This company, Dorfman Property Management, has terrible customer service
This company, Dorfman Property Management, has terrible customer service. They don't communicate well and give you the runaround. When I was there, the roof caved in and it took them over 6 weeks to fix it. The plumbing also kept backing up and it took them over 2 months just to send someone out to give an estimate and an additional month and a half to fix it. This all happened during a heat wave and in the middle of COVID-19. They didn't seem to care about anyone's well-being. I paid my rent on time and even overpaid, but when I asked for a printout of my rental history, the customer service was rude and disrespectful. It's sad that people are treated like this. I hope they change their ways, especially during this crisis. The world needs more compassion.

I had two water leaks in my house and garage, and when I called Dorfman Property Management & Sales, they said it wasn't an emergency. I couldn't have anyone in my house because of COVID-19, but I had my 4-year-old cousin with my aunt there. The water leaking was raw sewage, and they haven't come back to evaluate the damages or clean up the sewage since they fixed the toilet.

I rented a house from Dorfman Property Management for 8 years. On 1/22, I gave them my 30 notice and they told me I still had to pay rent for that month. I paid it, but they said I would get my deposit back, which I didn't. I didn't ask about it because I was taking care of a special needs child that took all my time. After she passed, I realized I never got my deposit back.
