DO NOT FALL for these people coming in to take your baby photos in the hospital or do the "free" in home session. They are well over priced and take awful pictures. I was told I was going to get a plaque of my baby's birth announcement. Well he is almost SEVEN months old and I have called TWICE. Only to get the run around both times. First some woman says, "Oh yes, " it will be there in a few weeks. So I said ok and hung up. I then called back two months later and now they are saying they don't make plaques ha really?!?! WHAT THE HELL, I want my money back this is ridiculous I am so furious. I have been transferred so many times. An the latest woman says, "mam I can't hear you." I am standing in my front yard clear as day full bars. They have "disconnected" me numerous times. I am beyond furious and not sure what to do. How could they do this with your childs first photos and memories. On a another note the photographer that came out to our house 5 weeks later was dirty, smelly and really creepy. He didn't let me say two words. The next guy who came to show me the results was a complete ###. I was shocked at how he treated me with my baby on my lap. There is no way I could drop $400 on a package and upon telling him this he slammed his computer an mumbled about wasting his time, yanked his cord out of the wall and slammed our door. Scary situation.

Hospital service was great and photos turned out nice but extremely pricey. Got a phone call every week until my child was 5 months old and I finally gave in to get my "FREE" 5x7 taken. A different service comes to your home and tells you that the hospital service is a different part of the company and that these pics are much better (be prepared for the cost, quadruple whatever you paid at the hospital). Anyway, the photographer was very nice but salesman 2 weeks later was pushy, they try to sell you apackage for about $1300! My budget was $200 but I wound up getting talked into $600 worth of garbage, even though I repeatedly told him I cant afford it. This is where you have to be strong, unlike me. When I finally received pics (about 6 weeks longer than the salesman said i would), I was beyond dissapointed. The note that comes with them claims you can send back the photos with a correction explanation of what you didnt like. I did this and was told that there was nothing they can do. Big poster size collage with heads hands & feet cut off, terrible looking amature hour quality. I was told Id get wedding quality work but to be honest I got a better job done at Walgreens for $20. The collage from the drug store came out beautiful, done by a teenager on his summer job. What a shame, in the end Im stuck with photos that I'll never frame and that I have to lie about the price to everyone. Im embarrassed I was so easily taken. Customer service must be only one person. After lengthy holds I get the same guy with a queeny voice, very defensive about the products and doesnt want to hear any complaints. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, CALL YOUR LOCAL PHOTO STUDIO AND GET QUALITY WORK FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST.

Wow! You got the same schmooze I got! The hospital office has a complaint by me on BBB & they threatened to take me to collections for not paying my bill.
I PAID my bill in the hospital when I ordered, but their photog never turned in the paperwork. TWO WEEKS after cashing my check they called to ask me what my order was. I told the gal "this was the amt of my check, don't go over it! I can't remember everything I ordered & can't find my receipt" She over ordered & they came after me for the ENTIRE amt for a while even though they HAD my check already...the diff was about $19.
After finally finding my recpt I gave them the employee # of the photog & told them to get the $19 out of her check bcs this months long argument has cost me more than $19 in TIME WASTED.
The 2nd co came out to shoot the after pics & Sat ran my debit card TWICE & overdrew my acct. ...stranding my husband in Cleveland with no money (denied from ATM) for gas or money to get home & me with no baby formula. Nice...
I called Channel 2 News here in Dayton & will go on TV if they call me back to do so. Once the 365gal heard that I'd called the news station, suddenly all is good, they are refunding ALL my money & sending the prints to me anyway.

Our365 Portraits is a different company than Our365 (formerly Growing Family).

Our365 is and always has been an in hospital newborn photography service. Our365 never contacts mom after they leave the Hospital to come to their home to complete portrait sessions. Our365 only employees Photographers who work in the Hospital Maternity/Nursery to take portraits; no Our365 Photographers are affiliated with or work in conjunction with Our365 Portraits.

Our365 Portraits only completes portrait sessions in customer's homes. Their Photographers/Customer Service Dept/all other Depts and employees do not work for/at Our365 (formerly Growing Family).

When a customer has a portrait session/order related issue with our365 Portraits, and that issue or concern is not handled timely/properly, it should not be associated with Our365.

Did not have the extra money, but ordered a collage of our beautiful baby. It was absolutely the worst photofinishing of any professional service I have used in my entire lifetime. Called to request a replacement. Customer service representative was the rudest customer service I ever dealt with, along with being totally uncooperative. They were supposed to send me a replacement. Three weeks have gone by, no replacement. Stay away from this schlock outfit, there is absolutely nothing good to say about them. Have someone who has a nice camera take the pictures of your new baby. Better results, no ripoff, no frustration.

Our365 Newborn Photography visits you in the hospital and has a contract with the hospital to provide new mom's with baby's first photo. The photographers are put through hospital orientations, medicals test and vaccinations to provide this service to mom's that is Free of charge. The photogrpahers DO NOT go to people's home to take photos, so you have the wrong company

I agree completely! These coyotes take advantage of you and play on your heart strings. They are so over priced and the quality is awful. Buyers beware! Our365 should be ashamed at how they rip people off during one of the most special time in someones life. They disgust me!

Yes they take your baby's photos at the hospital and then charge you out the WAZZOO if you want one!
They are a rip off! It's sad they take advantage of people!

I was recently let go from Our365 for not meeting my sales goals as the Supervisor in San Antonio. I put more effort in my customer service than the sales part is why I failed. They expected a 'whatever it takes attitude' and that is not my style. It was almost as if they wanted car salesman. Well-San Antonio beware you have competition. There training is terrible and just about set the photographers up for failure. They work strictly on commission so they will do whatever it takes to leave your toom with a sale. I'm so sorry for you experience and I wasted three years with them.

I work for Our365 and am very surprised by the things I'm reading. Contrary to what everyone will believe, this is not a biased opinion. If I'm not getting the service or satisfaction I want, I will be the FIRST person to speak up, but some of the things I am reading are completely false. Our365 newborn photography is by no means allowed to contact mothers after they have been discharged from the hospital, and should NEVER go to a customers home for pictures, that is a violation of our contracts we must sign upon employment. And I know I can't speak for every employee Our365 has, but we are trained to be kind and professional, and are aware that babies first pictures are supposed to be happy, and joyous moment, not stressful or bothersome. I know people may take their selling to extremes, and I apologize if any of our photographers have seemed pushy of rude, but I can promise we are not all like that. As for our packages, they start at 29.95 and go up to around $250 after taxes. Every room I do pictures in, I give parents my personal phone number and email JUST IN CASE anything may happen. (lost or damaged packages), but luckily have never had any problems! We also pride ourselves on having excellent customer service. I've never had an uncomfortable or off putting experience with any of them. But please don't think I am turning a blind eye, I know people are rude, and I know they can be careless and/or mean. After reading the precious discussions above, I think most are speakin of another company with a similar name, or a company that has changed its name, I'm not sure (sorry). But I am 100% positive the Our365 that I work for does not make future appointments, and doesn't have packages over $250. I agree, paying $300+ for pictures seems absolutely ridiculous to me. Oh and just for the people who believe we are not photographers, sure we havent wet through 4 years of photography through a college, but we are extensively trained with photography and sales classes. I hope maybe I have made some sort of clarification, or helped make some good for Our365. I'm very sorry for everyone who was wronged or disappointed.

Sorry, but now the highest package in the hospital is 458...and I’m currently working for them and it’s a rip off that’s for sure

Dude, you are either completely naive about the terrible company you work for, or you are simply lying. "Our365 Portraits" (which has numerous bad reviews on this board, along with their parent company Our365.com, which does the hospital photos), comes to your home to do follow-up scam sessions after they've already taken your money for a bad product in the hospital with your newborn, is clearly advertised on their website here: http://www.our365portraits.com/. These people have been hounding me with phone calls and emails ever since our newborn session in the hospital. I tell them to take me off their list but they keep calling. And you say it's "ridiculous" to pay $300+ for portraits, yet Our365 Portrait packages start at $400+. I paid over $1000 once for family portraits with a reputable photographer and was very happy with what I received and thought it was well worth the investment. But Our365 Newborn and Our365 Home Portraits are junk. It doesn't matter how much something costs, what matters is if you are happy with the product you paid for and believe it was worth your time and money. Our hospital baby pictures from your company were worth neither our time or money, which is why I won't even consider talking to your company that comes to your home for family portraits. So which is it... are you dumb or just a liar?

Well I know I'm not a liar, and would like to think I'm not dumb. So where does that leave me? www.Our365portraits.com is different then www.Our365.com. Until I saw this feed, I didn't know Our365portraits even existed. So no, I wasn't lying when I said we weren't allowed to come to a patients home, because I was not aware of it. I was required to sign multiple documents upon employment saying I will not photo outside of the hospital for any type of payment, doing so will get me fired. It does surprise me that Our365 does do these "house calls" that are obviously money rackets, and very unsatisfying. Perhaps the sessions out of the hospital are only available in other parts of the country, because I know they aren't done in my region. You're kinda rude, it was an honest mistake. I'm not saying anything the at home photo shoots are doing is ok or justifiable because after reading some of the horror stories on here, I would feel the exact same way. I'm just saying that the "branch" ((if that's what you wanna call it)) of the company I work for isn't like the bad things I've read on here.

My granddaughter was born 2 months ago and OUR365 has my money but we don't have the pictures. They "claim" they mailed them to my daughter but nothing has come in the mail. My daughter has called and complained and she gets the run around. A baby's birth is very emotional and sentimental this company is praying on new parents and grandparents! Guess I need to Lawyer up!
