Flightclub.com Review: Be Cautious Before Making Any Purchase
I recently made my first purchase on flightclub.com and I have to say, it was not a great experience. I ordered a pair of Yung 1 "cloud white sneakers" on March 27th, and unfortunately, ran into some issues.
One of the first concerns that I had was a shipping delay in my order. I was reassured that they would refund the shipping cost to my original payment method as an apology, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. To add to the frustration, I was told that the seller had shipped my shoes but never once was it verified by the flight club warehouse. This left me in a state of limbo, and I had no clue what was going to happen.
Finally, after a month of waiting, I reached out to the company regarding whether I could get a refund. Sadly, their response was not helpful at all, as they only stated that they were investigating the status of my order. This left me feeling like my request was being ignored and my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Thankfully, my bank stepped in and gave me a refund. I then contacted the company informing them of my situation, and to my shock, they canceled my order instead of resolving the issue and getting me my shoes. It's evident that they had no intention of giving me a refund before I brought my bank into the situation.
I want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing from flightclub.com to be extremely cautious. They do not appear to care about their customers and will only take your money, whether your order comes or not. In the end, they claimed that the seller was a scammer, but their response is full of contradictions (at one point, they claimed to have the shoes, and then said they didn't). I personally would not recommend this company to anyone.
Flight Club Review: A Nightmare Experience for Buyers and Consignors Alike
I gotta say, my experience with Flight Club ain't all roses. I've been consigning and purchasing shoes from them for years, but these days it's a hot mess. Recently, I sent them 11 pairs of kicks worth $40k, but only received confirmation that 10 of them arrived. When I tried to sort it out with customer service, I found out that their customer service is straight-up nonexistent. The only response I get from reps is some auto-generated message that's about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I've gotten like six of those messages now, and they keep "escalating the matter," but it's been three weeks and I still haven't heard squat. It's embarrassing, really. Almost like they're stealing my shoes.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend consigning anything with Flight Club at this point. It's true, they claim they can get you a higher commission on your items, but good luck trying to actually manage your property if something goes wrong. It's sad, because I used to love shopping and consigning there, but now I wouldn't touch the place with a ten-foot pole. I already lost one pair of shoes and who knows what else I might lose.
As for buying shoes from them, forget about it. I wouldn't waste my time or money. In fact, I'd rather sell my own shoes at a loss than deal with the stress and headaches that come with dealing with this place. It's just not worth it anymore.
And honestly, I worry about the little kids out there who might not know any better. I wouldn't want them to have to go through what I've been through. In fact, I predict that Flight Club is gonna go belly-up in the next couple of years, and everything will be sold out through GOAT instead.
So, if you're thinking about buying or consigning shoes with Flight Club, I'd say think twice. 'Cause from where I'm sitting, it's a total nightmare.

Flight club was a very disappointing experience for me. I wanted to order the women's leather lows, but I ended up with a fake pair of shoes. Don't make the same mistake I did, do not order from this company! However, I am so grateful that I used afterpay to make my payment because this was the only way I protected myself from their scams.
If you're thinking of ordering something from this company, just be careful and stay on your guard. They will do anything to sell their fake products. When I received my order, I immediately knew there was something fishy about these shoes. They seemed worn out and different in size and their quality was clearly questionable. So, I contacted afterpay for help and luckily they were able to block the transaction and delete my card details from the account.
I want to warn you guys, these people are scam artists and they should not be in the business of selling shoes. I have a suspicion that the only place you can find authentic shoes from this company is their store, where actual sellers and wholesalers put shoes up for sale. I can only imagine how quickly people will shout "FAKE" if they ever see shoes like these on their website!
So, please, if you cherish quality and value for your money, do not order from them. Even though they are still in business, their products are clearly fake and made without any sense of integrity or quality control. This company is a disaster waiting to happen.
In my own job, we are tasked with selling products that are of high quality and authenticity. If we ever did what they did, we would be out of business in no time. It's really sad to see how a well-known store like this can easily get away with scamming customers like that.
As a final piece of advice, always use afterpay to help protect you from fraud because these guys will do anything to take your money. Be warned, they are sneaky and deceitful, so always watch your back when dealing with them.

Flight club has awful customer service. I placed an order about a week ago and have yet to receive any confirmation of my order and whether it has been shipped or not. I was told my information was being forwarded over to a support specialist and I have heard NOTHING. Meanwhile, I have used afterpay for this purchase and am in contact now to do a refund and take my business elsewhere. I don't even understand how flight club is even still in business with their horrible customer service, especially with as much money that people spend on these shoes, it's ridiculous that they can't even get back in contact with their customers. Horrible experience. I will not be purchasing with them again in the future.

I contacted customer service and I had to show all these photos for my claim and then the last e-mail they tell me since you don't have the flight club tag on the shoe we can't help you wtf. I have read some bad reviews about Flight Club and I just think the people writing those are having bad luck. Me and my friends have been ordering from flight club for a few years and no issues have occurred. This is probably one of the best places you'll find to buy rare and hard to find sneakers for a reasonable price and they are 100% guaranteed authentic. If you want to buy Air Jordans, Yeezys, etc I would recommend Flight Club. They have fast shipping and good customer service. Never been sold fakes or damaged shoes from here.

I originally placed an order at StockX because of all the bad reviews Flight Club had. Big mistake! Poor communication, no tracking info and never received my order after over a month of back and forth with the crappy customer service chat!
The next day I looked into Flight Club because I really wanted to get my son Yeezys in time for Christmas. I placed an order on 11/17 and paid for overnight (because I did not want to wait any longer). I received brand new authenticated Yeezy 350 Boost V2 Zyon shoes on 11/19! The whole time I was able to track my order and had absolutely no issues. Definitely worth the extra $25 for rush shipping. I would for sure do business with Flight Club again.

I would never buy shoes again from flight club because I order some retro 5's brand new and got some Jordan's that were repaired because the suede was worn out and the outsole was cut incorrectly from where they tried to repair them and I also order some 3's that were brand new and they came to me with a beat up box and look like a elephant had their feet in the shoes but far as the outside condition was brand new but they were already worn in the insole of the shoe I recommend no one to order from here if you are very particular about your shoes because these shoes I received were not worth full retail price!

I ordered the Yeezy slides in a US size 5, and the seller sent me a UK size 5, which is actually a US 2.5, and it clearly states this on the box. I emailed customer support and read their return policy, which states they can replace the shoe. However, their return policy is a sham. I sent pictures and everything showing it was the wrong size, and they hit me with the excuse that all sales are final and that a US 5 and UK 5 are the same because they don't want to do the work or get the correct size. This is highway robbery, and they make too much money to steal from people. Now, what am I going to do with a shoe that can't fit? Shaking my head, this is horrible. I would never in my life buy from them again. Their attitude and service are completely unacceptable.

Contacted them multiple times to cancel and there was no way to do so... So I ended up giving it to my cousin. The last buy I'll ever get from here. They work with different third parties as well. When I compared the sneakers to my original photos, they appeared to be correct. However, the box was tampered with and it was clear to me someone removed the box label with a heat gun very poorly. I cannot resell these sneakers as authentic or new ever. Because it's missing a box label, it can't ever be authenticated properly. It's a total loss and it's Flight Club's fault. Giving me 25 bucks might make sense if the box was damaged with a proper label but this box was TAMPERED with and that's an entirely different. They clearly gave me a replacement box. That's not an acceptable solution.

Flight Club advertises their company as a consignment shop. However, they do not have customer support nor do they stand behind their business model or sales. From all the information I can gather, most of their air Jordan brand shoes are being shipped from the same facility and Hong Kong. It seems extremely suspicious to me if they are a consignment shop that there are hundreds of complaints about air Jordans being shipped from the same facility in China controlled Hong kong. It could lead one to believe that Flight Club has partnered with a third party to manufacture counterfeit shoes. They're reasoning for this is to say that they have a new facility in South Asia in order to support the growing market there. That just doesn't jive with these shoes being sold by individuals on consignment through their site. Something smells very fishy.

I placed an order on 05/01 and purchased a pair of shoes. Shortly after they sent me a confirmation email. I checked on my order a few days afterwards because I still never received a shipping confirmation, and it said the shoes were being authenticated. Which was strange, just ship the shoes out! Then it said they were being verified by flight club which was strange as well. Days later it said a shipping label was created and being processed. I've been checking UPS everyday and the same old message pops up saying check back tomorrow for a delivery date. It's been saying that for about a week and half now. I contacted UPS who stated they NEVER received the order! And they told me to ask flight club what was the hold up! So now I feel scammed and like I'm never going to get my $400 shoes! There is no customer service number and they take several days to respond to emails. Whenever they do decide to reply to your email, they give you the run around. Never a direct answer. Terrible company. I wish I would have done my research. Please don't buy from these low down unprofessional dogs!

Do not order shoes from this website. I was totally taken advantage of. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes that were sold online only. The shoes came in too small and completely defected. Shoe is not true to size. I am a foot model and wear test shoes for a luxury brand, so I would know. Also the lining of the shoe is damaged and peeling off the shoe. I paid full price and can not even exchange the shoe for the correct size. As I like the shoe I can't even wear them they are damaged. I have reached out to customer services and after writing two emails to them I have not received a response. Besides a generic response telling me I can resell them from there consignment portal. Which I refused because they are damaged! I'd never let someone else purchase these shoes, they would be equally disappointed as I am. I am very disappointing and this is a complete scam. I know nothing about the brand and was specifically looking for this shoe. They seemed trust worth but there is no clear statement that returns are not accepted till after the check out process which is wild! If I had known I would have purchased from a different business. This issue is unresolved and I can not get a response from anyone. Please help!

I SENT AN EMAIL TO FLIGHT CLUB ON APRIL 13th ASKING FOR THE STATUS OF MY ORDER SINCE 5 BUSINESS DAYS HAD PASSED AND THE STATUS WAS STILL THE SAME. SOMEONE FROM FLIGHT CLUB REACHED OUT TO ME ON APRIL 13th STATING MY ORDER WAS VERIFIED AND READY TO SHIP. ON APRIL 20th I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND INSIDE THE BOX THERE WAS A PAIR OF BLACK AND WHITE DUNKS! I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM! I had already placed an order with another company that morning in the hopes that we would get one of them in time. We did not really care so much about how much they cost, but getting them here in time for Christmas. When I tried to get a hold of someone it directed me to the FAQ. It was in this area that it states that none of the timelines apply during the holiday. It should not offer fast track for an extra $25 if not guaranteed but that was not the issue. I didn't receive an email confirmation all evening. Every time I would check the site for a few minutes following the purchase it would say that it was in processing. I was concerned and wanted to cancel the order. A phone number is not listed so I emailed them immediately and asked if they could cancel the order. Nobody responded and I continue to check the status without any update and continued to email them. The sneaker showed up on the expected date. The site asks you if you are ok with sneakers that have scuffs for a reduced price. I didn't pay for that and there was a scuff. There was no documentation within the box. All I have are the sneakers with the Flight Club tag attached in the original Nike box. My daughter tried one shoe on and they did not fit. There was no disclaimer that you could not return anything to them. Upon more research on their site, it says they will only fix fulfillment errors. I don't know what this means but the shoes are not perfect as claimed. I have emailed them several times and I still have not received any response. We would like to get the sneakers in her size and without a scuffs. The sneakers were a little under $400 and only one shoe was tried on. Her normal size did not fit which was also unusual but every sneaker is different so I understand that could happen. Thank you for your time.

The sneakers shipped on March 29th from overseas, which was unexpected. They arrived in the destination country on March 30th but then stalled. I contacted the courier on April 2nd, and they mentioned the sneakers were in customs, promising an investigation. After no movement, I reached out to Flight Club support on April 3rd as it had been 11 days since my order. A representative responded on April 5th, explaining that delays can occur and that the courier was experiencing issues but would deliver soon. Updates only occurred on March 29th and 30th. After further unsuccessful contact with the courier, I found my order was canceled by Flight Club without notification. I am now seeking an immediate refund due to their lack of professionalism.

The order number is XXXXXXXXX. I used a *** gift card to do so. The cost was $175. On November 30, I received a pair of red boys sneakers, not the women's shoes I'd ordered. I have pictures of these shoes. I contacted GOAT and they asked me to return the sneakers. I did. I didn't think much of it because at the time, I had no idea GOAT and Flight Club operated together. Then I got an email from Flight Club saying I'd be refunded. That struck me as odd since (still not knowing the companies were connected) I hadn't cancel my Nike women's pastel reveal order. Then began a long back and forth emailing with Flight Club support. I have all of the emails. Getting them to understand the issue was difficult. I only wanted them to send me the shoes that I ordered. I didn't want a refund. After several more emails to clarify, I was told that they could only refund the money. I got an email saying the money was returned to the card that I used. I had used a *** gift card, and no longer have it. So I told them that wouldn't work. I asked again to just send me the shoes I had originally ordered. But no, I was asked to make a Flight Club account and they'd give me credit toward my next order. I created it on December 16th. I didn't hear back from them, so I tried to contact them a few times. I didn't hear back until December 30th. He said the account was credited. Just this morning, I went to order the shoes again and use the credit they gave to me. However, those exact shoes now cost $403. I paid $175 on November 19th. I know their shoe prices change sometimes depending on the market, but that much of a difference is absolutely ridiculous. I'd like to pay the amount I originally paid for the exact shoes that I ordered. If you'd like the emails, let me know.

After making several attempts to contact flight club, I've been left with no choice. I've been someone who has been consigning with them for years now and somehow, the customer service, as it seems is the case with most people on here, is abysmal. I requested to have 2 shoes returned to me from consignment, which I had to pay $12/per pair for and after 2 weeks, they haven't responded, nor have I been given any updates about status of this. To make matters even more pleasant, I had a recent pair of shoes returned to me from them and they box came back looking disheveled, which is particularly odd given they'll flag my boxes if they have a crease in to the top, but somehow, the box I dropped off in perfect condition was returned in poor condition. You'd think that before putting them in the box to ship back to me, they'd contact and inform me that the box was returned looking like it was tossed around. However, they decided to ship the box back, somehow hoping I'd be as absentminded as the person who packed it and "not notice it." I also found out that shoes that aren't within "competitive pricing" are sent to a warehouse to sit, which doesn't help the chances of them ever getting sold and from the looks of it, the warehouse isn't the most upkept place. I'd like my shoes back and quite frankly, if this is the way they're going to continue doing business, I'd like to talk about the potential of getting all my shoes returned back to me. It doesn't make sense for my shoes to sit in a warehouse without the potential of being sold, if that's what they're there for in the first place. I'd like a resolution and my two pairs of shoes that are currently "pending retrieval" to be found and if the box is in questionable condition, as the previous one was, I'd like to be informed, that way I'm not writing back to a customer service department inept to provide customer service. You would think after so much time and many shoes later, they'd have some loyalty, but I guess not.
