EasyCanvasPrints They have many bad reviews but I love my prints!

I love them! I ordered a huge 30"x40" family portrait, three 20"x16" photos of my kids, and two 12"x12" photos of my husband and I. I could not be more impressed. I was going to order the exact same package somewhere else but it was over $1000, so I went searching for better prizes and found Easy Canvas Prints. I am so glad I did! I saw there were mixed reviews but I took a chance and placed my order anyway. My entire order was less than $200, with shipping! It arrived early, too. The canvases are beautiful and look just like the pictures I chose, despite being blown up in size so much, and the colors are vibrant. I'm so excited to hang them and I will update about how well they do over time.

EasyCanvasPrints Good product, amazing prices, fast shipping

I have ordered six 11 x 14 canvas prints in the last two months. The prints came within a week of ordering and were a quarter of the cost of other canvas print companies. I ordered the prints on the cheaper frame (which is thinner) and was happy with the look. The site doesn't have any way to check whether the resolution of the print you select is sufficient for a good quality canvas when enlarged. I checked the resolution on another site. Two of my photos were deemed to have insufficient resolution by another site, but I took the chance and ordered them anyway, because the price was so cheap. They were a tiny bit fuzzier, but since the print was on canvas, which has a texture anyway, I found it acceptable.

EasyCanvasPrints The Art Within

I have never had a custom print on a canvas and this project was very important. I worked on my design for a few weeks to get the exact High Quality outcome. I wanted to make sure the lighting, colors and scale was exactly correct. I uploaded the artwork and was given a Proof as PDF. What I saw was amazing... The Canvas arrive in about 10 days and upon opening it the quality was awesome,
Tip: Make sure you artwork is properly scaled to the size you and that it's greater than or equal to the size. When you scale up anything it will become pixelated. The Printout is as good as the Art within you.
If your canvas is large like a 30 x 40 I highly recommend using a wire picture frame kit and not the Teeth hangers.

EasyCanvasPrints Great Customer Service and Quality Prints

When I called to check on image quality shortly after my order was placed, the call went through quickly and the rep was very kind and easy to work with. I have ordered prints in the past and they have all turned out great, I'm looking forward to getting these next set of prints!

As a graphic designer, having a high quality print to begin with is key, you can't expect a low quality image to be blown up to 18x24" without issues. I personally think that may(?) be the issue people are having with getting blurry prints, they may have a photo that looks good at 4x6" but when blown up to 18x24"+ there are not enough pixels to compensate for the size difference thus making the canvas image blurry.

That's just my experience and opinion though, there could be hiccups I'm not seeing. If you are worried about image quality, feel free to call them! As I said my experience was great and only took 2 minutes extra of my time to call and verify. I'm not affiliated in anyway, I just saw how many awful reviews there were and wanted to share my experience! :)

EasyCanvasPrints I was wrong! HAPPY CUSTOMER

I ordered an original photo printed onto a canvas about a month ago as a gift for my boyfriends birthday. I ordered a custom measurement that was quite large at 36"x 24". I've never ordered a print onto a canvas before so I didn't know what to expect but I took my chances and thought I'd give it a shot.

When the package arrived it came in a rather large box so I was a little nervous. I opened it and peaked at it quickly without taking it completely out of the box and at first I was really disappointed. It looked really blurry and almost horribly pixelated. Once I had a second to myself to fully take it out of the box and really look at it, then I realized I was totally wrong! Up close it almost looks as of it was a painting of the original photo. Once I took a step back and really looked at it after hanging it up on the wall was when I realized that it was absolutely PERFECT!

I'm completely satisfied with the product and my boyfriend absolutely loved his gift! Which is what ultimately matters being that it was a gift for him. I would definitely buy again! Don't let the negative reviews steer you away. Definitely worth trying out and I would definitely order from them again!

EasyCanvasPrints Disappointing Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Lack of Integrity and Customer Service

I recently decided to give EasyCanvasPrints a try to see if they could reproduce my artwork into affordable prints. As an artist, I was hoping for a good outcome that would lead to continued business in high volume. However, my experience with EasyCanvasPrints was far from satisfactory.

While the quality of the print was decent, I was disappointed to find that I couldn't get a full image printed on the viewing-face side of the canvas. Despite my attempts to use the automated tool, I had no success. So, I decided to speak with a customer service representative to order an image that would NOT be cropped at all, and I made it clear that the full image needed to appear on the front of the canvas.

To my dismay, I was informed that I would need to purchase a custom size at a premium price to make that happen. I reluctantly agreed and approved a proof that showed exactly what I wanted. However, when the canvas print arrived, I was shocked to find that the image was wrapped on the sides, which was inconsistent with the image shown on the proof.

I contacted EasyCanvasPrints to correct the error, but they refused to acknowledge their responsibility for the mistake. Instead, they tried to get me to buy more and pay more for a reprint to correct the error. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of integrity and customer service.

I'm not sure if EasyCanvasPrints is dishonest or incompetent, but I would recommend finding another company unless you don't care about the product you receive. In my opinion, they have a lot of work to do to improve their service and gain the trust of their customers.

EasyCanvasPrints Mixed Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Great Quality, Disappointing Shipping

I recently ordered 4 canvas prints from EasyCanvasPrints as special gifts for my loved ones. I was excited to see their faces light up with joy upon receiving these personalized gifts. However, my experience with the shipping process left me feeling disappointed.

I opted for "Next day shipping" as I wanted to ensure that the gifts arrived in time for the special occasion. However, I was let down when I received an email titled "Your Order Has Shipped" the following day after placing the order. I trusted that the items had indeed shipped and would arrive on time. However, I soon realized that all that had occurred was the creation of an address label. The items did not actually ship until 7 business days after the label was created! To make matters worse, the items arrived 5 days past the company's indicated "arrive by" day in their email. Needless to say, the gifts arrived well past the needed and indicated time, leaving me feeling anticlimactic and very disappointed.

Despite the shipping mishap, I must say that I appreciated the ease and smoothness of navigating their website, creating the prints, and the payment process. The quality of the prints is equal to what you pay for with the sale/discounted prices. The frames are good and sturdy, and the novelty of having a personalized canvas print is something I would recommend.

However, I caution that one of the prints came out a little bit fuzzy, possibly due to lower picture quality. The website does not indicate picture quality as some other companies do, so I did not check for any recommendations on picture specs. Additionally, two prints have corners that are not taunt, and the solid color sides on one of the canvases was not an exact color match and its alignment is off kilter.

If you're not on a time limit for an arrival, then all in all, EasyCanvasPrints is a decent and convenient service. All things considered, I would use them again, but with the understanding that shipping may not be as prompt as advertised and that there may be some quality issues to watch out for.

EasyCanvasPrints Mixed Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Overcharged for Shipping, Slow Customer Service, Good Print Quality

I recently made an order on easycanvasprints.com, hoping to get a beautiful canvas print for my living room. The process was going smoothly until I reached the shipping section. The shipping cost suddenly jumped from $29 to $147, leaving me in shock. I tried to stop the order, but it was too late. I immediately contacted their customer service through chat, but it was after hours, so I left my details and sent an email through their contact form. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from them.

The next day, I tried calling them, but I couldn't get through to a human being. I went back to the chat box, and to my surprise, my chat was marked "RESOLVED," even though I hadn't received any resolution. I was told that I would hear from the company via email, but I didn't receive any email from them. Instead, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. I was furious and demanded a refund for the shipping overage.

After three days, I finally received a reply from their customer service. They apologized for the cart glitch and promised to refund the shipping difference of $128 within 10-14 working days. I hope they keep their promise.

Despite the shipping issue, the canvas print arrived well-packaged and in good condition. The print quality is a bit grainy up close, but it looks great from a distance of a foot or more. I'm satisfied with the print, but I'm not sure if I would order from them again if they don't fix the glitch that caused me to be overcharged. It might be safer to go with a local printer.

Overall, I had a mixed experience with easycanvasprints.com. While the print quality is good, their customer service needs improvement. They should respond to their customers promptly and fix any glitches in their system to avoid overcharging their customers.

EasyCanvasPrints Terrible Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Poor Communication and Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with EasyCanvasPrints. I ordered 4 large canvas prints two weeks ago and I didn't hear anything from them. I tried to check my order online but I couldn't get any updates. So, I called their customer service and they told me that my order had been canceled and put on hold because they needed some changes with my image. I was really disappointed and I expressed my frustration to the customer service lady on the phone. But she was really snarky and didn't seem to care about my concerns. She just told me that I needed to redo my image.

I asked to speak with a manager to hear their side of the story. But the manager told me the same thing. They said that I needed to redo my image and that they were happy to refund me if I was unhappy with my order. I was really upset because they had my information and they never called me or emailed me to tell me anything. They just held my order for two weeks until I called them myself.

The manager offered to create a new order for me, but I wasn't interested in working with them anymore. Their service was really poor and I didn't want to waste any more time with them. I was a paying customer and I just wanted reasonable communication and to receive what I paid for. But it was really difficult to work with this company. I wasted two weeks of my time and I would never recommend EasyCanvasPrints to anyone.

EasyCanvasPrints Questionable Business Practices: Easy Canvas Prints Review

I've been using Easy Canvas Prints for a while now, but I'm not sure if I'll use them again. I ordered an 11x14 print at a "special price plus $9.99 for shipping," which was fine. They even sent me a new offer to order another 11x14 for free, just pay shipping. I responded to this offer and ordered the second print. However, they charged me the regular "special price" plus $9.99 shipping. I tried to change my order quantity to "0," but their website wouldn't accept it. So my order was processed, and I was unable to change it.

I immediately contacted customer service, and they apologized and promised to credit me for the difference, which I thought was $14.99, the price they charged me for the print. However, they only credited me $6.85. When I asked why, they said that shipping on the "free" print was $17.99. Here's what they said:

"The offer for your free 11x14 canvas just pay shipping+tax has a shipping fee of $17.99 & tax of $0.99 for a total of $18.98 for a cost difference of $6.85 from the $25.83 you paid. The current promo applied on your order is for up to 87% off canvas with $9.99+tax shipping, each promo has a different offer for shipping along with a different offer for the canvas cost."

It seems to me that their free print wasn't free after all, as they increased their shipping price by $8. While $8 may not be a lot of money, the business practices employed by Easy Canvas Prints are questionable. First, they charged me full price on the "free" order. Second, they didn't allow me to change my order on checkout. Finally, they increased the freight charges on the free item. All of these add up to a lot of inconvenience and second thoughts on using their service in the future. It's a shame because I was happy with their product.

EasyCanvasPrints Disappointing Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Cheap Price, Cheap Quality, and Poor Customer Service

I recently ordered a canvas print from EasyCanvasPrints and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the final product. I had ordered a 24 x 36 canvas print of a beautiful Asian picture to be the centerpiece of a corner and small wall I was putting together. The price was cheap, which should have been a red flag for me, but I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. I have learned that you generally get what you pay for, but in this case, I got less than what I expected.

When I received my canvas, I immediately noticed a white line about 1/16 to 1/8 inch running all the way along the bottom of the picture. I had intended to hang this canvas without a frame, but that was now impossible. I went to a local canvas printer and paid about 18% more, but I got what I wanted in the beginning. The color was better and the new printer told me it was probably done on cheap Chinese canvas. They apparently need to do that in order to work so cheaply. I hate CHEAP.

I ended up spending a little less than double my original budget, but I got the print within an hour. The price was fair for a quality print stretched properly on a quality frame. The white line on the bottom of the print is apparently used to help some less than talented apprentice place the print straight and square on the frame. Mine was straight, but it should have been positioned in a manner to make it presentable when hung.

I sent an email to EasyCanvasPrints as soon as I received my canvas, but I have yet to receive a response. I read a few good reviews on here and wonder who wrote them, as most are very bad. Please do yourself a favor and purchase what you want locally if possible, or at least from someone reputable. Stay away from these people.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with EasyCanvasPrints. I hope to receive a positive response from them, but until then, I cannot recommend their services.

EasyCanvasPrints Easy Canvas Prints Review: Affordable, High-Quality Prints with Excellent Customer Service

I was on the hunt for a way to turn my cherished memories into beautiful canvas prints. I searched high and low online until I stumbled upon Easy Canvas Prints. At first, I was blown away by the prices, but I was a bit hesitant to order because I thought the quality might not be up to par. I didn't want to break the bank by ordering from other sites, so I decided to do some more research.

As I dug deeper, I came across some negative reviews about Easy Canvas Prints. I was worried, but I decided to give their customer service a call. Some reviews said that customer service was non-existent, but I was able to reach someone right away. The woman I spoke to was incredibly helpful and answered all of my concerns. She walked me through the process and waited until I had uploaded the prints and sizes I wanted. Then, she accessed my order and sent me an email with my prints so that I could proof them. We talked about complaints regarding the mirror image wrap, and she explained that there are different options that you can access online. With her help, I decided to go with the black edge as I didn't like the mirror wrap either.

I placed my order for 11 prints ranging in size from 11" x 14" and 8" x 10" on January 10,2023, and received my order on January 18th (shipped to Canada). I was excited but a little anxious to open and view my order. When I finally did, I was overjoyed! The prints looked fantastic, and the frames and edging were top-notch. Some of the photos I used were scans of photos from 1998 and 1999, and they turned out better than I had expected.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality, the customer service, and the timely delivery of my order. And let's not forget about the price! I am so happy that I found Easy Canvas Prints, and I will definitely be ordering from them again. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I highly recommend calling customer service for help in choosing the options and to have them send you proofs so you can see the finished product before ordering. EasyCanvasPrints EasyCanvasPrints Review: Poor Quality, Cheap Materials, and Terrible Customer Service

I was pretty happy with the color and look of the canvases from EasyCanvasPrints at first. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that they were printed on polyester canvas instead of cotton or cotton blend. That was a bit of a bummer, but I was still hopeful. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed pretty quickly.

The frames of the canvases are made of some kind of pressed paper-like fiber, which is not great quality. The stretching of the canvases is also sub-par, inconsistent, and prone to significant sagging in less than a year of hanging. The larger the canvas, the worse the sagging problem gets, even in a climate-controlled environment. The basic hardware that comes with the canvases is a simple sawtooth, which is inadequate and often pulls loose from the cheap frame. I had to replace all of my hardware, and one of them even fell off the wall randomly and hit the floor.

When the sagging problem became significant, I contacted the company and shared photos and videos of the defects. They looked them over and concluded that they could do nothing because the canvases were "out of warranty" (90 days) and suggested I use a blow dryer to shrink them. Seriously? I explained that sagging is a structural problem and that I cannot sell a product to a client with instructions to blow-dry it once the defects start to show up, but that was their FINAL word. So my final word to the wise is: RUN, don't walk from this company!

The canvas is polyester, the frame is paper fiber, the hardware is dime-store quality, stretching is amateur, their shipping prices are excessive, and their customer service is an insult. They call it customer love, but don't be fooled. Management doesn't empower their customer service staff to fix problems, only tell them nicely to shove it. Use a blow dryer? Really? It's like putting sawdust in the transmission of your car.

I spent a LOT of money with this company - 40 canvases - and am now waiting to begin hearing from unhappy clients when their canvases begin to fall apart as mine have. Lesson learned. Stay away from EasyCanvasPrints unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. By the way, when I got a third customer service person on the line, she answered the phone "Banners on the Cheap" (apparently they outsource "customer service" to a company that handles complaints for more than one company). When I was bumped up to their senior level person, he basically said too bad. Yes, it is.

EasyCanvasPrints Inconsistent Stretching and Pricing: My Experience with EasyCanvasPrints

I gotta say, I haven't had too many problems with the print quality from EasyCanvasPrints. The colors and details come out pretty decent, and the clarity is alright too. But let me tell you, their site templates are all over the place. I've had issues where I choose a 2:3 ratio template, but then when I upload my 2:3 ratio image, it still wants to crop the ends off. What gives, man?

And don't even get me started on the pricing. One image at 24x36 is $53, but if you go up just one size with the same image and ratio, it jumps up to $225! That's just not balanced, if you ask me.

But my biggest issue with EasyCanvasPrints is the inconsistency with their stretching process. I usually order 4 or more 24x36 prints at a time, and practically all of my images have a thin black border around them that's part of the visible image. But on practically every order, at least one of the prints will have that black border stretched unevenly or even stretched so that it's not visible at all. I've emailed them multiple times about this, but they always act like they don't know what I'm talking about. I've had to have multiple reprints done, which is a huge delay for me and my clients. It's starting to affect my reputation, and that's just not cool.

I have five 24x36 images coming in this week, and I'm crossing my fingers that they'll all be stretched properly. If not, I'm gonna have to try out some other services. There are some that have slightly higher prices, but they offer free shipping if the order is over $150. That might balance out in the end, especially if they get the prints right on the first try.

It seems like EasyCanvasPrints is trying to improve, but they really need to change their site so that you can join as a client and they can track individual orders and needs better. I attached some samples to this review to show you what I mean. The first one shows the template issue I mentioned earlier. You can read the caption on the image for an explanation.

EasyCanvasPrints It's like playing Russian roulette with this company's

It's like playing Russian roulette with this company's printing process. I ordered two canvas prints, the first one a sepia-colored image which was reproduced correctly. The second one unfortunately was delivered with an orange tint throughout the image. When I opened the box, the first thing I saw was orange. Even the bright white pants from my original submission were tinted pink. After sending photos of the orange-tinted canvas, Allen from the "Customer Love Team" at Easy Canvas Prints agreed that "the lighting in the pictures is very orangy/hazy."

He blamed it on the original image. However, I have had the image reproduced in large scale before and never had this problem. I use photoshop at home where I can blow up the image to detect for these flaws.

He said the retouching fee would be around $20 to have their "art team edit photo to counter act the orangy nature." He later wrote, "To have us correct this photo and reprint the canvas you would be looking at a total charge of $29.30 which would include a retouch fee for our art team to edit your photo, as well as a shipping fee to send the canvas back out."

Despite repeated attempts to also draw attention to the fact that my signature at the bottom of the right hand of the image had been cut off, Allen never addressed it.

Allen said the second option, reprint with a new image, would be at no cost except for a shipping fee of $14.30.

However, after about five emails, and no attempt to even address the other issue of my signature cut off at the lower right hand corner, I hesitated to risk another Russian roulette, a hit and miss of getting a quality print, so I chose to forego having to deal with their unreliable printing process. If they couldn't get a simple color image done correctly or deal with a signature placement, I hesitated to even pay 14 bucks in shipping and risk another similar situation.

Not only did they ruin the canvas print, but a special gift I was to give someone. I will never use this company again and I suggest you don't either..

EasyCanvasPrints After several purchases, I learned the hard way about this company's terrible quality control issues

As a professional, I was initially pleased with the color and overall look of their canvases (despite being printed on polyester canvas instead of cotton/cottonblend. But that's where the satisfaction ends. It turns out that on closer inspection the frames are made of pressed paper-like fiber, their stretching is sub-par, inconsistent, and prone to significant sagging in less than a year of hanging. EasyCanvasPrints On March 6, 2022 I purchased a banner online

On March 6, 2022 I purchased a banner online. Thirty days later, I contacted Paypal to file a claim because never received the banner. Once this company knew about the claim, then notified they were shipping the Banner which i needed for my business. That's the starting point of deception. Not to shipped as fast as promised. I received the banner and saw all images were blurry and contacted Paypal to request a refund. The company managed to win the case because my access to Paypal was restricted I was not able to reply on time. Now I am asking the BBB to force this cheap company to receive their lowest quality banner which I am willing to return to them, and issue a full refund in the amount of $48.07

EasyCanvasPrints Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Print from EasyCanvasPrints

I had a really bad experience with EasyCanvasPrints. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't communicate well at all. When I received my canvas print, it was way too dark and didn't look anything like the original photo. I reached out to them to see if they could fix it, but they wanted to charge me a lot of money for shipping and for the materials they used for the first print. They said it would be "awesome" after the fix, but why didn't they suggest that before they printed it in the first place?

Trying to talk to their customer service was like going around in circles. They were unprofessional and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I've used other print to canvas services before and they always communicate with me if they think the print could be improved with an adjustment. I would definitely recommend finding another company that provides better professional photographic services. It will save you time, money, and a lot of grief.

EasyCanvasPrints Disappointing Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Wrinkled Prints and Poor Customer Service

I recently ordered some larger products (over 16 x 20) from EasyCanvasPrints and unfortunately, they wrinkled up within a week of hanging them. It was a real bummer because I was excited to show them off after Christmas. They look like trash now and it's really disappointing.

To make matters worse, I had another photo that I never even got to hang up because there was a big spot on my daughter's tooth in the picture that wasn't even on the file I sent them. When I contacted customer service about it, they tried to tell me that I created the spot myself, but I swear it's not on the file I sent. It's frustrating when you feel like you're not being heard or believed.

Speaking of customer service, it's a joke. They'll try to blame you for any issues and then tell you to send pictures of the defects. But even after you do that, they won't call or email you back regarding what their decision was on fixing the print. I had to call them 8 days after sending the defect photos, was told they would get back to me, and am still waiting for a response. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get something resolved and it feels like you're being ignored.

Overall, I would not recommend EasyCanvasPrints. Trust the majority of these reviews because I wish I had. I ended up with $200 of trash and it's really disappointing. If I could choose a rating of less than 1, I definitely would.

EasyCanvasPrints Disappointing Quality and Packaging from EasyCanvasPrints - A Review

Just got my canvas from EasyCanvasPrints and I was so excited to open it up! I gotta say, I'm still pretty hyped about it, but I gotta be real with y'all - I'm a little disappointed in the quality. First off, the frame is made of compressed board, not real wood like I was expecting. And there's a noticeable blemish (or "holiday" as my grandpa would say) in the photograph itself. Not a great start.

But it gets worse, folks. The packing was not great. The canvas was just shrink-wrapped and thrown in a box with no extra padding or cushioning for the edges. And let me tell you, those edges are scuffed up. All four of them have some kind of damage, with one being way more noticeable than the others. And there's even a scuff on the bottom edge of the photo itself. Not a huge deal, but it definitely doesn't look great.

Honestly, I'm worried about how long this canvas is gonna last. My husband and I move around a lot, and I don't think this thing is gonna hold up through even one move without getting even more scuffed up. I was so excited to get this canvas with this photo, but now I'm not sure it's gonna last more than a few years. Kinda bummed, y'all.

EasyCanvasPrints Disappointing Experience with EasyCanvasPrints: Hidden Costs and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with EasyCanvasPrints and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was excited to order a canvas print as a gift for my family member and I selected the option for it to arrive before Christmas. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no price listed on the page and when I proceeded to the next page, the shipping cost was $100 more than I anticipated. I was shocked and felt like this was a rip-off.

I immediately wanted to cancel my order, but when I tried to close the page, I accidentally finalized the sale just by touching the page near the buy button. I had no intention of buying at that moment and was frustrated that it happened so easily.

I tried to cancel my order through the company's chat window, but it was closed and instructed me to call instead. When I called, I was met with a message saying that they were closed and to leave a message. I left a message and also sent an email within 5 minutes of mistakenly placing my order. However, the next afternoon, I received an email saying that it was too late to cancel and that they were shipping my order if I didn't call them.

Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't call until after 9:00 pm. When I finally called, I was put on hold for 37 minutes and no one answered. I was frustrated and felt like they were trying to scam me and push me into allowing the order to go through. I decided to dispute the charge with PayPal and I will be leaving negative reviews for EasyCanvasPrints everywhere I can.

Overall, my experience with EasyCanvasPrints was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I feel like they were not transparent about their pricing and shipping costs, and their customer service was not helpful or responsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I hope that others can learn from my experience.

EasyCanvasPrints Disappointing Quality and Constant Wrinkles: EasyCanvasPrints Review

I've been ordering canvases from EasyCanvasPrints for quite some time now, and I must say, I'm not impressed. Every single canvas I've received has been wrinkled to the point where it looks like complete garbage on my wall. It's quite embarrassing, really. I ordered a total of 8-24x36's and 2-16x20's, and I had to go through 6 exchanges right after delivery due to extreme scratches or wrinkles. It's been several months now, and none of them are salvageable. I spent a decent amount of money on these canvases, and it's just a waste to throw them away, even if this is a cheaper printing company.

Tonight, I tried to remove the staples and re-stretch the canvas as good as I could, but no surprise - it still looks like crap. I even ended up slicing my arm open with pliers while trying to fix it. I felt a strong need to write this review, as I never should have had to try and fix it in the first place. I will never order from this place again, and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

On the other hand, I just received a 16x20 canvas from Canvas on Demand, and although it's a little on the dark side, at least it's tight with NO WRINKLES. It looks and feels much more professional, and it was nearly the same price as the ones from EasyCanvasPrints.

Overall, I would not recommend EasyCanvasPrints to anyone. The quality of their canvases is just not up to par, and it's not worth the hassle or the money. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different printing company.

EasyCanvasPrints Mixed Experience with Easycanvasprints.com: Disappointing Canvas, Confusing Instructions, and Arrogant Customer Service

We recently used Easycanvasprints.com to create a canvas print of our granddaughter at the beach for her father's wedding. When we received the canvas, we were disappointed to find that it was much darker than the original photo. We decided to give them a call to see if there was anything that could be done.

Luckily, we were able to speak with a very nice man who agreed with our assessment of the canvas. He suggested that we brighten the photo on our camera and send two or three brighter versions to them. They would then print them on canvas and send them back to us. We could choose the one we liked best and return the rest for credit.

We followed his instructions and sent in the new photos. We were charged $118 for the three new canvases, but we assumed that we would be credited the same amount once we returned the ones we didn't want. So we sent back the three canvases and waited for the credit to come through.

After a while, we became concerned that we hadn't received the credit yet. We decided to give them a call to see what was going on. Unfortunately, we were met with an arrogant young man who had only been with the company for five months. He told us that we had misunderstood the instructions and that they had never done things that way before.

We argued with him for a bit until we finally asked what they were going to do for us. He spoke with a supervisor and eventually gave us a $75 credit. While we were happy to receive the credit, we were disappointed that we had to go through so much hassle to get it.

In the end, we did end up with a nice canvas print of our granddaughter, but it ended up costing us $100 instead of the $37 we had anticipated. While we appreciate the effort that Easycanvasprints.com put into making things right, we were disappointed with the customer service we received. We hope that they can improve their communication and make the process smoother for future customers.

EasyCanvasPrints Mixed Experience with EasyCanvasPrints.com: Disappointing First Canvas, but Pleasantly Surprised with the Other Two

I recently made a purchase on easycanvasprints.com and ordered three different canvases within a few days of each other. Unfortunately, the first canvas that I received was not up to my expectations. It was disappointing to see that the back of the canvas looked like it was going to come apart. It seemed like the person who did it was either inexperienced or in a hurry and didn't care about the quality of their work. This was a letdown for me because it was the first canvas that I saw and it made me regret ordering the other two.

Although the photo on the canvas was exactly what I ordered, the way it was attached to the wooden frame was not satisfactory. The packing was also not done well, with wide packing tape holding the canvas to the cardboard backing. To make matters worse, the hanging kit was not included in the package. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the canvas and the way it was packed and attached.

However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the other two canvases. They were both professionally done and the packing was very well done. The hanging kits were also included in both packages. If I were rating the other two canvases, I would give them both 5 stars.

Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of the first canvas that I received from easycanvasprints.com. However, I am happy with the other two canvases that I received. I hope that the company can improve the quality of their work and pay more attention to the way they pack and attach their canvases in the future.

EasyCanvasPrints EasyCanvasPrints Failed to Deliver on Christmas Promise - Terrible Experience

I recently had a terrible experience with EasyCanvasPrints. I placed an order on December 18th and selected the shipping option that promised delivery by December 24th. I even called the company to double-check the quality of the photo and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure that I would receive my canvas in time for Christmas. However, when I checked the order status, I was shocked to see that the delivery date had been pushed back to January 6th!

I immediately contacted customer service, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was not helpful at all. Despite admitting that their representative had made a mistake in confirming the delivery date, they refused to honor the expedited shipping I had paid for. They also refused to take responsibility for the shipping option listed on their website that promised delivery by December 24th. It was clear that they simply did not want to pay the extra cost to ship the canvas and fulfill their commitment.

In the end, their solution was to issue a full refund. While I appreciated the refund, it did not make up for the disappointment and frustration of not receiving my canvas in time for Christmas. I will never order from EasyCanvasPrints again and would caution others to be wary of their promises and commitments.

EasyCanvasPrints Questionable Marketing Tactics: My Experience with EasyCanvasPrints

This company, EasyCanvasPrints, has a direct marketing strategy that some may find questionable. They send a lot of emails, like 10 to 20 a day, and not just about their own products. They also use your email for other companies, which can be annoying. If you try to unsubscribe, it may not work because the return address is fake. The most recent email I received was from ***@partarticles.com, but it had the same pictures and promotions as their website.

I did some research and found a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website about EasyCanvasPrints using bulk spam practices. The complaint included their website address and street address, which matched the emails I received. The company admitted to doing it, which is not a good look.

In my opinion, a company that has to resort to these tactics doesn't have a product that speaks for itself. It's disappointing to see businesses use these kinds of scummy practices to get people to their site. I would not recommend EasyCanvasPrints based on my experience with their marketing strategy.

EasyCanvasPrints Easy Canvas Prints: Easy Ordering, Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Easy Canvas Prints and I have to say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. My wife and I decided to place our first ever order with them in September and overall, the process was pretty simple. We ordered 2 canvases and with tax and a coupon discount, our total came to $82.91. I even took a screenshot of the final order page to show my wife all the details before hitting the send button. Thank goodness I did, because right after I hit "Secure Checkout," a screen popped up saying thank you for your order of $118.32! I couldn't believe it. I even checked my email and sure enough, they had charged me $118.32.

I immediately tried calling Easy Canvas Prints, but to my dismay, they don't have any customer service on Sundays. So, we had to wait until Monday to call. When my wife finally got through to their customer service line, a representative named Kenny answered. She explained the situation and conveniently he asked, "I guess you don't have a screenshot do you?" Well, you bet your sweet we do. We sent the screenshot while still on the phone and he viewed it and said the coupon code we used expired the second we sent it, but he would fix it and assured us that this "doesn't happen very often."

Long story short, Kenny never fixed our problem and after another call to customer service one week later, we FINALLY got our $35.41 refunded. The prints came in the mail on time and were decent quality, but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

Overall, I have to say that while the process of ordering from Easy Canvas Prints was easy, their customer service left a lot to be desired. It's frustrating to have to jump through hoops to get a refund for something that was clearly their mistake. While the prints themselves were decent, I don't think we'll be ordering from them again.

EasyCanvasPrints canvas print

OMG! What I get was such a bad print it never could hang on a wall! After my complaint they want suddenly nothing know about their "Satisfaction Guarantee". Offering only a partly refund is not acceptable as this picture can be only trashed. Stay away from this unprofessional company: to many bad reviews, bad customer service and not fulfilling their promises regarding the Satisfaction Warranty! Answering emails needs weeks! They believe obviously that you give up.

EasyCanvasPrints dirty canvas

I have ordered two canvas from www.easycanvasprints.com website and one of them was a wedding present for my sister. When my order arrived mine was ok and I was pretty satisfied with it, but the one which I ordered for my sister had some spots on it and was dirty. That was terrible! I had only one week before my sister wedding and had no time to order a new canvas! But still I contacted customer service and asked for a refund but they did not reply.
I thought that canvas would be great as a gift but they ruined everything. Very unprofessional company and I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
