Scammers fraudsters
No matter what you do pls do not allow this people take your moment away and ruin it for ever. This ppl came into my room as I was recovering after giving birth they took pictures I payed a lot of money they sent me terrible low quality disgusting pictures which I know now was definitely on purpose then d second photographer took pictures that where better and claimed id get them by Monday. It’s been a week I am yet to get them but they then tried to bill me again saying they will process it as a new order. No I payed give me my pictures I got no pictures no refund and a total run around. There customer service no one ever pics I had to call d hospital and d lady that took the pictures ended up hanging up on me cause I was trying to get pictures for my child’s christening. I ended up not getting the pictures . Emily is her name. . All I read everywhere is so many bad experiences and mothers left crying and it’s just so sad how low a buinsness can go it’s not worth it

Digital download
I purchase the digital portraits over two years ago and i have not received them. I have been trying to contact them and I haven't had any luck. My son is not 6 years old and i can't get his baby pictures and they took my money!
Desired outcome: I want my pictures! I want what i paid for or my money back!!!
Paid for, but did not receive digital download after 10 business days
Our son's photos were about to expire per automated messages my wife received from them. So, I went to their website to order the digital download package. We placed the order and were charged on 2/1/22 at 9p ET. It has been 10 business days later and we have received nothing despite messages on the site saying digital products / downloads are processed and delivered within 48 hours. I looked on the website and there is no phone number to call. You have to fill out one of those web forms that routes your inquiry somewhere.
However, I did find a number along with the charge on my credit card. For those that need this, it is: [protected]. I called it and it appears to be their number. I am going to call them later today to actually speak with someone.
If they do not provide the product, I will contact the credit card company to refute the charge. It's fraud to charge for a service you did not provide or to misrepresent yourself and take money from people.
If they make good, I'll come back here and update this. Today is 2/16/2022. So, if you see no updates after this initial message, assume they tried to take our money without providing us a product.
Desired outcome: Send digital download or refund our credit card w/in 5 business days.

My son was born in 2014 and passed away shortly after he was born so me getting these photos are my only option and what really sucks is I have been getting email ebery day now for the last year saying they are about to expire so ive been trying to take care of things on my end to atleast save the imagies mind you these are the only pics I have of my son I am just dissapopinted seemed like everything I tried to do or order it always messes up or is unable to find or locate it at the time I couldnt even send an emal to [protected]@mom365 says its no longer a working email so I couldnt even try to get help if I wanted... And when i complained that i didnt have any money for gas or to pay for parking to even make it to work, my manager had to grudgingly give me money so i could. My next paycheck was $450 but thats only because it was back pay, after that, i never recieved a paycheck higher than $230, and keep in mind we only get paid every other week. I used to make constant sales all the time, but my paycheck never matched what my sales were, even at 20%
I quit because had i worked my second job, with regular hours, I would have had more money and wouldn't be in a financial mess, cant pay my bills and facing eviction right now due to back rent not paid.
This company is one of the worst Ive ever had the misfortune of being assocoated with. Their management and communication skills are horrid, dont get me wrong, but to pay people so little, to make it that much more difficult to make ends meet, while pushing sale after sale after sale so that THEY the company themselves, can get more money, is despicable.

It's been more than 5 days since we place our order that was supposed to receive it within 72hrs after purchase. I did submit the form to contact them but nothing so far. Also tried calling the 1800 # and got the automated message that says log on their website and then cuts off. Can't reach anyone to talk to, I mean are you kidding me?

Tuesday 10/16/2018 at st vincent's downtown in Jacksonville, fl. These 2 ladies came in and didn't ask just told us to file out a form and started touching my baby. There was a bigger curly haired lady and her greasy hair kept touching my baby, the other was a young black young lady who was more interested in the tv.
Then they tried forcing us to purchase these half baked pictures that could have easily done myself, yeah get out, no thanks. Very pushy. Do not deal with these people

From the moment she stepped in the room she was rude ask can she come back she had a attitude and said she will be back in 30 mins never came back 2 hours later I seen her in the hallway and asked when will she be coming back she told me she was done for the day and not doing any more pictures came back a hour after that and caused me to refuse pictures getting done of my little one I'm very upset at how she treated me and my family
She actually did you a favor...the pictures aren’t free the most expensive package we push is 458 bucks for a total of 8 poses, but tons of add on junk...
poor customer service
Had my first born on June 14, 2014, purchased the most expensive package and was told it would take 7-10 business days. Followed up with them to check on the status of the delivery and was told there is a slight delay. No email or memo regarding a delay on a nearly $400 package. They said they sent out the package priority mail and I have yet to receive it. I have a HUGE problem with their lack of basic customer service skills, not only was I told different things from each time that I called, but their attitudes were extremely rude! Hi, hello, I'm a first time mom, just gave birth, and my hormones are on full blast, yeah, I don't need your attitude and you certainly won't get business from me every again. Good luck if you talk to Oscar, he is the worst!

I had my newborn pics taken with Our 365 Portraits...also known as Growing Family (many people use in the hospitals after they deliver). I purchased a extra package for $60.00 dollars for this man to come to my house 3 more times. I revcieved the pics and cd that I purchased for $419.99 and I went to look at the photos on my computer and there were NONE on the cd. I contacted the company numerous times and they never called me back. So finally I spoke to this man named Max, "that says he is the manager", and he sent me another cd that would not be edited. The reason they could not be edited is because the lady that did them is no longer with the company. I looked at the pics and thought my gosh there is no way I can do anything with these pics. That is why I paid 400 dollars, cause I do not have the program to edit these! I told him I needed someone to come out (they bring notebooks) and edit them for me. He said no they do not do this! Basically, I was taken! I cant believe they did this. Not only this but a few other women I spoke to were so rude...where is customer service these days? I did do a complaint with the BBB, so I hope I can just get what I paid for, the pics edited. I would NEVER use this company again and would NOT recommend them! I believe they only have 4 people on staff when u call in so its hard to even get anywhere with them.

This company's products, despite their claims otherwise, are not MAC compatible. They sent me three discs, two of which I actually received, and neither one would work on my MAC. They say that they only recently became MAC compatible, but I was not made aware of any problems when buying my picture package. They didn't even tell me that they weren't MAC compatible when I was buying the product. After making several phone calls and attempting to get what I paid for, they gave me a 15% refund and sent me another free picture, as well as another disc. When that disc still didn't work, after much upset and yet another phone call, they told me that they would make a one time exception and give me a full refund if, and only if, I sent them everything that they had sent me, including the free gifts for all of my previous time and upset, back to them at my expense. Well, I am sending it all back and we will see if they get my refund back to me in a timely manner. If I don't get it, I am going to dispute the charges through my credit card and get a refund that way. They can then fight my credit card company. I definitely don't recommend this company.
Well, I have to update this, since I have received further communication and products from Our365. I had someone call from their HR department. She apologized profusely. She also sent back to me the pictures and the discs in an effort to make up for what had happened. They still do not know why their discs will not work on my computer, and still claim that they are Mac compliant, but I have them and can use them on another computer as well as at stores to print copies. I was very upset with them, but they have worked really hard to make their mistakes right by us and I have to take back some of what I said. While I should not have had as much trouble as I have, they did make it fair in the end. I wanted to let others know that they did take steps to correct everything.
I own a mac and everyone should cater to me.

Portions of other pictures appear on the borders (due to bad cutting). They come on very thin paper as well; nearly see-through. It's like a child was practicing photo developing, printing, and cutting with our project. Customer service was incredulous and not willing to give a refund. So we'll just throw these in the garbage and keep posting about our disappointment.
Another issue is misrepresentation: The brochure states, and the photographer confirmed, that portions of the proceeds go to the hospital where the photos were taken. Representatives at the corporate office said this is not the case. Also, the photographer said the smaller photos would come with white borders, but there are no borders. Even if the photos were not crumpled there would be no way to cut these evenly without a professional setup. All in all, this is a business that needs to be shut down. They take advantage of parents in a very emotional state. If they come into your hospital room, send them away! It's all a sham, and a very unethical company.

The worst!
A representative from this company came to our hospital room at Morton Plant Hopsital in Clearwater, FL, after our son was born to take newborn portraits. The pictures were good, so we purchased the disc of digital images for $130.00. Here is my laundry list of complaints since then:
1. In order to view and share your photographs online, you have to enter your e-mail address, which was mistyped so we could not enter without calling to correct it. When you try to call, it takes forever to get through to someone. If you have an infant at home, you know that you cannot sit on the phone for long periods of time. I think they count on that to help bring down the number of complaint calls.
2. After about two weeks, we had not received the disk. Their website says you should receive your images in 5-7 days, so I went through the painfully long process of calling again and they had no record of my order, which I had a receipt for and they had taken our credit card number for (more on this later). So they reprocessed the order and shipped it right away. I got them to waive shipping for the inconvenience.
3. About a month later, I received the SAME order and was charged the full amount with shipping, $130, AGAIN! When I called they did not want to credit me without having me send back the order which I didn't want to do without a shipping label. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake and I sat on hold for about an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. They finally agreed to credit the erroneous charge and send me a shipping label, with the caveat that if they did not get the product (which is not worth anything to anyone else) back within thirty days. I agreed.
4. As of today, almost 4 days after they said they were crediting me the full amount, I have not received the credit, but I have received the shipping label. Fortunately, this unexpected charge did not send my bank account into overdraft or I would be after them for any fees incurred due to this unbudgeted and unexpected withdrawal from my account.
I have done business with several other printing and photo companies and if they make a mistake or something is undelivered, they eat the expense and make it right, something this company was completely unwilling to do. They made me feel like I made a mistake.
These are things no new mother wants to deal with, so take my advice and use your own photographer that you trust.

I'm still waiting TO SEE my daughter's pics that she took over 2 weeks ago, there's not telling how long I have to wait for them after I even pick which ones I want because they take about 4 weeks to mail them out after you choose... Lost baby pictures
This company is a baby photography business. They claimed to have misplaced my child's photograph. I spoke with 5 different people on 4 different occasions over the past 4 weeks trying to locate my baby's pictures. I have a form that was signed by the photo taker and I was told one week ago that there was at least one security photo taken and I would be able to receive that. Today I was told by a representative and a supervisor that no pictures could be located and I'm basically out of luck. Their only job is to take a baby's photo and they couldn't even do that correctly. The excuse I got was that "the photographer was using a digital camera so maybe the settings were wrong." I have a digital camera and I've never lost photos due to wrong settings. That is a pathetic excuse. The staff has told me everything from "the pictures are in the system, they just have to be located" to "there's definitely at least one picture" and now "I'm sorry, we looked for them but couldn't find them." Due to their incompetence, I have no first photograph of my baby.

Depends on what area you live in regarding WalMart studio. Some of them have been converted over to Picture People and they are outragouesly priced. I took my son to WalMart every month for his first year 9back when they were WalMart Portrait Studio) and I got a CD with his photo every time but I could not print from it. It did not include copyright to the pictures, so having the CD did no good. Just something to keep in mind...not to mention bringing a brand new baby into a germ infested studio is really risky.
Eva, do you have the paper or receipt the photographer gave you? If so, there should be a customer number on that paper. You can look for the photos on the website. www.our365.com go into the web nursery and search for the hospital and date the baby was born. When you find your first name and first initial of your last name, click on it and enter your customer number and the first 4 letters of your last name. If your babies photos come up in the online nursery, the photos ARE available in the system.
This comment was very helpful to me, as I'd decided to simply purchase the "disk' that's offered and print some of the photos on my own because the prices are ridiculous. I'm not sure if I even want to do that at this point. My advice would be for you to go to Walmart and have a photo session of baby, you get "40" sheets (with the largest package) and you can take the CD with y0u at the time of purchase. You also get to choose the poses, add fonts and borders right there in the store. I love the photos taken of my son and it's a lot cheaper than places like "Olan Mills" & the quality is exceptional.
