I got a pizza here a month and a half ago and it was just as dry as a bone. The bread was phenomenal but the pizza had been cooked prior it took them over an hour to get my order ready and when I tried to call him back that night over and over and over I could not get a hold of them about my pizza. Then last week I ordered from the other Domino's on the other side of town and they just didn't bring my order at all. They simply went back to the store and the next day my friend said they credited the card. I asked her tonight for a picture of it because I have put the complaints into Domino's their customer support team knows they simply don't get back to you other than to tell you did you contact the store and we'll look into your complaint and will be in touch and then they just never get in touch. I've never had anybody call me or ask me if I wanted my food replaced or that they're sorry they didn't bring food that night. I've never gotten a phone call at all and it's impossible to reach the stores by phone I had transportation you can bet I would drive down there but I don't and again it just tells you the wireless call or calling is not available and you cannot leave them a note online. It's too late for them to call and verify the address they should have done that that night but it's not too late for them to replace the food and not on the other Pizza either you know it's not fair to people and then Domino's won't even bother to address your complaint. I'm putting the cost of the food I got I'm not putting the cost that was on the credit card but my friend ordered because I don't have a picture of it yet
