My experience at Flight Club was amazing. I ordered a pair of Nike Vapor Max 2021 in a size ten and they shipped in seven business days. I was quickly concerned because reviews on the site said that shoes didn't come in time, their shoes were fake, or their shoes came used. I became even more concerned when I saw that my shoes were coming from China. When my shoes came though, they were completely legit, perfect condition, and the shoes came incredibly fast. I highly recommend buying shoes from Flight Club.
Best place to order authentic sneakers
This is the only place me and my boyfriend will order good sneakers from. It is the best place to get shoes that are hard to find or not being sold on their original websites like Nike. When we first tried ordering from here we were a little skeptical about some reviews it had even though most were good, but now, we have been ordering here for the past 3 years and we have not had one issue. It also has a walk in store that I went into traveling to New York. I would recommend Flight Club if you wanted to order hard to find shoes.

On Sunday feb 13th at 8pm pacific time, i ordered a pair of sneakers from Flight Club online. I read the reviews online after ordering and got concerned about my order- I emailed the company and they responded back every time quickly with the emails. They reassured me my shipment will be perfect when i received it- I just received my shoes today, Feb 18th. They are brand new shoes, and authentic. It only took 5 days from the date I ordered it to get to me- So never believe some reviews you see- there is nothing wrong with the shoes or company- Five star service- will recommend to others

Was so scared after reading reviews online (my husband ordered shoes from this site without my knowledge) I immediately went and read ALL these reviews?. I was expecting the worst! My husband said "wait", remember, worst reviews are always first to go up and boy was he right! We got my daughters shoes in, and they were AWESOME. We loved them so much we ordered another pair for my son, and those were just as great as the first. I don't normally leave reviews, but I thought, this poor website bashes hard?. Good reviews are most often forgotten, but they did not disappoint, on two separate occasions.

I ordered my Nikes two days ago and yes they came from Hong Kong (Nike shoes are made in China and Vietnam), but they were at my house in Atlanta in two days. I'm not a sneaker expert, but these shoes have a lot of subtle attributes like a composite sole made from recycled rubber, tags sewn into the side, and a sherpa interior, and it is all 100% accurate. I used a damp cloth to see if the colors would run and they were stable. Stitching is perfect. I'm sorry so many people have had a bad experience, but I thought it was worth posting this so that people could see that Flight Club delivered as promised.

I don't usually buy from resellers but I really wanted the reimagineds and didn't hit on release date. I've read and heard mixed reviews about flight club but like I said a wanted these shoes so I went out on a limb and made my order. From the order to the processing to the shipping to the delivery flight club kept me informed and I had no problems at all. I got my shoes in about 2 weeks from order date. The box had some damage but nothing serious. I QC'd the shoe and was completely satisfied. All and all this purchase with flight club was a great one and I would definitely consider using them again if need be. I just hate having to pay so much more than retail but hey that's part of the game! Flight club keep doing business like this and people will keep coming back

DON'T SLEEP ON THE FLIGHT CLUB! Their amazing! I am so shocked and confused as to how completely different my first purchase with Flight Club went verses ALL THESE bad reviews! I literally found a pair of Jordan 1's I've been wanting in my size with them and couldn't find anywhere else. Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to bite the bullet & glad I did. They arrived seriously a few days after I ordered them, in their Jordan box inside of a box. Both boxes were in perfect condition as well as the shoes. And they are AUTHENTIC! That was my biggest fear, I cared nothing about how everyone was saying the shipping was long. But boy were they wrong about that! Also the shoes were decently priced. I feel like I paid your average cost for them even when I expected to be charged so much more for these since you can't find these any where else in my size which is a 5 youth. So for now on my kids and I will always buy our shoes from them! Plus they have all the unique designs you can't find anymore.

Now I paid about $330 per pair and chose the lower price shipping (7-9 days) the first pair I received no problem it was about 5 or so days. I am still however awaiting the second pair, I havenÂ’t even gotten shipping confirmation or anything yet and it will be 9 days as of tomorrow. When checking my account it still says the order is processing, I would like an update as to where my shoes are and when I can expect them. So far I have submitted a ticket with customer service and still have yet to be contacted. Pretty disappointing and causing so anxiety over my package and money spend. I would prefer my shoes over a refund. Hope to hear from someone soon.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Flight Club. I placed an order about two weeks before Christmas and paid for the fastest shipping they had, but my shoes still didn't arrive until well after the holiday. It's like they don't even care about getting your stuff to you on time.
And don't even get me started on the quality of the shoes. I bought some Jordan 1s that looked off to me, so I took them to a sneaker expert and they turned out to be totally fake! So, I ordered a pair of the dopest Size 12 Air Jordan 4s from the folks over at Flight Club on the 19th of October. Those shoes were freakin' expensive, yo, so you know I was excited to get my hands on them. But when I checked the confirmation email, something seemed off. The email and the order status page listed two different sizes for the kicks. What the heck, man?
I hit up customer service ASAP to report the issue, but it took them two whole days to respond. It's like they didn't even care that I was worried about my precious purchase. When they finally did get back to me, my girl Lizz told me there was some kind of mix-up and that I had actually ordered a "pre-school" size 12, which wasn't even listed on the site. And, get this, the shoes wouldn't even ship for another three business days! What a hot mess.
I had had enough at that point and asked for my money back. But instead of helping, Lizz hit me with some bogus info about the shoes already being shipped and how all sales are final. She straight up told me that if I wanted my dough back, I'd have to sell the shoes on their website. What kinda nonsense is that?
I was so mad that I asked for their refund policy, but instead of getting an actual answer, they just sent me a message asking me to leave a review. Um, say what now?
Y'all should just save yourself the trouble and avoid Flight Club. They don't give a dang about their customers and they're willing to let you deal with the mess that they've created. I don't know about you, but I ain't got time for that.

Flight Club, where do I even begin? Let me tell you, my experience with them was atrocious. I had been eyeing a pair of Michael Jordan tennis shoes in Kelly green and black on their website and finally decided to make the purchase on October 30th, 2021, paying through my trusty After Pay account. Little did I know, the nightmare was just beginning. After three agonizingly long days of waiting, I realized I hadn't received any word from Flight Club about my shoes. I immediately sent them an email, only to receive the heartbreaking news that they had no record of my order! Now, why wasn't I informed of that earlier?
Panicking, I checked with After Pay and found out that they had indeed paid for the shoes and that the first payment had already been retrieved. Frustrated and confused, I explained the situation to After Pay, hoping for some answers. Fortunately, after about 5 long days, I received an email from them with a tracking number for my beloved Kelly green and black sneakers. Of course, by this time, I had already ordered the shoes again, but as soon as I received the tracking number, I cancelled my second order.
Fast forward to the day of delivery. I came home from work, eager to try on my new shoes, only to find no sign of them. I checked with UPS, who stated that the shoes had been delivered, but again, there was no sign of them. I immediately contacted Flight Club, demanding answers. Their response? The shoes were "out for delivery" and could take up to 7-10 days to arrive. What kind of excuse is that? I even sent them a screenshot of the message from UPS, but they didn't have a clue where my shoes were.

So I got these dope Nikes from Flight Club. I was hyped, but eventually I was getting a lil' impatient cuz it was taking forever to get my kicks. I hit 'em up asking what's the deal and they told me that the original pair they got from their supplier was shreked. That's whack cuz they didn't tell me earlier, but whatever, mistakes happen. Then they suggested I cancel my order for a refund, and since I was gonna be traveling overseas soon, I was like, "aight I'm down." But of course, they didn't respond back to my emails. I told 'em that in my emails when I said to cancel my order, AND I even showed proof that I wasn't home. Sounds simple, right? Nope. The USPS driver just left the package outside my apartment door! Not only that, but someone probably jacked my shoes while I was gone. Gone, poof, no more shoes. Now, FlighClub doesn't wanna give me my money back just because the package was "delivered." These shoes sat for 97 days after they falsely labled them "used" and would not let me lower the price to sell them. So, I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1's from Flight Club and boy, was I disappointed. As soon as I tried them on, I noticed that the soles were as stiff as a board! It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't even walk for five minutes. I did some research online, and it looked like I had been sold counterfeit kicks! I was fuming and reached out to their customer service, who were polite but not very helpful. I was passed around to a few people, and they told me that Flight Club doesn't make shoes, and they're just a consignment business. They couldn't do anything about it! That's unacceptable, right?
But not ready to take no for an answer, I told them that I had bought the shoes through their website and demanded a refund. However, today is 8/4, and my order still says pending, and I still haven't received any tracking info.
The constant waiting has been an absolute nightmare, and I would highly advise against purchasing shoes from Flight Club. Don't put yourself through the headache and disappointment I have had to endure.

Yo, so I copped a fresh pair of gum bottom air forces from Flight Club on 12/13/21. I'm no newbie to the air force game, been rocking them kicks for almost 20 years now, so I know what's up. But what I got from Flight Club was straight up FAKE. The weight of the shoes was sus as soon as I took 'em outta the box.
I took 'em out for a spin, with some crease protectors inside like I always do, and they creased like crazy after just a couple hours of wear. And I'm talking black glue melting from different seams and super soft laces that don't even feel like the real deal.
I decided to drop some extra cash on a virtual authentication service (because yeah, I know it's worth it) and no surprise...fake. So here I am, leaving this review to warn y'all not to even bother hitting up Flight Club. They don't even answer their phones or emails, so just dispute that charge with your credit card company and don't waste your time with these clowns.
Flight Club Review: Discrimination, Excessive Force and Poor Treatment
The other day, my whole crew and I hit up Flight Club for a chill night out. We wanted to try out some new drinks and have a fun time with friends. Unfortunately, the vibe was wack as soon as we walked in. Apparently, the bouncer thought one of us was drunk and refused to serve us any drinks. Then, the security manager came over and told us we had to leave. I was confused because we were just trying to have a good time and nobody was being too rowdy.
Next thing I know, the security manager is accusing me of being loud and aggressive, even though we had a group of 16 people and we were just trying to figure out what was going on. Then, she grabbed me by my arms and pushed me out without giving me a chance to walk on my own. In the process, four of my acrylic nails came off. I was floored by how rough she was treating me and she claimed it wasn't excessive force. She also accused me of saying things I didn't say and swearing when I didn't.
The worst part? Flight Club accused some of the people in our group of spending too long in the bathroom. But, we had people who had just given birth and were breast pumping in the stalls and others with stoma bags. That's not cool to discriminate against bodily functions like that. If the bouncer thought someone was drunk, they should just not serve them. There's no need for excessive force and treating people unfairly.
I tried to ask for CCTV footage but the security manager said there wasn't any available. It all just left a bad taste in my mouth and I vowed to make a formal complaint because this is completely unacceptable. Hopefully they can see how messed up this whole situation was and make some much-needed changes.

Bought me some sweet Nike Vapor Maxes recently from the Flight Club, never used it before so didn't know I needed to keep that "Flight Club" tag for my return, thought it was just a brand thing. But oh boy did I mess up, I cut it right off thinking I can wear my new kicks right then and there. Sadly, my excitement was short-lived when I noticed that the shoes had different colors. I thought, "Am I high or something?" but no, they really were not supposed to be like that. The shoes were faulty, and it was not my fault. But guess what, those sneaky merchants did not want to exchange or refund me even if I spent a ridiculous amount of $246! Their excuse? No tag, no return! What kind of BS is that? Disappointed with Flight Club: Moldy and Suspiciously Fake Infant Yeezy Dark Slates
When I saw Flight Club, I thought it was a pretty cool website. But boy, was I wrong! I recently ordered infant yeezy dark slates for my son's second birthday. I was so excited to receive them, but after reading some reviews - which I didn't do before purchasing - I knew that it might not turn out well. But I still went ahead and ordered them on Friday.
The shoes arrived after six days, which I thought was pretty fair. But then I opened the box. I was appalled! The shoes smelled like they were submerged in a pool of mold! I kid you not. The smell was so strong that I had to keep them outside in their box. I didn't even want to bring them inside my house.
To make matters worse, I suspect that they might be fake. The material seems so cheap, I can't even imagine how it can be worth $290! If these shoes are what Flight Club is selling, then I must say that I'm disappointed. I remember the Flight Club that was in NY. It was a great store and the stuff they sold was legit. But this does not seem legit at all. It's just not the same.

Flight Club's Inconsistent Seller Policies and Customer Support Experience
I wanted to cop some fresh-looking kicks from Flight Club and decided to check out the AIR MAX PLUS HYPER BLUE 2018. I was stoked to discover they were priced at $319, so I placed my order on 23 DEC 21. However, my excitement was short-lived as I found out that my order was cancelled on 27 DEC 21 without any reason provided. It was weird. I didn't understand why it happened or what went wrong. The only message I got from Flight Club was that "A warning was sent to the seller" and that I would be refunded.
I sent an email to support and inquired about the cancellation. It was frustrating because I got told that the Seller had cancelled my order without any explanation. Mateo L. (Flight Club Support) advised me to place the order again, but when I checked the price of the shoes, they had increased from $319 to $430 within three days! That was outrageous, and I refused to reorder them at that price.
I had a back and forth with Mateo L., but Flight Club didn't take any responsibility for the Seller's actions. It's obvious that the Seller saw the price increase in market demand and cancelled my order to make more profit. What's even worse is that Flight Club allowed the Seller to get away with it.
Somehow, I was lucky enough to receive a refund. However, it's frustrating because I didn't get any accountability from the Seller. It makes me question Flight Club's policies and how they handle their Sellers. I still have another order that remains confirmed, but it hasn't been shipped yet, and it's been two weeks. Knowing what happened to my previous order, I don't have high hopes for this one.

Flight Club is one of those companies that don't seem to care much for their customers. I recently placed an order on their website which I made an error and wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, the system did not allow me to cancel the order, and it was accepted. I tried to contact their customer service, but it appeared as though they didn't want to help me. They didn't respond to me until later in the evening, which was way outside of the cancellation period. I pleaded with them to change the shoe size, but they refused to do that either. So now I have to buy a shoe that is one and a half times the size I need.
What really annoyed me was that instead of canceling the order or changing the size, the company rushed to send the shoes without even waiting for the payment to clear! They skipped their "authentication process" and sent the shoes straight to UPS. Now, I'm stuck with these shoes that don't fit, and all I can do is wait for them to arrive so that I can dispute the purchase.
It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about its customers. The whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It feels like the company is trying to bully me into keeping the shoes, but I won't stand for it. I'm going to wait until the shoes arrive, and then I'll dispute the purchase. Flight Club has another thing coming if they think they can get away with this kind of behavior.

Ordered some sneakers from Flight Club, but big mistake, I got the wrong size. Tried to cancel the order within the 3-hour window, but their pop-up page disappeared so fast I almost missed it. That should have been my first sign that this was gonna be a rough ride. I also emailed them right after the order went through, hoping they could cancel it for me, but no such luck. I only got a response the next day saying they would TRY to cancel the order for me... and when they failed, they went silent. No acknowledgement, no update, no nothing. For a company that boasts itself as a sneakerhead's paradise, this was pretty lame.
To make matters worse, I didn't receive any order confirmation, cancellation confirmation, or delivery confirmation... which made me wonder if I was even gonna get the right size in the first place. Long story short, I didn't. I gotta say, this was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Waste of money and time, if you ask me.
If you're thinking about ordering from Flight Club, do yourself a favor and think again. I wouldn't order from them again if my life depended on it. And watch out for their policy on cancelling orders. Apparently, 3 hours isn't always 3 hours. Good luck getting through to their customer service if you need help. Flight Club Review: Nightmare Customer Service & Hacked Account Issues
So, I was on the hunt for a fresh pair of Yeezys for my boy on December 7th of last year. A couple of weeks later, finally, I get a tracking number, but something odd happened with the package – it was rerouted. I was miffed but decided to wait it out. Little did I know that my account was already hacked 5 times in 6 days, and multiple purchases were already made from it! Furious and worried about my payment methods on their site, I had no choice but to reach out to them to have them removed. And this is where things get crazier – I waited 3 whole days to get a response because apparently, they don't have a legit customer service hotline. By this time, I'm still waiting for my son's kicks to arrive, and it's been a good 3 weeks. Still, no shoes.
With frustration mounting, I reached out to Flight Club AGAIN. This time, after another 2-day wait, they finally tell me that the order got rerouted back to their shop, and if the shoes were still in good condition, I could get a full refund. Well, seeing as I never received the shoes in the first place, why wouldn't they be in excellent condition?! Now it's already December 29th, 2021, and guess what? I still haven't gotten my refund.
I have to say, Flight Club is the WORST online shoe company I've ever dealt with. They don't give a hoot about their customers' needs and only prioritize those resellers. And to top it off, the whole ordeal has been an absolute nightmare.

This was my first purchase from FlightClub, and after ordering, I had doubts and considered canceling. Despite my concerns, the order was quickly processed with what appeared to be a counterfeit product. When I received the shoes, I immediately noticed the stark contrast compared to another pair I ordered elsewhere. I contacted customer service with photos, requesting a return and refund, but my concerns were dismissed. They requested more photos, which I provided, yet my request to return the shoes was ignored. The box was also counterfeit. With numerous complaints about fake products from this company, I'm puzzled how FlightClub continues this practice. They seem to deny claims with fabricated stories of verification processes. If I don't receive instructions for a refund, I will consider further action.

The company sold me a counterfeit pair of shoes. They assert that they conduct inspections on the shoes prior to dispatch. I looked in my orders in my account and tried searching for a cancel button, none was found. Tried looking on the initial email they sent, no cancel button. I then put in a request on the site to cancel, and emailed their support email. I called their number and left a voicemail. I left a DM on the Flight Club social media account. I also called the number listed on my bank statement for Flight Club, which was actually a number for a different service, left a voicemail and email with them as well. All this done well within the 3-hour limit and before the merchant confirmed. I never received notification that the merchant they're getting the shoe from confirmed either. No one got back to me until 11/23/22, and told me via email I couldn't cancel even though I made it within the 3 hours AND told me the wrong order "We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order #XXXXXXXXX for an item NOT EVEN MY ORDER. Then proceeded to tell me "After review, it looks like the seller has already confirmed your order prior to you requesting to cancel your order reason why cancellation is no longer available on your end even though you are still within the 3 hours timeframe." This is a lie, because immediately after placing the order there was never a "cancel" button as I stayed on the site to wait for updates. It only ever said "processing". It's also not my fault that no one in Flight Club's end got back to me in a timely manner. FRAUD. I just want to cancel this order and get my refund! This is appalling service.

I went to the website to find the return instructions and found out that all of their sales are final. This fact was not clearly indicated anywhere on their home page and was not clear throughout the purchasing process.

After many emails back and forth, they are now telling me they cannot resolve my request for an exchange (I never requested a refund, an exchange for something that could fit would have sufficed). The reason they are claiming they cannot help me is because a certain tag (that they supposedly affixed) was not on the shoes. The shoes did not have this tag, and the shoes additionally did not come in a shoe box (a Nike box, they just came in a corrugated box). I have never experienced anything like this after many years of shopping online.

On November 3, 2022 I placed an order for a pair of dunks lows medium olive green! UPS stated they delivered the package Monday November 14, 2022 at 12:22pm! I checked the video footage from the camera at my front door no package was delivered from 12:00pm to 12:30pm on Monday November 14. I then reached out to UPS who informed me that I would need to speak with the merchant. I contacted flight club through email who told me it is not uncommon for a carrier to mark a package as delivered even though it was not! I even offered to send the video showing nothing was delivered which they avoided even trying to view the video and explained I would need to wait 3 days after with no explanation why I would need to wait! I contacted after pay which is the company I use to purchase the sneaker and they stated they were not liable or lost and stolen package. Flight club told me because I contacted the financial institution there was nothing they can do! I have now paid for an item I do not have and they are aware that their carriers mark an item delivered even though it was not and refuse to refund customers or investigate!
Ordered what was described as an authentic air of Nike Women's Dunk High Black/White shoes. When I received the shoes, they were obviously a counterfeit. Every tell tale sign of counterfeits it had. Not one area I could believe was authentic. I have contacted the company via email as that is the only recourse they give a buyer to use. They respond once a day, around the same time, with the same generic response. I have asked numerous questions and all they can say is if their tag is removed you cannot get a refund. Also I thought I was purchasing shoes from a US reseller. The shoes came directly from Japan with a Japanese written tag. I have sent them this paperwork and I have not gotten a response. We received the beautiful sneakers a few hours ago and unfortunately, they are too small. We are looking to return the sneakers for a refund. We called the number provided for returns and the phone just dies out. We then reached out to an email provided on the website for returns for Flight Club and it came back as a non-existent email address.
When my slides arrived I noticed the packaging is extremely different than the original yeezy slides I currently own. When opened the right slide is bigger and shinier than the left slide. They look like two different slides. Also when I searched the barcode located on the Onyx box it comes up as a UK product and not a US product. I emailed support and they told me I can list them for sale and could possibly get a higher price for them. My response was why would I sell a fake pair of shoes to someone else? That is not right and it's not right that you guys are allowing people to sell fake shoes on your site!
After selling my shoes, I requested a cash out to my bank account . It has been 5days and still nothing. I tried reaching support but they give you general answer like it can take 2-5 business days. I have dealt with other reseller sites and this is by far the slowest one to payout and customer service does not help. But yet the take out money out of you account as soon as you purchase.

I asked if they were sure that my shoes did not get mixed up with another pair because the shoes were not "discolored" before I sent them. They assured me that they did not mix up the shoes. I ask for a phone number because it was taking too long to email back and fourth for days when we could have had a 10 min conversation on the phone. They told me they do not have a phone number. I was frustrated already with the inefficiency of the business and communication so the no phone thing discouraged me to sell with them. I asked for my shoes back. They asked for me to pay $24 to get my shoes back, which I did on their website. My card was charged March 3rd and I assumed I would get an email shortly with the tracking info. I still have not heard from them about my shoes. I have emailed them multiple times since then and no response. Last email I received from them was February 16th. I had to deal with a family emergency and when I finally was able to focus time on flight club again, I paid the $24 on March 3rd. I emailed on March 8th asking when my shoes would be mailed back. I got an automated email but have not heard back from a person. I have emailed them 3 more times since then. I finally logged back on to their website today and my listing for the shoes I mailed to them has been removed! There is no evidence of the shoes in my flight club account and no one has contacted me. THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY SHOES! I want my shoes back and a refund of $24.

I spent around $500 on shoes at the flight club. I can't do anything because they don't fit. I just want to return the shoes even if I have to ride to the New York location. The shoes never been worn not once. I just hate to see my money wasted.
My original order was stolen. I filled out the claim affidavit and was given an account credit. I ordered a replacement pair of size 8 1/2 black dunks. They were estimated to be delivered on October 3rd. After not receiving my order, I reached out on October 4th and was told that I would hear back in the next 48 hours at the latest. Despite reaching out every day, I have not received any response from Flight Club. They have my money and I am left without the product. According to the shipping website, Flight Club requested my shoes be returned to the shipper on September 30th without any clear reason. This was meant to be a gift, and I find it extremely concerning that a corporation is holding onto both my money and the product while also withholding any information that could assist me.

On 9/9/2022 I received an email from "*** stating that unless I signed the attached paperwork and had a witness sign the attached paperwork and we both submitted a copy of our drivers license then she would not go forward in getting my money back to me. I also needed to get the affidavit they had sent me notarized. I am not comfortable giving my own private info let alone a witnesses private information to a company with zero contact information besides email has 4 different corporate addresses and of them being overseas. I also provided them a screenshot of the tracking history for the package with the tracking number they provided to me showing that it was delivered to the wrong address and that the city it was delivered to was 3 hours away from me. Once I showed that I had that tracking history it changed and now they won't help me unless I sign there paperwork and submit scannable copies of mine and a witness's ID. I'm out 150$ and now because they won't do anything without that info I have to spend another 100+$ to get my son sneakers for school. This isn't right and I feel I provided the proof they needed showing it wasn't delivered to me I shouldn't need to submit anything else.

My son put on the shoes and went out to play on the turf in the backyard. They never touched actual ground and are thus unused except for 5 minutes on clean turf. In 5 minutes he ran up crying because the sole had come completely apart from the top of the shoe, rendering them unwearable. I contacted customer service to seek redress on June 12, filled out the form and provided the requested photographs, bar codes, and identifying information. I received an automated response that my message had been received, followed by a second response that I should contact them about the status of my request. Hearing nothing further, I followed up via email. Again no response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, concerned that I had been scammed. I followed up with customer service to inform them that they would be contacted by my credit card company regarding the investigation. Customer service responded that they were not responsible for "wear and tear" (as if wearing brand new shoes on clean turf for 5 minutes constitutes "wear and tear") and offered me a $20 credit toward my next purchase, but no refund. I responded, declining the coupon. I paid over $123 for the product, including tax and shipping. Flight Club should not be permitted to absolve itself of liability for products it sells, markets, and profits from to the extent that those products do not meet reasonable acceptable standards as functioning per a buyer's expectations. Shoes are designed to be worn. If they are not wearable, the contract has been breached, and to claim that it is not their responsibility to deliver wearable products but merely "authentic" ones is unreasonable and in bad faith. ***. Fight Club offered 3 options to choose from, new, used or defects. I paid more for a new pristine pair. The advertisement with the photo of the shoes represented a brand new pristine pair. I also paid more for same day shipping with delivery in 3-5 business days. Fight Club unfortunately failed to meet all of these obligations. The shoes arrived from the Netherlands on February 18, with damage & defects. The advertisement for the sale of the shoes should've stated the shoes weren't in the USA & had numerous manufacturing defects, in addition to damage, dents & scratches from someone trying them on and/or wearing them. Fight Club failed to disclose this. I paid more for a pristine pair, or I expect a full refund. As any consumer would. If I'd known the shoes had damage & defects, I wouldn't have purchased them. Each attempt I've made to resolve this issue has failed. *** at Fight Club has refused multiple refund requests, he suggested that I sell them on Fight Club. I'm not interested in selling these shoes, I don't want someone to get stuck with them in this condition. In good conscience, I would have to sell them as damaged with defects, when you consider & include the Flight Club fees, I come away with a loss. That's not fair to me, I did nothing wrong. My only mistake was trusting Fight Club. I was misled and I'm being cheated and they refuse to take responsibility and make this situation right. Fight Club obviously can't trusted, what they put on their website is not accurate or true.
