I had a BAD experience with this agency. Basically what they do is they match a cleaner with to your house. One cleaner worked a month for me then she said that she has a new work and doesn't want to clean anymore. Another helper showed up once. I trained her, walked to the bus stop. Then she had fallen sick. I understand that so we waited 1 week. The next week she didn't show up, and didn't pick up the phone. So we were 2 weeks without cleaning. I called the owner he didn't reply. Then he called me back in 2 days saying that he also was on a medical leave. I asked for refund as the services we're not provided in a regular manner and the response was NO REFUND POLICY. They just suggest you to calm down and arrange for a new cleaner. DON'T waist your TIME and MONEY.

Exactly similar experience i had with Domestic One. The cleaners broke my window grill and refused to give an explanation. The company person Mr Chong said company is not responsible for damages done by cleaner, any compensation is between client and cleaner. Mr Chong refused to give the cleaner's contact, after repeated phone calls to him, he blocked my mobile phone number. In short, I will not get an explanation nor compensation for the damages at all. The worst is the irresponsible attitude. This guy is definitely not suitable to be in service industry and has no good business ethics.

DOMESTIC ONE Cleaning Company is a totally irresponsible and unreliable company. Charging at $380 for 4 hours, yet giving totally lousy service, I totally regretted wasting the money. The house all remained dusty and not cleaned properly. The cleaners broke my window grill and refused to give an explanation. The company person Mr Chong said company is not responsible for damages done by cleaner, any compensation is between client and cleaner. The best is, Mr Chong refused to give the cleaner's contact, after repeated phone calls to him, he blocked my mobile phone number. In short, I will not get an explanation nor compensation for the damages at all. The worst is the irresponsible attitude. This guy is definitely not suitable to be in service industry and has no good business ethics. Don't wate your money with this company

I have a bad experience as well. Agent called Keith was very responsive initially. After he got the agent fees, the attitude became lousy and unreaponsive. The replacement maid took more than one month to come. I was promised that the part time helper would come but she never turn up twice. Keith did not reply to sms or calls. Would appreciate an apology in the least and a callback to explained what happened. I wasted my leave and time waiting at home. The first helper came and quit before cny week, her excuse given was shes too busy. The replacement maid came but had a leg injury and could not sweep and mop under the bed (?!) and cleaning window would put a strain on her knees and hence she quit same day. would have expect the agency to screen through the helpers first rather than waste our time training. Also, the helper call me up directly instead of through the agent (i have bever met this helper yet). She told me that the agent had ask her to contact me directly as the agent was not free. Isnt this an agent job? You can engage this company but do not look for keith if you cannot tolerate such behaviour.

Awful Experience! They took $258 up front and provided one maid who was paid an additional $80 and did a terrible job, and another who no-showed twice and claimed she was double-booked by her boss. When I asked for a reasonable refund and said I would report them the owner became loud and obnoxious over the phone. Avoid this "company."

Terrible service.Requested for cleaning of my unit before returning to owner which DomesticOne described as "handover cleaning" for which I was charged $150 for 4 hours of a single maid doing insufficient cleaning with the floors and fridge yet dirty after she left.

Maid said she was not informed of such a thing as "handover cleaning".

Owner refused to rectify the issue and ended up putting the phone down on me and shouting at me.Singapore government should be cognizant of fraud and shut them down.

I had same experience. Many maids, many that disappear after one time. Turns out the maid doesn’t have to pay the company a fee from their end if they only work 1-time. So many maids work only 1 time so they get the full 4 hour fees.
DomesticOne also didn’t convey to the maid that I want only that same regular timeslot every week. So maid always do one time and say they have another client or are unavailable the next time

I am also employing their services and they are terrible. It's a pity that I come across this review page so late. Blast those online reviewers who gave DomesticOne such good ratings. I wonder if these reviewers are being paid to do this.
I am currently on my third week of twice-a-week session and will be getting my third replacement helper...obviously the agency does not train them or do any QC.
1. My first helper - was quite slipshod in her work, extremely bad ironing skills such that the clothes remain wrinkled after ironing. Showed attitude problem when my wife tried to teach her how to iron the clothes up to standard. Before engaging the agency, I had already told the supervisor, Mr Chong, that ironing would be my main need.
2. Second helper was actually quite good in her work but unfortunately they cannot allocate her to my place permanently. She also somewhat displayed the "I-know-what-to-do, you-don't-tell-me-how-to-do attitude".
3. Third helper was the worst even though Mr Chong reassured me that he will match someone who is good in ironing clothes to me. She took 3.5hrs to iron the same amount of clothes when other helpers usually take around 2 to 2.5hrs. She couldn't even iron a pair of jeans.
4. Now I am still waiting for my fourth (third replacement) helper, who is late for 40 minutes and not here yet.

Domestic one really is lousy service and the person in charge we Always heard Mr Chong and keith actually is same person trying to act like few person. Lousy service lousy company. They hire ppl for google 5star reviews. Too fake.

From my personal experience over a year, the maids lack commitment and so does the company. The maids only show up when they feel like it. And that’s only like 2/3 of the time. The company is unresponsive and the replacement guarantee is a joke, with one unreliable maid being substituted for another unreliable one.

Horrible company and owner. Full of lies and convenient excuses from this chong. Wrong just admit honestly, still so loud and rude. Pity his dad who build this company and left it in his lousy management. Waste my money waste my time. And you who are reading this, you are welcome. This company cannot make it.

Avoid this scam business. Asked you to pay deposit but never keen in arranging a maid for you. The owner never really serious in reply you and anyhow arrange a part time maid with no experience. My past experience is so bad that I don’t even engage anymore and waste my deposit. Beware!
