To Whom It May Concern:
While this might be a convenient way to deliver magazines and catalogs it is not if when I retrieve my magazines they cannot be read. Recently I came home to find my Bon Appetit magazine sopping wet and completely illegible. I would like to receive another copy of this magazine. My address is 276 Highland Road, South Orange, NJ 07079.

Found a GQ magazine (which we never even ordered) thrown on to one of our new small shrubs out front. NO THANK YOU FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. At least when it is put into our mailbox, our plants are not destroyed... Do not know who you are or why it was decided that doorfrontdirect would deliver this magzine but PLEASE STOP! The shrubs are obviously NOT on oour front porch but along the sidewalk leading up to the front porch so you do not ever deliver to the front door.

My mailbox is on my front porch, and I would love to have my magazine delivered to my mailbox. You left my bon appétit magazine at the end of the driveway in a puddle, the magazine is soaked regardless of the thick plastic coating. I am not impressed with your friend Direct I like everything in my mailbox on my porch which is dry. I didn't get my last bon appétit magazine and now I can't even open the one I have. My mailbox is on my front porch, and I would love to have my magazine delivered to my mailbox. Last month the magazine was delivered to my driveway while we were having rain.
This month it was on my driveway apron.
We do not have curbside mailboxes.
Last month I complained and they sad they were giving us back to the Post Office. I guess the didn't.
The magazine in my driveway signals everyone we are not home. Please do not ask me to suspend delivery.
1. This carrier also deliveries newspaper even when we have a suspension.
2. I do not know when the magazine is due.
3.just do what you say or deliver into the mail slot on the front door.
4. Many times we do not have time for a suspension request.

I have unsubscribed to your delivery service. Respectfully FYI, your driver in this area is NOT delivering the product.

I live in Texas, where the sun is HOT. My magazines are thrown on my grass, if I don't see them within the first 15 minutes, you've cooked my lawn. I want my magazines put in my mailbox. If you can't comply, stop delivering them. This is the 2nd time I've made the same compliant. The magazines aren't anywhere near my door. Their being thrown 20 feet away. It might not seem like much to you but, I'm a senior citizen that takes pride in her lawn.eighter stops throwing them or stop delivering them.

When I found my magazine by the front door, it was completely soaked in rain. I was unable to open the pages because the water had seeped into the plastic bag. Since it's rainy season in Southwest Florida, rain storms can be expected at this time of year. Placement of Magazines
I've repeatedly requested to Tampa Bay Times for the magazines delivered to my home from Hearst Publications to be placed in my mailbox.
Since my request, they've repeatedly thrown the magazines on my driveway, at times soaked because of the amount of rain.
What do I have to do and who SPECIFICALLY do I need to speak to at Tampa Bay Times which distributes for Doorfront Direct to ensure my placement request is honored?

On 8/15/19 at 10:12:44 AM my Oprah magazine was tossed from a moving mini van onto the sidewalk in front of my house. It has been raining for weeks. The wet magazine is not able to be used. Dropping the magazine on the wet ground is not a convenience.
The magazine in the plastic wrap is soaked, destroyed and useless. Please replace with a dry and readable magazine or cancel the subscription.
This happened to me as well. USPS kept my magazines dry in my mailbox until I retrieved them on my schedule.
My Oprah magazine was thrown on the ground, next to my mail box. The sprinklers were on so needless to say, the magazine was ruined. Why this service is called 'Door Front, is beyond me. My door is NOT out at the street next to my mail box. It is at the front of my house. I do NOT want this service again, and I certainly did NOT ask for it in the first place. Very poor service!

Magazine delivery today thrown on the driveway and it has been storming all day and for days also. So the magazine is all wet and is soaked through the plastic cover too...
It is going to be raining and if you tried to deliver a replacement the same thing will happen.
I don't think it was very smart to even try to deliver it in this weather.

I have not received any magazine at all since i paid for my subscription june 4, 2019 and now is August 14; i called so many times to custmer service and they just extend my subscription and gave me different dates that i supposed to receive the magazine andI am still waiting! They have the worst customer service ever; they lie and they pretend are helping, but they do nothing for you! I just cant understand what is the problem if they have the correct address and is paid already! They got my money the same day! It is so unfair; I would cancel my subscription but i dont know if I am really going to get my money back!

This service does not deliver to my door...my issues end up on the street in front of my gate where they either can get wet from the rain or be ripped off. But my biggest beef is that I have not received any issues of my Harper's Bazaar since March and it is now August! I contacted Harpers and they told me to file a complaint to Door Front Direct. Looks like I am not the only person this is happening to. Who thought of this stupid idea? Put my magazines in the mailbox where they belong!

I can literally stand in my house and reach my mailbox. Yesterday I received my Elle Decor magazine at the end of my porch. Had it snowed or rained it would have been ruined. After some research I see the the folks that deliver the Denver Post also deliver this service. Which is even more disappointing as at least once a week my neighbor's Denver Post subscription is on my porch/yard/sidewalk. Who knows where my magazine's will end up. ED get your money back or do a little research before hiring a service that is not a convenience to your customers.

I did not ask for doorfront direct service! All of my magazine subscriptions have arrived soaking wet. It rains everyday in Florida! My books are thrown on my front walk and did not survive the rain. I have phoned this company last week as two magazines arrived wet. Today my House Beautiful was here but not readable!

I have not received my food network magazine this month it has been on the news stand for about a week already this is only the second month of this so called service . I go to my mail box daily any way, never asked for this service I don't use my front door . Wonder where it is and how will it be delivered in winter. I don't believe I have to have a minimum number of words to lodge a complaint this whole idea is crazy. All other news papers in the area delivered by mail

This service claims it is easier so customers don't have to walk out to their mailbox. My mailbox is right at my door and so my magazine is now delivered on my yard, my driveway, or even on the sidewalk down the street from my home. In this particular instance it was delivered on my grass, in the rain, and is completely ruined. The front and back cover of the magazine are soaked, the pages are wrinkled and tearing and the spike is completely coming apart. This is unacceptable for a service I pay for. Additionally I went and collected the magazine as soon as I realized it had been delivered (early AM). I can't imagine the state it had been in if it had sat in the yard all day, whereas if it had gotten in my mailbox it would have been completely undamaged.

I'm very unhappy with your service. I haven't been receiving my magazines from Elle or Harpers Bazaar each month like I'm supposed to. Some months they're in front of my door and other months they're not. I would like to cancel and start receiving them in my mailbox again. I was receiving them in my mailbox each month. I'm not receiving them at my front door, either they are not being delivered or someone is taking my magazines. It is not fair because I paid for a two year subscription for Elle magazine and Harper's Bazaar magazine. I should get what I paid for each month.

8/6/2019 Who's bright idea was this? I pay for my magazine subscriptions and expect them to be delivered to my mailbox, not my driveway that is next to the mailbox! My magazine was wet because it had rained while I was at work. This is not a good idea at all. I pay good money for my magazines, I don't want them thrown in my driveway while the free local magazines and advertisements are placed in my mailbox? There's something wrong here! I don't like this nor do I appreciate the lack of respect for paying customers!

Like many of the reviews I have read here, I too have been a "victim" of very, very poor delivery service. Up until today my magazines were delivered by my very consiencious mailman (he is a man, by the way)
My magazines were delivered very early today, or very late last night. When my husband went to get the paper this morning he found the magazines in front of my vehicle, in the driveway.
Having my magazines delivered to my driveway, not the doorfront as advertised, is a huge problem in Florida. It rains at all different times here, and it rained last night/early this AM. Needless to say the magazines were soaked by the rain and ruined. I am not in the habit of paying good money for worthless merchandise. I will be contacting the magazine companies and cancelling my subscription if they feel this an appropriate way to treat their customers

I started receiving one of my magazines by Doorfront Direct about 6 months ago. I never asked for the service and have never been given the option to discontinue the service. Never once was my magazine left on my doorstep. Instead they have been left in my driveway or on the ground next to my mailbox. My magazines have been ruined by the sprinklers and by rain. I do not understand how this makes receiving my magazines easier. In fact, it has only been more complicated as my magazines are left on the ground and are now ruined.
