1.01.20 approximately at 23:30 I have been shopping in Duty Free in DXB, terminal 3, concourse A. For more than 30 min there were no staff present near Victoria Secret stand. I approached few consultants to help me with an item I was interested in but everybody said I had to wait for Victoria secret consultant. I called a supervisor whose name is Nisha and instead of checking the system she simply told me the backpack I am interested in is not available. I find it absolutely unacceptable and really hope it is not her typical way of assisting customers. Finally, the lady called Elektina from another section checked the system and brought for me an item I wanted. I really appreciate her help. However, such an unprofessional service from the supervisor Nisha and an absence of the staff was really disappointing. I am an airport staff and shopping in Duty free regularly. I hope it was the first and the last bad experience I had and the action will be taken.
