I recently bought a carton of cigarette from our local store. I was smoking on a pack & when I got down to the last cigarette, it had electrical tape on it near the filter end..there was also a small slit in between both ends of the tape. I feel like this pack was tampered with, even though it was completely sealed when I first opened it. I have the cigarette & the pack it was in. I can send pictures if need be. What should I do & how should I go about investigating this? I am very concerned. Thank you, Cindi Townsend

I bought a carton of your filtered cigars and so far the cigars have a pin hole in every one and so far its been 5 packs please contact me on this matter [protected]

in the last month we have bought 4 cartons of the 305filtered cigars in the gold pack. every pack i open has holes in it i have had to throw away atleast 6 packs in the trash because of this just yesterday the pack i opened had 8 of them with the hole in them .we spend alot of money on these and ithink we deserve a good product.you need to take more care in preparing your cigars as in this time it is expensive enough as it is for tobacco users.we like the flavor of the cigars but again with due respect we deserve a product with no problems please address this problem .i live in tampa fla .please respond via email to this problem or call me at [protected].ty

After 7 years of smoking 305 Blue kings...I'm looking for another brand. Dorsal has completely lost control of their QA. Either the flip top box fails to open or the filters fall off at random. At one point I had to use a razor knife to cut out the bottom of a new pack and transfer the contents to an old pack. Recently found one with 2 wrappers on the filter. Nice blend for me but it's time to move on.

Hi im srry i have been googling my ? N nothing comes even close to an answer! ... maybe u can help me since uv been smoking this brand so long what category of strength do these blue kings fall into? Are they lights? Or ultra lights? Or something else?, .. if u possibly kno any information on them it would be greatly appreciated! ;-) thank u!

I have meen smoking your product in the "305's Menthol 100's" for a few years now. I have been very disappointed in the amount of tobacco in each cigarette. Each cigarette is so loosly packed that they burn up so quickly I barely get any use of one. I have recently been hitting each pack upside down for several minutes and then I take the eraser end of a pencil to pack it even further. Even though this helps a slight amount, it is still loose and I am losing at least 10 lines on each cigarette. I enjoy your product very much but don't feel I should have to do this every time I want to enjoy a cigarette! I don't want to have to go to another brand that is more expensive but I will if I have to, because I'm losing alot of tobacco in your product anyways, so in the end I feel it may equal out. Bought a carton of 305 menthol 100s yesterday opened first pack and thought I broke the cigg because of the low draw numerous cigg later same thing another pack same result another pack same thing checked to see if I had somehow bought a light/ultra light brand nope just regular menthol 100s after closer examination I found that the filters were not sealed correctly. The numbers on the bar code are0921540212 I tried to return remainING product at store but was denied and told to contact company please respond to this issue. Been smoking for years love 305 's ...full flavored and lights however we just bought a pack smoked half and the 11Th one started to whistle at me I took 3more drags it continued I laughed but put it out this is crazy could you please explain why this happened do I need to be concered or worried ...next pack ill buy Marlboro ...[protected] shelley jones 102 yale ave frostproof fl 33843 ty

Found pinholes in last 4 packs of cigs!
Unhappy smoker! Too much money spent on these to have holes and tobacco in the seams!

I have been smoking your 305 cigarettes for years. I have had problems in the past and did not contact you. However, I am very upset that this is happening again. The last carton I purchased tasted stale and very hard to smoke. I noticed then there were pinholes in the cigarettes. I purchased them at Walgreens in Ft. Myers. They have a number on the pack, if this will help you investigate this. I am very nervous about this. On the side it reads TP FL 762 on bottom 0121D2 and the sticker reads 92834. 16171. I hope you can let me know why this is happening. I do not want to change brands because for the most part they have a nice smooth flavor. I've been using 305 blue 100s, and had no complaints until my last two cartons. They are not assembled right. Pull one out, and you get filter only. Pull another out, and it won't pull because filter is not tight, and all the smoke is coming from around the filter. Quality control needs to step up. More than fifty are defective from one carton, and this is two cartons now.

I have only been smoking the 305 for about a year and mainly buy the blue 100. I always buy by the carton. In every carton there are at least 5 or 6 cigarrettes in each pack that break away from the filter before they are half smoked. Needless to say since the company doesn't seem to care about quality and customer complaints I will be going back to Winston which I smoked for years and never had a problem with and always got good feedback from. I just opened a new pack of 305 and the first one out of the pack broke at the filter after not even being 1/4 smoked! I have had enough of tossing out more cigarrettes in packs and will never buy them again. POOR QUALITY! I feel the company doesn't care at all because of how cheap they can offer them. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price, cheap quality.

I was smoking 305 Full Flavor cigarette the lit tip just fell off into my lap causing my pajamas to burn if I hadn't reacted fast my leglegs would of been burnt too. I took pictures of the burnt hole in pajamas. The entire ordeal is very unsettling and very well may cause permanent damage or loss of life. I hope your company fixes this issue soon

Recieved a pack in carton, was torn apart yet sealed. Horrible condition. Missing cigarettes. I'm shocked, took photographs. Is bent, inside unsealed, outside sealed. Whole in seal near where the bent cardboard is coming out of plastic. As I said I was utterly shocked seeing this. Still have a minimum of 30 characters left sooooo ...

They suck now that they sold to another supplier cheep [censored] they taste diff filters are not the same last half as long ,they suck.put them back like they were. I buy them in grand saline Exxon.texas75140 they taste like dam supprems. No good y'all suck cheep [censored]

Ive been smoking full flavor 100s for many years now I live in plantation Fl anf every srore in the area is out of them Why? The seminoles have plenty of cartons of them but why dont the stores have them Please let me know if there will be deliveries in this area so if not I will change brands Thank you Imus@aol.com

I have been smoking these for several years with no package problems un til this year. Most of the packs will not open properly without tearing one or both sides of the package which is very annoying to not be able to close the fliptop.
