Dear Concerning Authorities,
Before I go to complain TRA, I need to inform you the matter and would expect to resolve it.
I was thinking to go for litigation and media campaign since I was not satisfied from the behaviour and service of your company.
I am one of your old customers using Du products for more than 8 years.
I applied the wireless home service with account number (1.[protected]) on 13-03-2023 and requested to stop the service on 18-03-2023 at 1:47 PM because of the relocation.
The agent from Du ensured me on [protected] that process of deactivation has started and within two months of billing cycle it would be viewed off. After then another story was told to me on 20-03-2023 which I refused.
Since then the service had been started to be charged which is not my fault.
Due to this issue, I have already gone to the hospital.
I have evidences of recording and can present to the TRA and your manager.
Now please look into the matter and waive off the charges.
