, and their customer service was top-notch. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends.
Dolls Kill Review: Cool Stuff, Broken Promo Codes, and Disappointing Customer Service
I gotta say, Dolls Kill has some pretty cool stuff on their website. I'm totally in love with my overpriced traitor boots, even though a couple of the eye holes busted after only wearing them a few times. And let me tell you, these shoes are not small on me. But hey, I still rock them like those high school kids who wear their hip shirts even after getting made fun of for it.
But let me get to the real reason I'm writing this review. Dolls Kill's website is a load of bull. Their promo codes for discounts never work, no matter how many times I've tried to use them. The only time they even attempted to replace a broken code was when I left a good review after subscribing. And let me tell you, that's not a great way to treat your customers.
Recently, they sent out a promo text about hidden gift cards on their site. I found one right away and applied it to my cart, then spent a few hours looking for more codes and shopping around. I was about to get three pairs of shoes, a unitard, and some other stuff for only $56.95 thanks to the coupon and sale. But then, I made the mistake of clicking to add a tanning lotion and when I came back, the sale was gone, the coupon was gone, and my items had disappeared from my cart. The total had more than doubled! I even took a screenshot of the time because it was only 8 PM and the sale didn't end until 12. I sent them a detailed message with the photo, reminding them that this was the third time I had shopped with them because of a promo code that never worked. They admitted there was a glitch on their site, but they have a "finders keepers" policy, so whoever used the code after me got to keep it, even though it was already applied to my account. And apparently, it's my fault for not predicting their screw-up. They wouldn't even offer me a bone, even though this happens all the time and codes they send personally never work.
I was planning on buying a bunch of gear and outfits for myself and the girls who work for me, but this experience was straight up crap. It wasted my time and left me feeling pretty disappointed. It's a shame, because I really do love those cute goth boots. But I don't think I'll be shopping with Dolls Kill again anytime soon.
Regretful Purchase: Dolls Kill Poison Apple Crossbody Bag Review
I gotta say, I wish I had read all these reviews before I made my purchase. I was so hyped up by all the cute stuff on Dolls Kill's website that I didn't even think to check out what other people were saying. But now that I've received my Poison Apple crossbody bag, I can see what everyone's talking about.
Don't get me wrong, the bag itself isn't bad. It's not defective or anything like that. But man, is it small. I got it because I'm a huge fan of Regina Mills from Once Upon a Time, and I thought it would be perfect to wear to Disneyland (I have an annual pass for 2017). But when I tried to fit my phone and wallet in there, I realized that it was just too tiny. I mean, I could maybe squeeze in a lipstick if I really tried, but that's about it.
I tried to convince myself that I liked it because it's so pretty, but deep down I knew that I regretted my purchase. And when I saw that my wallet (which is definitely not jumbo) didn't fit, I knew that this bag was just not for me. I guess it's just personal preference, but I don't like small bags. At least, not this small.
I paid $48 for the bag, which was on sale for 20% off. But with the extra cost of shipping and tax, plus the Affirm fee (which is Dolls Kill's pay later option), I ended up paying almost $60 in total. And now that I see that the bag is back to its regular price of $75/80, I can't imagine anyone paying that much for it. It's just not worth it.
What's also weird is that there are no reviews on Dolls Kill's website for any of their products. Most websites have reviews, so it's strange that they don't. And when I saw that they only offer store credit for returns, I knew that I was stuck with this bag. I don't want to deal with their customer service, which I'm sure is going to be a pain. And even though I still have the packaging and tags, I'm sure they'll find some way to deny me credit.
I'm thinking of giving Dolls Kill another try with some shoes, but I'm definitely going to be more cautious this time. I'm still mourning this dumb purchase decision, but at least I've found a way to salvage the bag. I'll just have to deal with it and regret it in peace.
Dolls Kill Review: Disappointing Quality, No Refunds, and Limited Stock
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Dolls Kill. I spent $60 on some clothes about a month ago, thinkin' I was gettin' a good deal with their sale and free economy shipping for orders over $50. But boy, was I wrong. I got my stuff after waitin' 10 days, and while the shirt and belt were alright (even though the shirt was way too small for an XL), the skirt was a real disappointment. It was supposed to be sheer, but turns out it was a wrap around skirt with some cheap ribbon to tie it on. And the material was just plain awful - some kinda polyester that was way more see-through than I expected.
So I decided to return the skirt, but guess what? Dolls Kill don't do money refunds, only store credit. What kinda nonsense is that? And to make things worse, they make you pay for shipping again if you wanna exchange somethin', even if your first order qualified for free shipping. So now I got a $28 credit, but almost $5 of it has to go towards shipping for my new item. It's just plain stupid and lame.
And don't even get me started on how most of the stuff I'm interested in is always sold out or out of stock. How am I supposed to use my credit if they ain't restockin' and givin' me more options? It's like they're just tryna take advantage of trendy styles and pretend to be all cute and fun, but really they're just rippin' you off.
Overall, I ain't too impressed with Dolls Kill. They're just tryna make a quick buck off of their customers and don't really care about providin' good service or quality products. I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone.
Dolls Kill Review: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Unhelpful - Avoid at All Costs!
This shop is the worst I have ever shopped from. I spent $66 on a Halloween outfit for my party in 2017, but it never turned up. I had to buy a last-minute costume on the day. When I contacted customer support, they sent me replies that didn't make sense, and sometimes they didn't reply at all, or it took months to get a response. They didn't even tell me that I would need to pay extra when the item was delivered because I live abroad. And to make matters worse, they don't even give refunds. Instead, they give you awful 'store credit' that never even turned up in my account.
I continued emailing Dolls Kill for the next year, but nothing was done to help me, and none of my complaints were answered. About six months later, I tried once more to ask for a refund, and was told the store credit would be added to my store account. Another few months later, following a series of emails from me asking where the store credit was (which was only replied with answers saying the store credit was there when it just wasn't), I was told that the store credit had been moved into a different account. I then said to the support team that the store credit was in an account that I had never even heard of, let alone owned.
A lovely lady replied saying that she could move the money into my account, so I agreed and said that would be great. Then, however, a few of days after that (over New Year's Day) email, no store credit had entered my account, so I emailed customer support once more. I was told that because my issue was over a year old, they couldn't do anything about it, and they couldn't find my order (which was somehow not their problem?!). They also claimed that I had apparently 'never been promised' store credit, which is a JOKE.
This shop is unbelievably unprofessional, messing me about for over a year, as well as simply taking $66 off me and not bothering to do anything about it, even after an endless amount of my emailing. I have quite a big social media standing, and I will be sure to let everyone know how appalling this 'business' is. I have been patient and understanding so far, but I am absolutely done with the fact that I have emailed time and time again, and nothing has been done to refund me or make amends.
Honestly, just avoid this shop if you live in the UK, and probably anywhere else, too. They are a complete waste of time and money.
Ron was exceptional helping us figure out our plumbing issue! He correctly diagnosed the problem and stayed until it was under control as far as contacting faucet company to help with what to order. We also could not be happier that he arrived same day, in the morning. Took a lot of stress off of us, will call Lanz again.
Ongoing issues that another company did not take care of was taken care of properly, efficiently and immediately by Lanz. On time for appointment, cleaned out the pipes, diagnosed and documented the issue that needs to be repaired within one hour. I highly recommend.

I gotta say, I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but when a company goes above and beyond with their customer service, I gotta give credit where credit is due. And let me tell you, Dolls Kill deserves all the credit in the world! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I totally would.
So here's what happened: I placed an order pretty late at night (because who doesn't love some late night shopping, am I right?) and somehow ended up accidentally buying two of the same item. I didn't even realize it until after I completed the purchase, so I sent an email to Dolls Kill to see if they could help me out.
And let me tell you, their customer service is on point! Kayla, one of their employees, replied to my email in less than 10 minutes (I mean, talk about speedy service!) and went out of her way to help me out. She got my order number and personally checked my shipment to make sure it hadn't been sent out yet. And then she took care of the duplicate item and refunded me. I was seriously blown away by how amazing their customer service was!
It's so rare these days to find a company that actually cares about their customers and takes the time to make them feel valued. But Dolls Kill definitely does that. They made me feel like I was important and not just another customer. And let me tell you, that kind of service is hard to come by these days.
But it's not just their customer service that's amazing. Their quality and sizing is always spot on, and they always have the newest and hippest styles. And their shipping is quick and reliable too!

Dolls Kill Review: Terrible Customer Service, Cultural Insensitivity, and Poor Quality Products
Hey there, peeps! I gotta tell ya, Dolls Kill is not the place to shop if you want good customer service. They are the worst, like, EVER. They won't even give you a return, which is totally bogus because if you bought something and it doesn't fit, it's your fault for being fat. They'll straight up tell you that if you message them about it. And when they do message you back, it's in this super annoying Tumblr-style fashion that makes you wanna rip your hair out. It's like, come on, just talk to me like a normal person!
And don't even get me started on their cultural insensitivity. They make these super sick Indian headdresses and have white models wear them, which is just not cool. And when people call them out on it, they freak out and tell them to chill out. Like, seriously? That's not how you handle criticism. And don't even think about returning anything, because they won't take it back. They'll only give you store credit, which is just a ploy to get you to buy more stuff from their crappy company.
The quality of their products is also super bad. They might look cool for a day or two, but then they fall apart in the wash. And when you try to exchange them, they make you pay for shipping both ways, which is just ridiculous. Even eBay makes sellers issue returns and pay for return shipping, but not Dolls Kill. They think the customer is always wrong, which is just not true.
So, if you want to wear a sick shirt with a middle finger flipping the bird, go ahead and buy it from Dolls Kill. But don't wear it to a rave, because it'll fall apart when you sweat. And don't expect good customer service, because you won't get it. They'll just belittle you and make you feel stupid for even trying to return something. So, I recently made my first purchase on Dolls Kill and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. I spent over $400 on various items and unfortunately, most of them arrived damaged or defective. For example, I ordered a pair of Demonia boots that had scuff marks all over them and pieces missing from the soles. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered me a 30% store credit instead of a refund or discount. I also received a broken mirror and when I asked for a replacement, they promised me a store credit that I never received.
To make matters worse, the customer service representative I was dealing with was extremely unhelpful and even lied to me about issuing a store credit. I had to send multiple screenshots and math equations to prove that I never received the credit, but they still refused to help me. Misleading
I order $300 worth of items, completed my transaction like I’ve done for 100’s of other online retailers. They took my money and I get the confirmation. I live in Nevada. I later receive a notification that I can pick up my items in Los Angeles. Excuse me?!? Why would I drive to another state. This shouldn’t even be an option, let alone a default. I know I did not select “pick up”. I WOULD NEVER select pickup. I ship online so I don’t have to drive to the store. I feel like it was completely misleading. I sent an email. 5-6 days later I hear back and they tell me they can’t “reroute” my items and they will be returned to sender and I will get a credit. Nooooo, I want my items (which are not available in my size anymore or a refund). I seriously have shipped so many retailers and this is the first one that default ships to a pick up location (in ANOTHER STATE at least 3-4 hours away). Stop, this is just shady practice. I never want to shop here again and 5-6 days for customer service is also a joke.

I placed an order from dolls kill on may 27th 2022 for a total of 445.30$. I reached out to them and FedEx. It's been over a month and they still cannot do anything about my order. Every other order they have had to do a store credit because of the crappy shipping coming to Canada. It sucks cause not only is there my daughter's platform runners, but I also save to spend money for my birthday. I'm so frustrated. Still no news and it's July 4th now when my package was to arrive by June 17th 2022.

I returned shoes that were a size too big even though they were my size number. I sent them off now I am not getting email responses, no responses from provided text, and my account is showing no info about items and keeps saying site is under construction. Apparent attempted delivery when 5 people are home all day, no card left
As we are in lockdown, my whole family is home all day and there was an "attempted delivery" but no card was left anywhere on the property. Mailbox was checked last night and this morning. This is what the tracking information stated:

I made an order with doll skill 2 weeks ago for 200 + dollars, my package arrived on Monday and was very disappointed as the clothes fit terribly - too big or too small or short. I submitted a return but found out I had to pay for the big parcel to return to America which is about 20 euros, and then I checked my refund certificate for store credit and it was 40 dollars less than what I should have received - the items seemed to be reduced in price. Hidden import charges not disclosed at purchase
My order stated no shipping or handling fees. I was surprised to get a letter from FedEx for £22. When I asked Dollskill they said simply that it is a charge that is charged on import and has nothing to do with them. What utter rubbish. They said it is in their faqs. This is unacceptable the lack of transparency surely when purchasing an item does not comply with trading laws? All fees should be brought to the customers attention before they agree to the purchase. Please help

Placed an order for 2 halloween costumes, due to poor sizing, as many customers have complained about in the reviews I had to send them back and processed a new order which an advisor kindly helped me to do so using my store credit, I returned the package which cost me £20 and got an email today to say I had to pay £30 more. I paid extra for delivery within 3-5 days - which was on the 14th, which would make this the 8th working day. I went on to see what was happening with my order and still hasn't been dispatched? Keeping in mind my first order took seven days to get here after being dispatched so after spending over £100 to get a halloween costume it looks like it won't be here on time. Not only that I am getting no response from the customer service team when I have sent multiple ranging from annoyed to furious to see what's happening with my order so I can go on to spend more money else where for a costume for my birthday/ halloween party due to poor service and terrible sizing. I have spent the full morning upset as i'm down so much money with no costume and no one replying to me.
Incorrect invoice incurring incorrect customs charges and no delivery after a month
So I placed an order with Dollskill 138 gbp, was delivered by ups pending a 122 GBP customs charge which I paid. Placed another order with Dollskill for 240gbp, when ups tried to deliver they wanted a 187 pounds customs duty charge. I asked to see the invoice and realised that the customs ups fee was so high as Dollskill had made a mistake on the invoice and calculated at more than double actual order value. 612 dollars! I asked the ups driver to redeliver the parcel when I could contact Dollskill to rectify the problem.
Been trying 3 weeks still no rectification. Order was placed a month ago.
After realising the invoice attached to my 240 order was incorrect at 600 thus incurring a huge fee, I decided to check the previous ups invoice.. the one with a 122 ups charge I'd already paid. To my shock the previous order I had placed with a value of 138 had an invoice attached for 388! Another mistake! That's why it incurred the 122 ups charge! Again I've been trying for weeks to get a partial refund on ups charge as if invoice was correct? Charge wouldn't have been so high. Customs charges are determined by order value and both invoices attached to my orders were more than double actual order value 😭 Please note... Ups have not redelivered my order, nor can I seem to get anywhere with Dollskill customer service.
I have the initial reply asking for information but even when I provide all information and evidence requested there is no further reply.
I think I now have around 60/70 saved emails trying to get this sorted to no avail.
Therefore I'm owed around 325 pounds which I can't seem to get back via refund or store credit 🥺🥺 x
The 240 pounds for second order never redelivered and the excess 75ish pounds customs charge I overpaid on initial order.

It's added extra stress really making me feel unwell. Therefore Dollskill have taken my money yet I don't have my order nor do I have a partial refund on overpaid ups charge due to Dollskill mistakes attaching invoices to both orders that were over DOUBLE the actual order value.
I have order numbers and ups invoices as proof and evidence which I have sent to customer service. So even though I can prove it was a mistake with Dollskill invoices I've received nothing.
I can see from reviews this sort of thing is happening Allot with the overcharging in one way or another with lots of other Dollskill customers so is therefore not an isolated incidence.
I honestly feel robbed. In the middle of a covid pandemic, they've taken my money not rectified the problem or reimbursed in anyway, im self employed and am unable to work due to covid restrictions. I really can't afford this. The amount I'm owed is not far off a months rent payment for me 😭😭 xx

Horrible Return Policy
I've never experienced buying clothing where the return policy is only store credit. Because this is such a unusual practice, they should have a big note when doing online orders. During checkout before you confirm the order. This is the decent thing to do. I bought 2 dresses because I was looking for something really specific and we can't really go shopping during Covid and when I returned both (weird fit and designs) I learn now I can't get my money back but I'm obliged to use store credit?! Who does this? This is basically forcing people to spend money when maybe you won't like anything else from the store. I have never had such a horrible experience and I now lost $118. Their clothing are pretty weird and I won't buy anything else from there EVER.
They are refusing to refund six pairs if shoes sent back and a wrong order
I have six pairs of shoes that I sent back because they did not fit and 1 pair was sewn irregular. I ordered a pair of shoes they sent me a suitcase instead. This has been going on 2 months. I continuously send them information. They continuously ignore in. I have an ultimatum. If this is not resolved by MAY 1 2020 I will file a legal case because they choose not to help and act traumatized when asked for a refund.

Ordered from this shop and when my packaged showed up (10 days after ordering!) it had a wrong item and an item that was in poor condition. Patronizing baby speak reaply from their email / nobody picks up the phone. Eventually I ran out of patience and had to file a claim with paypal. They are trying to convince me that to refund on paypal I need to mail the clothing items back and close the dispute.. Huge red flag. Once that dispute is closed, they no longer are obligated to refund me. The company is actively trying to scam people and is a pain to deal with. It's sad the store doesn't realize plenty of other locations sell the same merchandise and that even very very small shops benefit from having great customer service. I would suggest people avoid ordering from their online store.

I ordered a few items for valentines day for my daughter. The system showed that it shipped on 2/7, and I paid priority to have it arrive within 2-3 days. The tracking shows that it never shipped and only a label was created. Customer service was not helpful. I asked for a replacement to be sent via overnight paid by them, it was refused. I was told over the phone that they could give me an immediate refund and reship at my cost, and this afternoon, i'm now told I have to wait until the 18th. On hold for 30 minutes. Emails and chats not answered. I could not even talk to a supervisor or manager, they only send you an email. A lot of lost time and patience. Absolutely ridiculous.

All of the costumer service lines listed are rigged to go straight to a voicemail saying you're busy and then hangs up. At all times that i've tried calling and on both numbers provided. Had a problem with a jumper I ordered, it was falling apart and badly made; unfinished hems, loose threads, holes and pieces falling off every time I moved it!
I contacted customer service and heard nothing. Luckily I paid through paypal so opened a case to which they responded, asking my me to send pictures of the garment to their email, which I did. They then sent a blasé email telling me they could only help if I closed the paypal case, which would leave me with no comeback if they decided to ignore my emails!
I paid $39 for the jumper and have since discovered I can buy the same one from a chinese company for $5! I'm all for businesses making a profit from wholesale items, but this is a blatant rip off!

By far the worst customer service I have ever received.
Firstly, I purchased my order and got the confirmation page which was all fine. The next day I checked my bank account and see that dolls kill had charged me $200 more than the price confirmed that I payed, and then I checked my emails to see 5 additional items in my bag which I did not purchase, as they were not in my bag or on the confirmation page.
Secondly, the parcel is over a month late, when the delivery time is 5-10 business days. It has now been well over double that. The tracking has not moved since a few days after dispatched and I have contacted both dolls kill and dhl multiple times to see where my order is and have not been contacted back. So basically I am down and out $300 with no items to show and no one to respond to me. This is awful considering that dolls kill markets their items at young girls, most of whom I assume are like me, that don't have infinite amounts of money to throw around. I feel absolutely robbed and will never buy from them again. Dolls kill by far the worst experience I have had with online shopping.
I am entitled to both my money back and the items I purchased and am failing to retrieve either. Do yourself a favour and save yourself stress by shopping elsewhere. You can buy most of the brands from other retailers.
Honestly the first time I ordered from dolls kill it was amazing I got the items at a good time they were great quality I mean I’m broke af or I’d order from their more often one of my items had a hole and they refunded me some of the money so I could keep it cause it was an easy fix, I’m only upset cause I got express shipping and my item is 2 days late

Absolutely worthless and useless. Hopeless and terrible.
All of the items I ordered from them were cheap looking, some of them were worth their price, but some were terribly overpriced for no reason.
Good luck in contacting them. I had no luck at all. I tried 4 or 5 times and no one picked up the phone. I don't know what's going on.
