I have decided to raise this concern to you since it's all about on how your superior treats their employees especially your operation manager. I'm just a concern customer since I also owned a well furnished business in food and beverage industry. When we are in SM North department store we've not just saw but also heard that one of your duty Manager is making commotion in front of your customers I don't know what's his problem but my point here is his voice is very loud while speaking to one of your staff standing there It's such an insane that he has that kind of attitude and making commotion at the operation area where their are lots of potential customers might heard it and discourage or maybe disappointed towards your company. And recently when we visited your branch at SM Megamall we're really dissapointed about your operation manager customer service the way she talks it's not good it seems like she's bored not interested. Well I'm willingly like to file a complaint against your her as an operation manager here in Ecco Philippines located at SM Megamall she has a bad temper and bad attitude actually as a customer we are really dissapointed on her! And I think she's not a good asset to your company.
