Went to Dolllywood on 12/20/24 to finally use our silver 2024 season passes for me and my son and was told they was worthless because we hit their end of year blackout period. I wasted about $190 on each. I was not made aware of this when i bought them in 2023. We were told we would have to pay like $95 each more for day passes or buy 2025 season passes. What a ripoff. It is a ploy for Dolllywood to sell more gold season passes. They just lost a family of season pass holders for over 25 years!

Claimed loss: $190 each for 2 useless season pass

Desired outcome: Refund my 2 season passes
