If I could give DU zero stars, I would!
Their service is absolutely TERRIBLE, and they have no respect for their customers. I have been trying to contact customer support for days, and there is NEVER an answer. It’s like they don’t care once they have your money!
They fraudulently trap people with overpriced services and outrageous cancellation fees. They promise quality, but their service is unreliable, full of interruptions, and nothing like what they advertise. Customers are forced to cancel because of their terrible performance, and then they make you pay HUGE amounts just to end a service that was garbage from the start!
This is the WORST telecom provider I have ever dealt with. They take advantage of customers with no accountability. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and money — AVOID DU at all costs!
Reach out to DU once more clearly specifying the request to cancel ab initio and to refund the payment for the service never rendered. If you get no response again please address a written complaint to your local consumer protection authority. If necessary challenge their cancellation policies, the fees and so on in a court of law. Ensure that all communications are documented.
