On Monday, April 22, 2024, I purchased a pizza from Domino's Pizza, located at 12201Peters Creek Parkway 27127 in Winston Salem, NC, the pizza was uneatable due to three or 4 layers of thick cheese. I called to advise the manager that I would be returning the pizza because of the cheese. I told him that the pizza maker had made a mistake because I had not ordered extra-extra-extra-extra cheese. Instead of saying oh sorry about that, just bring it back for a replacement, he instead said "we don't do replacements". I thought he was joking but, after speaking with him for a few minutes, I realized that due to his buyer beware mentality, I would not receive a replacement pizza or refund. I am still in possession of the pizza, and I am waiting for a replacement pizza or a refund. I completed the Domino's complaint form which suggested a quick reply, but I only received a cursory response that advised that the franchisee would contact me to satisfy my complaint. I have not yet received such a response. I made a good faith purchase but, in effect, received nothing of value.
