I placed a trial order with this company, the same time I placed an order with two other sites. The order coming from across country arrived before I even received a response to my email from dreamland! It took 7 days before I even received an email from them in response to my request for status on the order. And the email I received was to inform me that one of the items on my order was out of stock! The order finally arrived 7 days later. 14 days to receive my order. By the way, I am in a neighboring state. Yes, you heard right. Calling them on phone was a nightmare. It took forever to get a live person, and each person I spoke to sounded like they were reading a script and none could tell me whether my order had left, or what the status was. They claimed that it takes 2-5 days for shipping. And supposedly that meant 2-5 days before goods are prepared for shipping. Bs!

To add insult to injury, I used a promo code for free shipping and still got charged for shipping! I kept emailing them to clarify and was just given excuses about the order with the missing item was too small to qualify for the promo code when there was no stipulation about order size when I received the promo code.

Will never buy from them again!

I bought a purple and blue heart shaped ring from Dreamland and have not had any problems with it. Normally i cannot wear sterling silver because it will tarnish on me. But I have not had any problems with it turning on me. I have been looking for a ring that I can wear as my mothers ring and I am proud to say that I wear it all the time and hardly ever take it off. It was suppose to arrive in 7-10 days and it arrived in 10. I was really happy with the product when I received it and I intend to order more from them! Thank you so much Dreamland!

I have bought from dreamland so many times. I have never had a problem with ordering, shipping, quality or price. Anyone who orders online needs to realize that things happen. I receive emails from them all of the time. If I ask a question, I get an answer. Also remember some people want what they want and when they want it. Some people even complain and give bad feedback so the company will give them a portion of their purchase back to satisfy them. There is not one company in the whole world that someone has not complained about. People need to make decisions on their own or realize some of the above comments are nothing but temper tantrums. These people should have purchased at a local store paid 3 to 4 times more plus tax so when they took the piece home and put it on, they could take it back the next day and complain in person. That would probably give them what they need. You can't go wrong buying from this company. If you are not happy and don't like it return it. I get so many compliments on the pieces I have purchased. I buy a lot of jewelry. This company really does have the best prices.

I spent over $350 on a necklace, 2 anklets and 3 toe rings. The more expensive anklet has broken twice in 2 different spots. Their quality has gone way down from 3 yrs ago

I do not expect to be entertained by a customer service person over the phone. I get the information that I need and that is it. Shipping is something that keeps me guessing too. I know that the USPS ships to different cities and then back to the city where the item is mailed to. When using a promo code you have to read the fine print. There are limits when you get something free. All chains break. Silver is very malleable which means it is soft. Gold of
all cartilages can break. Jewelry is not meant to wear 24/7 and when handling any piece of jewelry you have to have a light touch. To clean silver or stop it from oxidizing you can seal the piece in a zip lock baggie. If you use
toothpaste and a toothbrush on your jewelry you will scratch it. Pick up a jewelry polishing cloth at Walmart or
K-mart. All companies that ship products to their customers have to purchase their stock from their dealer. Sometimes the dealer is out of stock. I have been self-employed my entire adult life and sometimes there is just no pleasing a customer. I have even had to ask customers to please not come back. I make jewelry as a hobby.

I have found baking soda work very well wet it with warm water into a paste and removes the tarnish wouldn't advise it on opals or mother of pearl as both are soft and can be scratched by the baking soda lightly run the silver through the baking soda paste. You will see the baking soda discolor then rinse with warm water and dry with a microfiber cloth

I will let them know that I won't buy from them. I was looking at a few rings and really liked these but why would I want to take that chance of paying for something I want and not getting it. So thank you for posting and now I will go to another site and find the rings I want there. Also now when I'm online Dreamland Jewelry advertisements always are popping up on the page. I don't like companies that are pushy. Thanks again!

i ordered a 24 in chain and received within a week a 20 inch chain, ok I call the customer service and instead of going through all the BS, I told the guy on phone that I would keep the 20 inch and take a refund for the difference. Same day the refund went to my paypal account, , , wow I was impressed and then the chain fell off my neck . The chain is broken right at the clasp and is not fixable. SO poor quality of jewelry and I learned that I wasted my money. Cutomer service was pretty good but I am very disappointed in this comapny. Don't waste your money !

I had excellent customer service. I made an error in my order, and they rectified it and credited my account immediately. I am very happy with the service of this company, and you certainly can't beat the prices. The promo codes for free shipping are typically for orders over $30.00, so if you only ordered one item, you may not have qualified for the free shipping.

I have been with Dreamland for 4 Months now, when I place an order there is an address right on the order form so your able to check the status of your order. The Jewelry is beautiful. I live in Maine, very far from where they are located and never once has my order been late to arrive...I would have to disagree with some folk. .The prices are excellent! Some people I think are just complainers...things happen everywhere to everyone every so often. I have called in orders and found every person so far to be very nice and helpful.

I have started buying jewelry from dreamland and at first was very satisfied, then I placed my second order and boy was I disappointed. I bought another 3m silver wedding band because I liked the first one, wow was I upset when new one came the wrong size, even though it was marked size 8, and it turned dull almost instantly. The other ring was a silver (engagement ring ) and the stones started falling out instantly. The other rings are not true to size and I will never buy from this company or recommend it to anyone. I purchased a ring and it took them a month to get it to me ...and that was only after I told them I would send a report to the BBB! Purchase at your own risk!

I have purchased from Dreamland Jewelry multiple times. I am more than happy with the company. The qualtity for the price is outstanding. I have not had to deal with customer serive there as I've had no issues. I can't agree or disagree with that part but ill say this...the prices and quality are so good that even if yhey screwed up every other order, I'd still buy from them.

I order a lot of stuff from a company kind of like what others are describing this Dreamland Jewelry to be like. However, it takes about 2 weeks or so to get my orders. I still cannot figure that one out since they are not even that far away. It seems like the items that they ship have to go around the entire world before they get to me for some crazy reason. However, they sell very good stuff, and I have always been happy with their products. The only downside is that it takes a while to get anything done if you have any issues, which I have only had two, Thank Goodness... They have never ripped me off and always credit my account the few times that I have had to send something back due to the fit. They do have live customer service and you will speak to someone immediately when you call them, and get refunds immediately to your account. Anything else, takes about 2-3 weeks. Here is the question here... Are their products worth going through the pain of the wait time? If you have ever been ripped off by a company, or think that there is something shady about it? Do not purchase from them. I ALWAYS read the review for these small companies first because they are known for being shady. Some are, some aren't. I do believe that you get what you pay for. If it looks to good to be true, it likely is.

Lea Ellis... I think what you said was exactly what I was trying to say in my first comment. Haha. I will purchase from a company that has good products. If I have a few issues with them here and there, I will still continue to purchase from them due to their prices if I like the merchandise that they sell a lot, and I feel that I am getting a great deal. For some reason, I can also look past the way people act in order to get a good deal. Now, if they rip me off, continuously send me the incorrect items and things like that, that is an issue for me. I will wait a month for a good deal on something that I really like any day of the week though. The company that I had mentioned on my first review that I like really well has never sent me the wrong item or anything like that. They are very good. It just seems like it takes forever to get your stuff, but you will get "everything" that you did order. It is always packed very well too. You are just going to have a 2 to 3 week wait is all. I find the best deals on the nicest things that I have sometimes never seen before at times. It is well worth the wait for me anyhow.

They are the best place I've ever purchased from. I also had a necklace break but had no problem getting it replaced. I would highly recommend them as a matter of fact I have to family and friends.

I love the puzzle ring I ordered from them, but the directions do not match the ring! Directions have color coded bands and labeled V1 and V2, B1 and B2, but the ring bands themselves have no labels. What can I do? I would like to request a new ring w/o cost to me, and just not take it apart until they can provide me with the correct, understandable directions. I had one just like this years aND I COULD WORK IT FINE.,

I've been using dreamland for a few years now and I've only had 2 problems with them 1 was over an ankle bracelet that was a few years ago & the other problem I've had was with my last order I ordered the forever love ring but received something completely different . Other than that I have ordered quite a few rings and chains {the box is my favorite} you just can't beat the quality for the price. I have gotten several rings for friends and they love them also. I just want I ordered this time fixed. I am sure that they will they always have done right by me . Susan H.

i ordered and ring from dreamland i have yet to see the ring this company is probably like the things that come from china /sammys and rose wholesale not the item pictured broken chains /stones out/ chunks out of some items when it is really cheap it is too good to be true i took the matter up with paypal and my bank pnc this did no good as soon as i can pnc will no longer be my bank i will fix these 3 companies by writing bad reviews and i will think of some way to get paypal i think the best tning is to never order again and these companies will never have the chance to rip you off again 251-660=4431

Two rings purchased and both rigs stones fell out. One after about a month and the other on the first day wearing. Customer service said they would contact me with return info and have yet to be able to get any answers and it's been two months. Love the look of the jewelry but not made to last unfortunately.

I've been buying from this company for many year. I have never experienced any problems with the shipping. I have always recieved my products on time and the rings I bought were in great condition. I make jewelry also and the chains and beads that I have purchased are of good quality and they don't tarnish either. No complaints from me. I love this company's products...:-)

I have several pieces of jewelry from this company. Rings that I wear everyday with no tarnishing or peeling. Pendants with stones still intact after months. I've given as gifts and never had any complaints from the receiver of my gifts. I have probably spent $100's of dollars on their site (which is saying alot) with no complaints. The only bad thing, which really isn't so bad, is they are slow with their shipping. But I just chalk that up to them being very successful! They will continue to get my business. I think their products are great for the price, and all are marked with the "925" stamp for sterling.

I've ordered over 50 items from this company and have never once had an issue with the shipping or customer service. Of all the rings I've ordered, I only had one eventually "flaw" but it was because my daughter slipped on a mountain and caught it on a rock, so it bent. I wear them daily (over months and even years) and for them most part, they tend to sparkle like new.

I have place 3 separate orders form dreamland jewelry and each item was beautiful and I received each order with in 5 days of ordering except 1 order because I paid by check through PayPal which can take up to 5 extra days so to make sure the check cleared.

I haven't had any issues with dreamland. When I wear cheap rings my fingers always turn green but I never have that issue with dreamland. True the items don't get delivered overnight with standard shipping but why would you expect them to? They have nice product which has stood the test of time and daily wear.

I have never had a problem with them. I received at least 4 or 5 promotional items, all I had to do was pay $5.00 shipping. The jewelry is beautiful, a little small, but definitely worth $5.00. Give this company a try. You will not be disappointed.

I have always received all my jewlery fast in the mail, everything I bought was great except for ring the band was bending too easy & was going to break so I took the ring to my jewlery store & had them make a pendant out of the ring..
IT came out great!
"I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ON THIS COMPANY" whatsiever.
