Hersheypark: The Ultimate American Amusement Park for Family Fun!
Hersheypark is the bomb! I'm telling you, if you're looking for a fun time with your family, this is the place to be. They've got all sorts of rides and activities that will keep everyone entertained for hours. And the best part? It's a true blue American amusement park, so you know you're in for a good time.
Let me tell you about some of the rides. They've got roller coasters that will make your heart race and your stomach drop. There's the Skyrush, which is one of the fastest and most intense coasters I've ever been on. And if you're looking for something a little tamer, they've got plenty of other options too. The Comet is a classic wooden coaster that's been around for decades, and it's still just as fun as ever.
But it's not just about the rides. Hersheypark has all sorts of other activities too. There's a water park, where you can cool off on a hot day. And if you're looking for something a little more low-key, they've got a zoo and a botanical garden too.
One thing I really appreciate about Hersheypark is how easy it is to plan your visit. You can make reservations online, and they've got all the info you need right there on their website. It's super convenient, and it takes a lot of the stress out of planning a trip.
All in all, I highly recommend Hersheypark. It's a great place to spend a day (or more!) with your family, and there's something for everyone. So what are you waiting for? Get out there and have some fun!
Fun for the Whole Family: A Review of Hersheypark
Hersheypark is a great place to visit if you're looking for a fun day out with the family. The rides have definitely improved over the years, and they still have that same nostalgic feel that I remember from when I was a kid. The music is great, and the rides are a lot of fun. The lines aren't too bad either, which is always a plus.
If you plan on visiting Hersheypark more than once, I highly recommend getting a season pass. It's the same price as a single entry, but it includes parking, which can save you a lot of money in the long run. The food can be a bit expensive, but it's not going to break the bank. There are plenty of options to choose from, so you're sure to find something that you like.
Overall, Hersheypark is a great place to visit if you're looking for a fun day out with the family. The rides are great, the music is fun, and the lines aren't too bad. If you're planning on visiting more than once, be sure to get a season pass to save some money. And don't worry about the food prices, they're not too bad either.
Mixed Experience at Hershey Park: Fun Rides, Cashless Confusion, and Gift Card Woes
Hershey park is a cool place to go, but they try to make you buy gift cards and ecards because they say the park is "cashless". But that's not true for all the vendors, so you can just use your credit card like normal. I bought some gift cards, but then they didn't work when I tried to use them in the park. It was a bummer because I couldn't get a refund or anything. It's already expensive to go to the park, so it's not cool that they try to trick you into buying these gift cards. But other than that, the park is pretty fun. There are a lot of cool rides and stuff to do. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Hersheypark: A Review
I recently reached out to Hersheypark through social media to get my ticket resent to my email as it didn't show up. They were really helpful and recommended that I contact guest services. I called them recently, but I wasn't too happy with the person I spoke to. They were a bit rude over the phone and kept cutting me off. I gave them my order number, which started with 2022, and then the rest of the number, but the lady on the other end screamed "NO" at me. Her manner was really rude and unhelpful. I repeated the same number, but she screamed "No" at me again and said she couldn't help me. I think her name was Sharon, and I called on 7/16/22 at 2:23pm. She seemed really angry from the moment I got on the call with her.
I was really disappointed with the way I was treated, especially since Hersheypark is supposed to be all about a pleasant environment and kindness. I think guest services would have been a better option for me, but I was really unhappy that I got yelled at over the phone and cut off a few times. I'm planning on calling back another day and hopefully I'll get someone nicer to talk to.
Overall, I think Hersheypark is a great place to visit, but my recent experience with their customer service wasn't the best. I hope they can improve their phone etiquette and provide better customer service in the future.
Hersheypark's Customer Service Falls Short: No Refund for Employee Picnic Parking
I recently had an experience with Hersheypark that left me feeling disappointed in their customer service. My husband's company had planned an employee picnic at the park, and although parking wasn't included, we were given a half-off discount, which meant we only had to pay $12.50 for parking. However, a few days before the picnic, our son fell ill with a fever and we were unable to attend. We decided to stay home to monitor our 5-year-old's condition, and even though we tried to bribe him with a trip to Hersheypark, he was too sick to go.
I called customer service to explain the situation and was told that, due to our son's medical condition, we might be eligible for a refund. All I had to do was email Alyssa, the customer service supervisor. However, when I contacted her, she informed me that the parking fee was nonrefundable, which I already knew. I asked if an exception could be made given the circumstances, but she refused. I then asked to speak to a manager, and Cathy, the area manager, responded. Unfortunately, she also refused to provide a refund.
I understand that the parking fee was nonrefundable, but I felt that an exception could have been made given the nature of the event. Refunding $12.50 wouldn't have hurt Hersheypark, and no employee would have lost any money. It was just a digital parking pass, after all. However, Hersheypark insisted on sticking to their policy, and even though they expressed their hope that we would come back to "make sweet memories" another time, I'm not sure why I would want to return after this experience.
It seems like Hersheypark is more concerned with recouping their losses from the pandemic than with providing good customer service. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize their bottom line over their customers, especially during these difficult times. I hope that Hersheypark will reconsider their policies and show more compassion towards their customers in the future.
