It was Friday, March 14, 25 @ 2:50 pm, PST. I called your customer service number for assistance on my return or exchange. The representatives were not helpful, they would transfer me elsewhere, or hang up on me, all because I didn't want the 100 rewards card. I couldn't return or exchange my item sooner. I had surgery in February and it took time to recover. I just returned to work on March 10th. I hope someone can help me with this matter. I love this brand.
